This is why we love Chef Jean Pierre so much. He is REAL, he is not stuck on himself, he is as human as they come.
Chef is a national treasure. And idk how Food Network hasn’t snatched him up by now. You talk about a hit cooking show? Forget about it !!
If he got on that Network he would lose all control.
They would be telling him what to do. Here on UA-cam he's on his own Island and it's better that way.

He is a master, “butter makes everything butter”, “measure carefully”, really, really enjoyed!
There was an Italian restaurant where I grew up back in the 70's and the owner/chef was just like Chef Jean- Pierre. He would come out of the kitchen and start talking about what he's making back in the kitchen and then he'd insist you come back and see, and he was hilarious with the same accent as Chef and the entire time he'd be running around in white socks and they'd be clean on the bottom. He would brag about how clean everything was and the best part was his food was spectacular.
I love watching Chef Jean-Pierre.

Usually, I laugh at Chef Jean-Pierre's mannerisms. But to have so many in one video, I almost had an asthmatic attack! I have forgotten many of these events, so glad that you captured them and are willing to show them again. Thank you!

Just the Butter sauce for the 2021 recipes - the only thing I missed was the "Gloop Gloop" with the expressive fingers..
The funniest thing I remember is when he is demonstrating the meat ponder, that one side is for pounding meat, and the other side is for road kill. That's the best line!
There is only one video I truly wait for each week and that is Chef Jean-Pierre's newest recipe of the week. I usually cook that dish for that week. Truthfully, I am a cooking legend on my street, the folks have taken to calling me the Chef. I explained I get it all from Chef Jean-Pierre.
I'm telling you, you're gonna love this, did I say that, you're gonna love this. What fun this chef is. Never know what he's going to say. "You're gonna love this".

When your teacher is informative plus puts a smile on your face or even right out makes you laugh, that is great. I follow many UA-cam Chefts, but Chef Jean-Pierre is my favorite and probably the one who has taught me most about cooking that I actually retained in my brainpan. Thanks chef!
I follow many different cooking channels, but I only just stumbled upon this one. What a gift this man is, I was laughing throughout the entire video.
I have to say that I wasn't feeling my greatest having to get ready to do my chemo treatment when God blessed me to run across my new friend. Watching his teaching with his personality brought such joy that I forgot to even feel bad....how wonderful!!!

Chef Jean-Pierre is a treasure to UA-cam! and I await every episode, I can't eat some because I am allergic to seafood but plenty of other recipes I can. I am French teen at college, and between Chef JP and my Grandma I have learned to cook things and even Granny have learned stuff..His frittata is HUGE in my family now..our only pity is we cannot purchase his shop products in Europe..maybe that will change some time because we would have bought stuff for sure. Also thankyou to production team you do amazing job and for sure you have amazing lunches there lol. Good luck for one million subscribers!
