    Real estate mei real coustmor kaise dhunde means. Kaise pata lage ke paise hai bhi coustmor ke pass. Puri inquiry karte kai bar fir bolte budget ni. Ja bolte 35 %sasti laini ja ese bhi mahhan pursh dekho jo bolte 50 %sasti laini market value se. Seller ne bhi khun pasene ki kamai se invest kiya hota.

    Null and void .

    Please inform remedy when the seller has no documents for the plot and given possession which was never in his possession then how the sale deed executed and what action will take against the seller by the court in criminal case
