hi keep up the good work thanks for all the help you're doing I have the 2008 Mercedes Sprinter van it has been such a problematic van 😣 but finally getting through it my first Sprinter van learnt my lesson don't buy without a test drive it has the same engine as the version you have by the looks on the video I watch a lot of your videos and you've been a big help ☺👏

Hello, thanks for all the great info. I have a 2014 2500 and the EGR tube keeps breaking, I'm on my 5th EGR tube in 3 years. Have you ever had this experience? Also this year the bolts on the "rear engine cover" have sheared off twice, which is a very costly repair. It almost seems like a vibration issue, but I don't know what it could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I removed my Reverse lights fuse & now my ignition works ON/OFF, Next I need to figure out where that water got into the wiring because all my lights are on in my tail lights and my drivers side turn signal lol. Would you no any key points under the car where I should look first???

hi there, great and helpful video! I have a question for you regarding EGR if you have time!
so, my 2006 dodge sprinter randomly started stalling out when I try to start it. If i turn my glow plugs on 2-3 times before starting the van, it starts ok but idles a little rough for the first 10 mins. My engine light came on and the van seemed to be driving fine for a while. Suddenly it will just loose power and I can't seem to get it any higher than 2300rpm ....limp mode im assuming. I took it to a mechanic and they told me all the codes were EGR related. They cleaned the EGR but said it will probably need to be replaced, they can't be sure its the EGR (for $1400...way too much $$). Could it be the turbo resonator? Could it be debris in my fuel filter or injectors? Anyone? I can do the EGR myself for $600 but I don't want to replace the part if its not the issue!! Thanks!

Check EGR and check for boost leak, and maybe even air hose leak that goes to air filter, mine ripped a while ago and was same thing
My 02 sprinter suddenly started
Loosing power and smokes at high speeds
No codes
Idles fine and drives ok at low speeds
Seems like turbo no kicking in
Any suggestions?
Look for codes, but smoke normally comes for fuel injectors and EGR

The check engine light comes on my Sprinter 2103 / 2500. I did some research online it looks like Nox sensor is bad. Any recommendation? The van is up and running no issues at all.
Yep usually not sensor goes bad, but I think it’s just dirty

I have P0401 messages along with P0685 and as per your video it goes into limp mode and then works fine after restarting it. Its is a mercedes E220 diesel 2015 with blue tech.

I would love to help you, try googling your code and tell me what the generic message for that code is, I do have Star diagnostics computer, I can scan it for you if your in my area, blue tech sprinters are tricky and using a computer would eliminate guessing
Thank you for getting back to me, I have an E class and its is giving me the some of the same issues that you have mentioned in your video. The codes read "The flow in the exhaust gas recirculation is too low (cylinder bank 1)"
"The other codes states The output from relay circuit 87 (combustion engine) has an electrical fault."

I don’t have one yet, but I plan on getting one at some point maybe this year, but I plan on Dealership this year so might be hard to work on 2 Business but no you don’t need one unless you want to bid on your own freight

What do intend to do? Are you operating as business (DBA, LLC, S Corp, C Corp or Partnership)? Are you going to stay local ( in State) or interstate? And finally, what type of cargo are going to be hauling? All those are criterias that will determine if you need authorities and the correct type of authorities.

No, but LLC is allot easier to manage, incorporated is a little more work
