I’m tryna get almighty amp on izangi no okami picaro, so basically I just need to get a persona in network fusion to get almighty amp then use gallows and hope to get lucky by inheritance?
yep, pretty much, if you have enough money that is easy to do, just use gallows to make that the network persona you get learn all the current skills of Izanagi whitout erase the almighty amp, once Izanagi and the Network Persona have almost the same skill set, use gallows this time on Izanagi using that Perona and it will learn any skill that the other don´t have, remember to use gallows in one Persona again in the same day you just need to register the Persona whit the new skills, dismiss it, then buy it again, or you can just save, use gallows, if fail to get the skill then just reload the save and try again until you get the skill on Izanagi.
Ok so basically make sure that other personas have the same skills as izangi (besides myriad truths of course) so that the almighty amp is the only ability that can be inherited?
Nope, you can use any random fusion in the Network Fusion, they will randomly give you 3 possible skills, 2 of them are Almighty Amp and Magic Ability, sometimes it won´t give you anything so you must keep trying until you get them.
@@luvz2spooch831 Before you do the fusion, save your game then do the fusion, if the fusion doesn´t give you the skjll you want, open your main menu, go to system, then use the Load option and load the save file you did before doing the fusion, that way you don´t have to wait a day to try again.
What if you use the network fusion to get lucifer then mess his skills up can you get him again through the network fusion ? I cant seem to find him through network fusion any more.
Does anyone know if it's possible to transfer unique skills like Tsukoyomi's 'Abyssal Wings' skill to another persona via fusion? or is this the best we've got?

you need to select the Persona first, then use L1 to look at the 2nd Material, that is the network Persona

You just need to have access to network fusion and keep trying until the skills appear.

Network fusion is totally random, you can get him again but depend on your luck.

This internet is from my phone and getting wi fi to my ps4 world be impossible
unfortunely this is the only way to get almighty amp and magic ability, you still can get almighty boost from Messiah.
I find the rng aspect of fusions to be very fucking stupid.
This might be a bit late, but you can 100% hotspot your phone's data to your ps4. Check online how to.
