Thanks. I am living in USA. So many Americans learn few yoga from India or UA-cam and start classes for yoga and theyl are earning a lot. Why? I found we Indian people have no value for yoga but western countries tried different types of exercise but they are not sutisfied. When they accept yoga they got good result. So they people doing yoga more than Indian people. We have to continue yoga parampara to our next generation.
Ira helped me in my Diabetic control. No pay. No meet. Just followed the Yoga exercises Ira told in other youtube video. I am pretty much active now comparably. Thank you Ira mam.

Mam your way of yuga explanation is very good and easy. Mam my xge is 63 i am doing yuga some time not regular. Last month I am doing youga exercise of neck (twesting) . Due to this I have created pain problems in my neck on left side. And in moving I feels pain. Please give remedy. Since then I am not doing youga.
