Lateral Arm Extensions(Rear Flys)
Vertical Arm Raises
Behind The Back Extension(Low Chest Flys)
Bicep Curls
Tricep Extensions
I broke my knee and my left leg is flat out on the bed, siting is ok, my neighbor gave me a resistant band and in order to keep my strength up, I have been following this routine. It is a work out, and I am now at 12 reps maybe next week go to 15. Thanks

It would be a good idea to explain what muscles are targeted with each of these exercises!
