Xaryu, good stuff as always. The suggestion to teach Snova is golden opportunity. One I would jump on immediately. With that in mind, I have a request. I think it could prove to be an ultimate teaching guide and prove to be a fun project for you as well. I've always appreciated (as you've mentioned) your Sherlock Holmes analogue of what's happening/or going to happen during live action pvp. That's why I think you should take on the project of creating a series of how to pvp against each specific class whether it's duels or wpvp.
For example, a shaman edition. You showing a few shaman encounters while using your Sherlock Holmes analogue teaching your viewers. "When they do this, you do that", etc. Or a multiclass video showing a few examples of each class in each video. I think that would net a lot of views and a lot of world class education would be happening in the way you would be able to teach your viewers. I for one would love that opportunity to learn from you to peer into your mind in how you defeat each class. Think about it. It would be an awesome project and challenge for you to take up! Thanks for your videos man!

I'd love to see that as well. I've already learned a ton in the past few weeks, my wife loves the videos as well, and rerolled a mage. I'm great at aoe farming, but my wpvp and duels leaves a lot to be desired. Heck, I'd even pay for this guide by xaryu.

@@ymi8238 Its used to force your opponent to cast a dispel/silence skill,so you can cast a full combo without being interrumped,any caster should use it in pvp

Literally everybody did... and it wasn't nerfed, it was just made so that it doesn't work.

Hey xar you should do a series on pre phase 2 pvp bis there are a lot of pve bis lists but finding a pvp one is really hard, could be a series each phase

I believe you are looking for a combination of Classic Aura Durations (puts the debuff above their nameplate with the clock animation for countdown) and OmniCC (adds the actual number to countdown). enemy cast bar is Classic Cast Bar I think (or possibly Ecastingbarclassic). just be aware that on the enemy cast bar blizz has made it to where it can't differentiate the spell rank cast times so it always shows time of the max rank available.
Is Xaryu on Fearlina Horde as well?

As a vanilla, tbc, Wotlk, legion, bfa player, I cpuld definitely tell the difference between vanilla og's and retail babies.
A 50 rogue opened up on me today, me being a 45 rogue. He didn't have deadly poison up, he didnt dot me with garrote or rupture. He opened with cheap shot, and tried to 2pt ks me. I vanished his pts away, opened with garrote ss ks. Fucking tore him in half from there. I then watched him pop sprint, evasion, amd vanish to run away only to die to my dots.
If you lose to someone in a 1v1 and you have 5 levels on them, go to the main menu and delete your character amd create something easier.

As a horde mage player, this spot was borderline cancer. The alli players were real uppity since their graveyard was real close.
Haha same thing happened to me from the gnomes perspective. Sheeped an undead mage doing AoE pulls, he then proceeded to kill me over and over again, because I suck at pvp. None of us would get any more pulls off, because we'd always get sheeped/frozen.

No. Changing the rank has no effect in PvP except costing you more mana because all ranks of Polymorph have a > 10 second duration. Since 10 seconds is the max duration of any CC effect in PvP, it does not matter which rank you use.
Thus, you always want to use rank 1 Polymorph in PvP because it has the cheapest mana cost.
All that man knows how to do is polymorph

would really suggest not leveling as fire if you care about mana efficiency. if not though it's heaps of fun, but youll be drinking way more than you need to
