Hw are doing u explain all detail on fault and repair steps. Today I spend the holy day watching your videos and am learning a lot from u keep on posting more videos.
@richardzulu5733 Yes Working on European Vehicles pays well, I mean Electrical and electronic work pays well in General, so keep watching the videos and keep learning never stop Learning Eventually you will reach that Level!
A note that i use~often while doing repairs so i don't forget to tighten bolts clamps etc. I use say a piece of pink chalk and mark the bolts etc on the head of them so i can visually see if things are tight when i look back Often i see loose bolts etc. From mechanics as well of myself too...Thanks and job well done 👍😎
KIT, you forgot to show the new temp sensor readings after the repair and after the test drive, please if you show some bad readings and fix a component then please show the new part scan data also, thanks for all you do for all of us.
Great video, You clearly articulate the processes to complete repairs. Kudos! Still looking for the right Autel Scan Tool to order for my year model 2022 Sprinter. There are various models but not all are compatible with the 2022 year Sprinter... Thank you.
@commshopctr Thank you! Check out the Autel IM 908! That might be good! you can call Autel and tell them what you want to do with it, They will help you pick a good scanner for your needs!
@KITS_Auto_and_Truck_Repair, I own a 2005 sprinter, that I converted into an rv, we travel through md nearly every spring, up to ny ,last time I had a steering pump let go up in pa,,I will retain your info in case I get into problems.tks again for your great videos.peace
How you are doing your videos always very interesting question for you. I have a Sprinter 2014 2.1 how often I should replace my oil and mine fuel filter would you please let me know. Thank you in advance.
Thank you for the video. Is this vehicle a Dodge or a Mercedes? I ask because how do you get the part numbers if the VIN is Dodge? I have this issue with my Jeep. Parts are much cheaper from Mercedes than Jeep, but i struggle to get part numbers, as obviously the Mercedes dealer does not recognise my Jeep VIN. I bet that this was a very expensive fix. It would seem the EGR on my Jeep OM642 is in a different place to the Sprinter. My EGR is up against the rear of the right hand V of the engine as you look at it from the front.
@Nick-bp7jf Ah Ok! I get these Parts from my Local Mercedes Dealer, Even if it says Dodge or Mercedes on the front of the van the older models are the same! So the Mercedes Benz Dealer should get you what you need!
@@KITS_Auto_and_Truck_Repair My Mercedes dealer just asks for the VIN number of the vehicle. Mine is a Jeep so his mercedes system does not recognise it. I then have to go and try find the part numbers myself. I am in England, so maybe things are different. Long gone are the guys in spares departments in oily smocks that knew what they were talking about.
@@Nick-bp7jf In most of the Mercedes parts there's the part number in the part. With that you should be able to get the right part. That's one thing that I really like on Merc.

At 20 years old i may have seen the PID.

@ramonmirabal101 you should change the oil every 5000 miles depending on the type of brand you use! and fuel filter about every 10K miles!!
