    @relentlesshockey I’d love to see some videos on workout schedule suggestions. I play 2x a week in adult leagues and am always trying to understand when to take my rest days, my leg days, my cardio days, stretching, etc.

    What weight is the mini band?

      this is a blue band, which is typically "hard" but not the most intense.
