    Looks great! I have one day a week with a PT in the gym and do a lot of walking but i wanted to get more exercise in and this is perfect.

    I lloveeeeeee these resistance bands! Great workout! I usually just use them for lower body movements and glute activation but I love that you encorporated them into abs and upper body exercises too! I will be adding these into my workouts for sure!! Thank you!!

      jackie reinstedler - plank is the most basic core exercise there is, but if you need to modify, do it with knees down.

    This is great! Thanks for providing an accessible workout ! Some constructive criticism - slow down. I’m a regular exerciser but had to pause the video to get through the reps effectively. I could have done them at your speed, but that wouldn’t provide the same level of difficulty you get from pulling through the resististe slowly, especially on the second half of the rep. Like my PT always says - muscle growth happens during the return phase of the exercise. Thanks again! I really enjoyed it.

    I would love a resistanceband routine for in the pool. The first few would be good but the last ones would not be possible in a pool.

    I'm also a dude and love these exercises. All the men's ones are too macho with guys with wrestler bodies. That's all well and good for them but I don't want to be a gym rat. I just want to get into better shape. And those are the exact bands I ordered.

    Not sure if the right person will receive this message, but I am starting a ecom store that has exercise bands and I wanted to give an extra bonus of this video so they can see a good beginner routine to use the bands for. I notice you also sell bands but if you are ok with it, I would like to still use your video and if they go buy your stuff, then it's fine too.
