- Just working on getting a playroom in the basement for the boys, I can't wait for this room to be finished! I still need to get a ton in this room done. But I decluttered a HUGE Item while doing this. So it felt good to make a decision and say "we don't need everything" The person who got the bed was very excited to have a new mattress and bed. I'm glad they got such a good deal.
I wanted to stain the chairs for the playroom, but I think I will need to do it again. They didnt come out as dark as I would have liked. So come along with me and get things done! Declutter your to do list while I try to move furniture and make the playroom what I want it to be. Its nice to have a whole room dedicated to toys! :)

What about putting the dresser/changing table in the closet. You can change Joel on the bed or couch. But, still use the dresser. It would give more room.
That's a great idea if it fits in there! It would be easier to put their laundry away all in one spot too.

I wonder if Dan would be warmer with his bed on an inside wall, where he was before? It makes quite a difference in the winter. Can you tell I’m cold tonight? We have snow already 🇨🇦
That’s a good thought :) we will see if he mentions it being cold or if I notice when putting him to bed or checking on him, but he seems to like where his bed is :). I wouldn’t have thought of that though
I love the boys room so far. When you moved the chair and placed the changing table I said "yes!" out loud. It looks perfect there. Can't wait to see the final and the playroom. 🌻🍄

Yep. Man made fibres don't take traditional dye's well. You may have been better breaking out the staple gun and getting some old curtains from the thrift store. I've recovered simple shaped chairs like that and it's really not as difficult as you imagine. Still, the chairs are cute.
