  • Inspired by the famous French puff pastry bread, I made it in a simple way without a dough flattening machine. Simple "Pain Au Chocolat", (this dough can be shaped croissant) "
    250 grams of wheat flour
    50 grams of butter/margarine
    110 grams of ice / cold water
    30-35 grams of sugar
    4-5 gr salt
    4-5 grams of instant yeast
    125 gram special butter for lamination danish pastry/puff pastry (room temperature).
    Lots of chocolate chips
