I sipped on an ACV mix during the day and I tryed to get more in the evening. At first that was all I did! That went on for a few months and I realized my arthritis symptoms were less. Then I started walking and changed my diet to more of a mediteranean keto. I added resistance training with bands and I increased my steps to around 10 to 15,000 a day on average! I'd love to loose another 30lbs but at this point, it is what it is and I am happy with it!

BTW, so-called "balsamic vinegar is generally just vinegar with sugar and flavouring added. The genuine Balsamic vinegar is aged wine vinegar, aged for up to 100 years for top quality, it's a product of Modena, Italy. The age determines its cost, but even 10 years old is very costly...so go for apple vinegar, is my advice. I was once invited to a Balsamic vinegar tasting, yes, in Modena, they gave us a thimble-full at a time ;-) Viva Italia.

ACV increases the acidity of the stomach which is good since food will be better digested and nutrients better absorbed. Also good because the high acidity will trigger the esophageal sphincter to close and prevents reflux. We should strive for a more acid gut which is more natural for humans, and avoid antacids and ph changing waters.

A lot of responses to this video. I had my gallbladder removed and have issues. I am on a strict fat budget. I like Dr. Li-s' recommendation of 2-3 tablespoons of a good extra virgin olive per day. I can disperse this by replacing my butter to cook an egg, drizzle on a roast chicken or make a salad dressing with EVOO and apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard. I could even just have that dressing on a sliced tomato with fresh basil or smash a sardine into the dressing and spread it on toasted sour dough bread. Drinking it does not appeal to me and I don't mind the tangy taste. I am glad that Dr. Li likes to cook, because I am a foodie. Very helpful!

If you can't have acv, then try drinking warm/hot water with half to 1 teaspoon turmeric powder. It has almost the same health benefits as drinking acv water and doesn't cause acidity issues. If you are drinking a 1liter bottle of hot water with 1 teaspoon turmeric plus a pinch of pepper powder during the day, it will improve your immunity, take care of blood sugar, also help in weight management. I still doubt it. I drink 1 TBSP every day (mixed with a little lemon juice in 12oz of water) plus put it on my salads but I still doubt how significant of a difference it makes....for anything. Oh and stop with the 'drink it through a straw to protect your teeth crap.' Completely unnecessary. All you have to do is rinse really well with plain water afterwards. Reason I know is that I ask my dentist every 6 months and he says my teeth always look fine with ZERO evidence of damage from me drinking ACV.

Why does ACV deplete your electrolytes sometimes, It happened to me year's ago and maybe I was taking too much ? And also black licorice did the same, I still eat licorice every once in a great while and have apple cider vinegar on salads but take electrolyte supplements every day, The first time it depleted my electrolytes was when I got out of the golf cart to make a shot and my heart started beating hard for no reason, It did this for about 10 seconds and went back to normal, Seen a doctor that week and had all the heart tests and showed normal, This happened a few times over the years but the episodes lasted a minute or two and this was before taking the magnesium, potassium, calcium supplements, I found online that too much ACV, black licorice and a few other things that can deplete your electrolyte levels but didn't explain why...🤔
