Love the architecture, 11' to the ceiling (reminds me of having been a tenant in the 1890 half of a shotgun double I rented for 11 years), and the context of why they're building these. "Industrial look" can be quite beautiful. My newly retired self wishes I had much more moolah for something like this and the land to put it on.
This old retired butt will be playing the lottery, so I, too, can buy land and build three modulars for myself and my two kids' families. Those ceilings are fantastic, even in the bungalows. Good luck in your venture.
Hi, Kerry. I gave you a like, and here's a comment for the algorithm. Yes, I love it when you actually visit the house, walk around it, talk to the builder, etc. Staying overnight in this one was terrific. I'd love this one. Might be my favorite so far. I say that about a lot of the houses you present.
Old man boy? Nah. You’re a cool dude Kerry. And you’re on one hell of a roll with your videos. 🙌 Remote location homes is a great niche. Shipping anywhere in North America is a leg up on most of the competition. This company is checking a lot of boxes. ✅ Their real time configurator is an attention getter. This needs to become an industry standard IMO. This helps those of us on a budget. 💸 Great inside look at a prefab company that has some innovative ideas and eye catching designs. Keep up the great work Kerry. 😎
Love what you are doing Kerry. I've learned so much in the brief time I've started following your channel. I think you represent so many people with diverse backgrounds who are very interested in this type of lifestyle. Keep doing what you are doing please!
Stunning architecture! Love the weathered steel finish, and great floor plan. I started following your channel to get informed on the right small house for the my next life phase. I didn’t expect to be so entertained. Really like the in person tours.
Thanks - it is great to see these on-site/in-person videos. Infinitely better than looking at renderings (as you well know). Lloyoll seems like an extremely high quality product. I watch and like all of your videos, and I am subscribed. I really appreciate what you do! You provide a great resource for information on this subject. Please don't let the inconsiderate ones discourage you.
Although I typically watch these videos as research and find the jokes annoying, I can’t help but still laugh at them because of how funny you are 😂👍 Thanks for making your videos entertaining. I also appreciate your work ethic and that you make so many in-person tour videos
Another great video featuring possibilities in the US. The other video which you featured the living experience complemented this presentation perfectly. Thank you.
Kerry, you do not look old. I enjoy your narration, your interview was great, and your taste in homes is similar to mine, so I appreciate your presentations. Also like the deadpan humor. Keep it up!
Hello, Kerry it’s me again Richard I don’t appreciate people criticizing you for your videos, it’s gets on my nerves because I have followed you for nearly 3-4 years and you have made very good progress and you are still excited about what you do. Which is good it motivates you to improve your presentation and it works! Now, I prefer feedback from viewers and suggestions like hey Kerry let’s see a home like This manufacturer actually do a installation with a hookup of water, sewage and electricity! I love your video's. Very helpful.. I also like you going out on location and would like to see you walk through many more. When you walk through and film it's easier to visualize if it works.
@@KerryTarnow 😂😂 I just got into Vegas and I think I'm going to do the Boxabl tour next Monday. I'll let them know your channel is why I'm stopping by. 👍
These home builders need to be more realistic and reconsider designs of flat roofs in high snow fall demographics. Flat roofs aren’t good with heavy precipitation and snowfall accumulation. Kerry, are there roofing options? Great show!!! Your amazing.

These homes look really nice and well built. Unfortunately you have to pay for quality these will be around a lot longer than the cheap ones. Maybe you could get them to take you along for the NC delivery. Thanks for the great videos
I no longer have plans to buy a modular, but still watch because I like your style. I just wish my self-deprecating humor was as clever as yours. I like the mini series style you've done with this builder. Based on the comments, there's interest in affordable modular homes that aren't single wide manufactured dealios on wheels, but I just don't think that truly is an option at this time.
Kerry are there companies that build modular homes using low volatile emissions materials and other green materials? Forgive me if I missed this in previous posts
I would choose these first but ..saw the price and Not affordable for me unfortunately. Very Beautiful however in many ways. I would be proud to put this home on my land in Maine not far from Canadian border.
The only time I'm gonna hit the like button for "affordable prefab homes" is when you've got one under $100,000. Why do you even imply affordable? Its pretty ridiculous. But I'm glad you're giving options to those who don't need any.
If I remember correctly, this company offers a choice of different roof styles. I, too, live in an area prone to heavy snow, so I would want an angled roof with at least a 30 degree pitch.

I like your interviews but it lacks specifics for serious buyers. For instance more precise price ranges for base models with delivery. You tend to ignore relevant information pertaining to Hurricane ratings, earthquake, fire resistance, wind resistance, etc.. In addition, you do not mention the different foundations available/needed with different model lines.
if it were $120k I would be all over it. WHERES THE HUGA OR ROOMBUS!?!? It has been so many years. Kerry, maybe you know. Is there a big profit for faking prefabs? Kinda like Elio did with cars. Great video informative. My only objection is these all have wood burning stoves for heating. I am not sure that wood burning is an environmentally friendly solution to heating.
In general, most homes tend to use mini-splits. Wood is cheap, it is a renewable resource, and you don’t hear many statistics saying that the air pollution problems would be improved much by eliminating wood burning. Of course it isn’t great, but there are bigger problems by far.
