I have never crashed my Mavic, but I did receive this warning. Great fix... thanks!

Thanks, I had a crash when my props iced up while flying up through a layer of freezing fog. Your video solved my problem. Fortunately I only flew vertical and it came down right where I took off. Only the props were damaged and gimbal dislodged. I love UA-cam. I remember when UA-cam was just knuckleheads crashing on skateboards.

man you're a lifesaver. mavic came new and on first flight was getting gimble shake error and oh God didn't want to send it away for 3 weeks. I guess postal service roughed up the package. fixed in 2 minutes. thanks

I want to say thank you. I actually crash mine and have been worried about what to do... I can't imagine years after making your video it still solves the basic 2021 problem... Kudo bro !!

Your video saved me sending my drone off to DJI... I am really happy and feeling very pleased with myself for fixing it with your guidance. A big big thank you for making this video.

Thanks. I was depressed when my Mavic Pro's gimble started vibrating after a crash. This video shows very clearly how to fix the problem. Thanks much from Israel!

I came across this video as I occasionally (note: not always) get heavy gimbal shake (sometimes with, sometimes without an "excessive vibration" warning) and that is absolutely useless for films for my Golf&Tesla channel (I use the drone mainly for my golf course reviews, views of Tesla superchargers from above, and occasional landscape footage). And I don't want to take the drone and camera/gimbal apart... However in my case, moving the plate back in the proper position did not solve the problem ... - but thanks anyway. Your video is well made.

I can't thank you enough! I had this exact problem from my very first flight today and I was so disheartened; the wind took my Mavic right into a metal pole when the drone was landing and just a foot off the ground, but enough to dislodge the gimbal. Your video pointed out the problem perfectly and within seconds I was able to make the adjustments just as you showed and viola, no more problems. Again, thank you!

i was packing up my drone to return to DJI after only one week as it was producing an Jello video. I was very disappointed that they offered no assistance in troubleshooting. I checked your video and sure enough, I had the gimbal over L bracket issue. Now my videos are back to clean and smooth. A SUPER BIG THANK YOU as you have saved me the hassle of having to ship it back for a 10sec fix. Really... thank you so much.

You've been thanked before, but I need to add mine as well. Your video has done me a big service and earned my subscription and like. I made the newbie mistake of not calibrating the compass and lightly crashed my mavic pro plat. Got the "abnormal gimbal vibration" warning and twitchy video afterwards. I googled the problem, found your video and was relieved to see the gimbal out of place as described. Applied the fix and I'm all smiles now.. This happened two days before my Alaska trip and I'm grateful. Thanks again!

Thanks so much for taking the time to put this together. I was ready to take apart the gimbal (already replaced once!) and another 6 hours of work saved. But since it crashed the base was dislodged -- exactly the same as yours. Wow!

Thanks for sifting through all the posts to get to the real answer. Then taking the energy to pass it on in a super clear way. Took me 1 minute to find your vid and another minute fix my drone. Kudos.

Thanks so much. Had this problem once and found your video right away a year ago. Head again and this time I didn't search correctly and it took me 45 minutes to find this video. Now I'm creating a file folder and storing the link in it to this. So simple and so easy. Thanks again

Hello Bobby, Thank you so much ! I was frustrated thinking it was a software or a damage card. It happened after crashing like you said. I thought too about unbalanced propeller. You nailed the problem ! I was going to send my drone to the repair shop. You saved me a lot of $$$. Fixed it in less than a minute. Thank you again.

Man, you are a lifesaver; I was just about to return my Mavic. The issue is that I bought it on Amazon's DJI store and they're all sold out! I would've had to wait until March for a new one. This worked like a charm!

What a legend, I mucked around for ages looking for this, with all sorts of BS. This worked perfectly, so simple. Thank you.

Thanks a bunch. Been struggling with this trying (and trying) surprised I didn’t break something. You’re video was perfect-straight to the point and no rambling on, on.
