Good analysis. This is the real start of their season because for the first time they have the stable platform they despereatly needed before making any performance upgrade. And considering they are not far off the front runners who enjoy years of experience with this concept, I am overall very positive on their chances to come back to the front after the summer break.

To assume they don't is absurd...they clearly know that the car has a big performance problem from FP3 - Quali because how the car doesn't generate the necessary downforce in different conditions meaning it's sensitive to temperature changes. It was better today, small but slowly improving.

You analysis is on the money. The other team as much better due to the head start specially RB. We can see that their problem was the original concept that was original but not used full in F-one.
