It sure is buddy, solved a few problems with it now.
Always worries me when a customer says they've given you a head start. I'll be using a bit of peel stop this week with some bubbling paint . Great stuff

@geoffsmith673 I use that too. Always got a 2.5 litre tin of each to hand
But I used 123 as a primer over a skimmed coat of Toupret and I won't used that again. I find that 123 can just come off with a fingernail. Went down a rabbit hole because a plasterer had mixed a lot of PVA in the multifinish. So put Guardz on then Bullseye 123. I am confident enough it will hold but never again. I thought the Guardz felt too glassy. Like there wasn't enough of a key.
@geoffsmith673 and people say, if you can piss you can paint. So much more to it. I used gardz over a wall I stripped and the paint stuck to it lovely .
i haven't tried it yet, but when the opportunity comes i will be using it.
