    Sir ,I have purchased a plot in Defence Imperial Golf green
    Nayagaon Mohali as per their advertisement published in Tribune papper with the term that if within six months the project not approved the token money will be refund even then I have applied for refund after one year but now they are not refunding the money inspire of repeated reminders also told that we will refund in six equal installments wef Jan 2022 but all in bein ,I am defence retd.person ,I come to know that the project under PLPA.Please help me what to do. Lot of thanks !

    Sardarji sariyecal. Hum ne. 1 plat khreeda 5sal pehle huse pehle 2 ragestery uski aur ho chuki thi hum third bayer hain ab. Humne us per char saal pehle ghar bhi bana liya. Ab 19 September ko kuch bank officer us ghar me aye aur dosre din notice bhej diya ke 2009 me. Is property per loon tha. Hum 60 days ka possession time dekar chale gaye difater ka naam se property nakshe me hamari hai nam per doosre admi ke notice hai hame maswra deen hum kya karen

    सर् एक कृषि जमीन खरीदा था हमारे पिता ने अपने चाचा के लड़के से। लेकिन उसका म्युटेशन नही कराए थे। तो उसने बैनामा के 1 या दो साल बाद उसपे लोन ले लिया। जब जानकारी हुई तो परिवार की वजह से कुछ नही किये क्योंकि वो कहे कि लोन हम जमा कर देंगे। लेकिन उन्होंने लोन एक पैसा भी नही जमा किये। तो करीब 7 या 6 साल बाद कोर्ट में केस किये की इनके लोन की वजह से हमारा म्युटेशन नही हो पा रहा है। तो कोर्ट ने उनके और उनके दामाद और बैंक मैनेजर के खिलाफ fir दर्ज कर विवेचना का आदेश दिया। तो उसने जवाब दिया कि हम जमीन बेचे ही नहीं है हमे इसकी जानकारी ही नहीं है। और अगर वो जमीन लिए थे तो म्युटेशन क्यों नहीं कराए। और फिर उसने बैनामा कैंसिल के लिए एक अलग से केस किया है। तो क्या ये बैनामा कैंसिल हो सकता है? क्या उसपे फ्रॉड का केस चलेगा कि नही। जबकि जमीन हमारे कब्जे में है और उसपे हमारा मकान भी बना है।
