That’s first guy is a true business man doing what he needs to for his employees
respect
He was defs a tru actor pretending he was going to pay his employees
@@robertoarmstrong7317 hes a car salesmen :p an old friend of the pawn star guys , just acting like he doesnt know them. His name is davy.
They couldn’t do the deal because the bike wasn’t in his name 😂
It’s fake that’s the thing it’s a stolen bike
I respect that that man pawning his bike to pay wages... that's what leadership is
Yup
He is an actor, Davey. Doesn't own a business. He is on counting cars
Davey deals
I hope he got it back
Yes it is and I'm sure the rest of you will go back to video games afterwards.
@2:43 they added in a Rick laugh even though his mouth wasn’t moving lololol
WesleyAPEX lol
He looks so fed up with life
@Jasee HURURHDHRYHRDRHUHDUHUHRUHRHUURURRYYR 😐
2:55 most probably here too...
no he was laughing with mouth cloved
I pawned my soul once. Legally it’s called marriage and you never stop paying the interest.
Michael P lmfao.!!!!!
Michael P LOL!!
This comment wins the internet, famously.
Michael P and the comment of the year award goes to you👏😂
Michael P I have a cousin who pawned the title to an old pos Range Rover think it’s a95’ he is paying like $500aweek it’s only worth couple thousand dollars he’s an idiot I would take them the car before I paid another dime on that British made piece of junk
3:27 I think this is the first time I’ve ever seen Rick actually accept the customers first offer
No risk
Well that’s because the customer already lowballed himself. That collection could’ve been worth at least 5-10k.
The customer chose 1k which is very low, but it makes sense. Since he’s pawning and not selling, why would he borrow more money than he needs and end up paying more interest?
But yeah, Rick accepted the initial offer because the customer already lowballed himself. Most customers on this show tends to value their stuff way higher and Rick has to talk them down to a lower offer. Here, customer already did that for himself.
Because the asking price was so low Rick couldn't believe it
"8000 grand"
"That's not gonna cut it"
"What if I double my offer will that help you out"
"Are you stupid"
Its more of an expression
?
They do a lot of business with Danny
He probably didn't need the money and just wanted to help the dude out
He is Rick's friend so yeah
They really put a rick laughing sound effect after Chumlee's joke about the shark teeth? Rick's mouth isn't even moving.
thought the same thing
Oh my God 😂😂
it isnt even rick's laugh its the customers lmao
FMCCC it's the customer at first but you can hear the signaturerick wheezy laugh
Bro that whole seen was fake soon as he called Rick over loloo
Wow, i seriously hope the semi guy at the end picked his truck back up.
Probably not, 20k plus interest is rough to come up with
They make good money I think he will
Don't count me on it as i saw the episode a long time ago but i don't believe they ever heard from the guy again
Michael Frye how’s he gonna make money without his truck?
Degree for Men" the most expensive one I own" he has more than one.
Rick seems a lot nicer when he’s pawning
Yea not as much risk in a pawn
@@cosmo3665 No risk for Rick but much risk for customers
@@colleenkyle7741
Yeah indeed! They haven't said what the interest rate is either.
@@Lugh444 they said before it’s 10% every month
@@yomomsahoe5797
10% for every loan? Or is it dependent on what you borrow?
That is actually a pretty reasonable rate. You borrow $1000 for a month for $100. They aren't taking any risk though because they have collateral and a shop that can sell it even if it takes a while.
I have a silver belt buckle I used to pawn for quick cash, worth a couple grand at least but I was only laying it against it's scrap silver value basically (about $350 in sterling, it was heavy). I'd borrow $100 and owe like $35 ... 35% interest.
I was a heroin addict though so $100 would get me out of a jam, but come the end of the month it was always really hard to come up with it to pay back. Sometimes I'd have to pay for an extension.
I love how basically all the pawns they do require almost no negotiations 😂
When someone takes something into pawn they are not trying to get the largest amount of money that they can get. They are trying to get a manageable loan that they can pay back.
No risk
I recommend buying from a pawn shop if you're looking for a luxury men's watch but ALWAYS know what the item retails for brand new. before you even walk in. Bought a Tag Heuer Formula 1 watch from a pawn shop I had never been to before. They retail for about $1200 brand new, their starting asking price was $900, I counter offered $600 in cash. Knowing they pawn for $225 - $250 and if they bought it they probably only paid $400 - $450 at max. They then said, "Would you do $800?" I said $650, they said $750. I politely said no thank you, I'll look around and will come back if I can't find a better price. I started to walk toward the door and when I was about 4 steps away, he said "Will you do $700 cash?" I turned around with a grin and said SOLD!!! We both laughed immediately and shook hands. 😆He was happy, I was happy getting a basically brand new watch $500 cheaper than what it would be brand new. Great first experience buying from a pawn shop. 😃
The only thing more heartbreaking than someone pawning their livelihood, like the truck, is someone pawning something they love to make sure other dont go without, like the bike guy.
I truly hope both got their stuff back and never had to go back to the shop again.
I think its the sharkteeth guy
Lies again? PS4 TB
Words can't tell you guys how much respect I have for that first guy being a small business owner. Have to take care of your employees man hats off to him hope it turned around
At 2:43 you can hear Rick's laugh, but his face isn't moving...
That’s the guy that’s pawning it
False
Lol I didn’t even notice that 😂
Sounded more like chum laughing
Did you call the police??
Those megalodon teeth are worth a lot of money. That one big tooth was almost worth what the dude asked to pawn. You see Rick's face light up?
When he didn't countered the offer I knew it that probably worth 10x times that value! lol
@@MatheusVenti Well it's Pawn not selling, so you don't get market value on pawning items
@@andyt2k Also, isn't it better that the guy only has to make up for $1000 + interest to get them back? If they pawned the set at a higher value, it's less likely the owner would be able to pay it back.
People often want to pawn something for less money than it's worth, because it makes it easier to pay the loan back. Works out well for both parties; you get a quick loan that's easy to pay back, and the pawn shop has little risk because even if you can't pay the loan back, they could make the money back selling the item. Literally the entire concept of how a pawn shop works (even if this show almost entirely shows purchases rather than pawns).
These guys are actually pretty fair when it comes to pawning stuff
Do you know how much they charge in interest? Which I believe is allowed to be compounded daily. You pawn an item for $1,000 and pick it back up in 120 days, that’s roughly $3,200 to get it back. That’s why semi dude had no interest in anymore than he absolutely needed.
@@dylankirschenman729 It honestly depends on the terms of their contract. I would imagine pawn shop owners have some sort of low, but daily compound interest plan, to make money even on short term loans.
@@zach00000019 it's only 10% a month
@@logan-dv5bp “only” lol
@@syednaqvi2740 there are credit cards that easily reach 20% plus. 10% a month is fair by comparison.
Shark tooth guy lost that $1000 in a casino within the hour.
I might sound dumb here but is this just a joke comment?
Are you serious
that first guy was a true boss...making sure his people get paid
He's an actor sadly
3:43 "Holy sh*t."
Oh Rick 😂
Rick has the most sincere funny laugh makes me chuckle every time
they use a rick laugh track
there should be a follow up video where we see if they actually came back to get their stuff
About 90% of items are picked up out of pawn by customers nationwide. All the pawnbrokers want in the long run is the interest on the loan.
Melts my heart when Pops actually agrees on a price with a customer.
First try too!!

When a pawn dealer offers you the price you first ask for, no questions , they're gettin down on u HEAVY
Not really an issue if you're pawning it and are sure you will go get your item back, getting more money than you ned just means you're paying more interest in the end.
I hope buddy got his truck back. Looks like he really took care of that.
2:43 rick laughs even though he has a straight face o_O
resh ryan False
Man I really hope the guy with the semi came back.
4:53 pretty cool that rick knows how to drive an 18 Gear Semi Truck
First time I’ve ever heard Rick take the askers price without negotiating
First guy, Respectable, didn't let his pride get in the way of his employees well being.
went from $8k line of credit to $15k line of credit in 2 seconds....LOL! thats near double.
I think he realizes how much the man just wants to pay his workers. Tough times when he has to try to pawn a bike like that to pay employees. Rick gets it.
At 4:40 when he shuts the semis hood it sounds like the boom sound effect
XD
Rick at the end had me laughing so hard lmao😂
BRO 4:40 sounds like that one THUD sound effect UA-camrs use lol
Wow...I actually saw some of these live.
Some of the rare times when someone says 'I need this much' and Rick says 'Okay.'
I like the show acknowledged how rarely people actually pawn items to the shop
Honestly, most still likely pawn but a) they aren't interesting (typically jewelry) and b) they stopped showing it because some of the pawns shown in the early season were hard to watch - the people were incredibly desperate - and left a bitter taste in peoples mouths. Focusing on the selling eases that feeling.
Rip the old man
Not everyday you see a big truck pawned. Was fun to watch. Great video
I don't understand it, tho. Couldn't he go to the bank and get a loan, making an fiduciary alienation against the truck's title, with less interest, and still keep the truck so he can use while paying the loan? Or just refinance the truck.
@@mechanicallydev4536 Yes, he could. But pawn stars are quick and easy, little paperwork and cash.
@@SQERDOMOONLIGHT yea cause they basically bought his truck from him for only $20,000 but the catch is they have to legally hold it for him for a certain amount of time for him to buy it back
One thing I noticed outta all these is Rick laughs at anything lol..
2:43, Ricks laugh over his super stoic face, maha
Ricks gets his yearly tax rate: $10000
Rick: “I can do 2”
Mr Brown likes my channel famously
I like ya cut G 👋
Who is he?
Purses.
I saw you on a slipknot guitar cover video lmao
When they just pawning it goes so much faster and easier lol
Holy crap ive been watching the playlist of videos and been waiting for actual pawns loll
Ricks always in a good mood. Lol
The trucker guy’s drip is steamin!
Pawning the big rig?
I've heard a story of a businessman who took a $5K loan from a bank and his Lamborghini is the collateral. And he returned two weeks later to pay the bank.
It turned out that he just got a very cheap parking for two weeks, his car is insured and protected as well by the bank.
The interest paid for the loan is dirtcheap compared to other's parking fees... and no insurance.
I enjoy the clean easy deals over the dramatic ones honestly. Like the guy with the shark teeth I could watch all day
The first guy.... Respect 🤗
I want to comment on Rick's father, Richard Harrison. He was a wonderful, witty, great dad, grandpop, husband of one woman. He was from the older generation that appreciated and kept through hard times in his life family values. I will miss this gentle giant. My deepest condolences to his immediate family and his Pawn Shope family in Las Vegas. It was a pleasure in my lifetime to have met this gentleman through the history channel which featured this show. His grandson Cory looks so much like his grandpop. Not a perfect man but such a kind human being. Hope this stinking system doesn't go for long would really want the honor and pleasure to meet this man in person right here on this planet once all the evil and ungodly removed for ever!!!
I guess I've been lucky. Even though My teenage years and my early twenties were pretty lean times for me, I never had to pawn anything to get some quick money.
I have big respect for the guy with the yellow bike. Doing it to ensure his employees are paid.
Rick while buying : `` I take all the risk and you walk away with money"
Rick while pawning : `` I take no risk and I have your money "
that bike reminds me of that hollywood hulk hogan 2002 bike
NiggAndreas what hulk Hogan bike? Didn't even know there was one
Wait... was it made in 2002? No way is it that old.
They showed all 4 within the first 5 seconds of the video. That is so amazing in the age of clickbait
Love this show :)
four times, Pawn Stars title actually made sense as a title.
That creepy laugh gets creepier at the end
Straight out of a Rob Zombie film.
Mr.Brown I don't feel so good *begins to fade away*
King Stevie Greig R.I.P spiderman . you were the best hero
I love this show.
The truck was such 2010 dam I remember when that air . I can't believe that was 8 year's ago
Rick when selling “3 cents not a penny more”
Rick when pawning:” i can do 1000$ for teeth”
that is because pawning with more money makes them more money, the customer has to pay interest that adds up each month
Rick: No winner
Old Man: Yeah story of my life
😂😂
Need to see the come back!!
I love...love....love this show😘😘
This is the first time I saw Rick agree on the first price given out
When they're dealing with a motorcycle, they have to use the word "man" in every sentence.
Man hen dealing in motorcycles man everyone is a man.....man
I love the videos on youtube of pawn stars I think I have seen almost every single video on this channel or close it some I have watched twice. I probably watch the pawn star videos more than netflix and hulu combined probably more than any of the youtubers on here also. :-) Been to vegas three times recently but never got to go to the shop it was too far off the strip for my wife to want to go to espescially when the stars aren't even in the shop most of the time. Maybe some day.
I miss the old PS, used to watch it all the time b4 I cut the cord! 💔
I wonder if they all came back for their stuff especially that truck guy.. hope he is okay..
Wasn’t that Dave the car dealer being treated like a customer? 😂
The beginning music is Blues Saraceno
Rick has a very distinctive and noticeable laugh
Why would you get a loan of 500? Lmao
RIP Old Man
Rip
They are a lot more chill about pawning
Coool vid Rick love your vids keep up the good work
I like how there wasnt even 5 instances so they just made a "4 times" video
"payroll" = cocaine
Mike Fu Best I can do God damnit!
Right babe ?
Lmao , isn't that the used car salesman they've had on the show MANY TIMES ?
We snort pre workout out here instead of coke
@@kingwiththeaxe8322 That's what I was thinking lol
Its nice to see them having a healthier living in the newer seasons.
Keep on truckin
3:35 if they don't even negotiate that means it's worth a lot more than what you're asking
He didn’t need more though, the point of pawning is that it’s a loan, and thus asking for more than you need just means you have to pay more interest
yall didnt show the guy pawning that really expensive painting?
Pawning a vehicle is a good way to get (bonded/insured)storage for a time. Often the pawn fees are cheaper than secured parking/storage.
R.I.P old man.
Mr Brown and big daddy got along famously.
il_ Goose Did you like your own comment?
Love how he just can drive a semi without a license. Cool dude. I guess Nevada is better than Cali
You only need a CDL when driving a truck with over 26,000 lbs of trailer weight. Just driving the truck without a trailer for personal or transport purposes doesn't require a CDL. Though, in Rick's line of work, I wouldn't be surprised if he has a CDL. They aren't too difficult to obtain. I've had one for 20+ years (with all the endorsements) and I don't drive trucks anymore, but I've kept it active (you just have to do a DOT physical every 2 years to keep it active). Also, these days most trucks are automatic and pretty much anyone can drive them without a lot of training.
Rick seems like a really nice guy.
The old man made the old shows, legend in the pawn industry 👌😢😂
3:32
The dude pawing the bike is friends with Danny, the owner of Kounts Kustoms, and has been on that tv show as well....he's loaded, he's never been hurtin for money....
2:35 that went way to well
Corey immediately jumped from 8 to 12. That’s a big jump, Corey
15 not 12
I’m pretty sure he can’t legally drive that truck...
Alex Baker maybe he has an licence, dont you think🤦♂️
no he doesnt
Oh he told you?
Yeah he illegally drives a truck in camera👍
Smart ass
Bis yeah he did
Mr.Brown comments got lots of likes famously
ARintheseatSESH artistic :3
fuck you. you fucking idiot and mister Brown
Nice
Wow that's a big truck
I love how Americans just drive semi. No need for expensive license just to drive it for personal use and additional license to drive it commercially.
Can't legally drive a semi without a commercial license in the US... can apply for one at 25 and its a pretty easy test though.
@@dktneese you can get a class a under 21 you can do it at 18. but you can't drive outside the state you got it in until you're 21. weird rule.
Why not do a upload on them returning for the goods
Any follow up info of they came back for their stuff?
I hope they all got their pawnables back… especially the last man
"Story of my life" you are a freaking billionare bruh
Atria Wulf he’s not a billionaire haha. Far from it
I think you don't know what a billionaire is
well now he doesn't he died.
He was never a billionaire.
