    been a fan for a while! I saw you made this video on this subject and was super excited to watch! As I got to the end and heard you mention Christian gorenoise. I wasn't expecting to see my project mentioned! The amount of excitement I was filled with when I heard you mention it was off the charts. Thank you so much for mentioning my project! It seriously means alot! 10:44 Hail Christ! King of Kings! Lord of lords 🙏 Thanking the Lord for this😁

      Also Gorenoise rocks and I am very serious :D Christ is king! God works in mysterious ways and I felt I was being called to make a Christian gorenoise project. With the amount of success it's seen I can now see why :D it's gained more attention then I could have ever imagined it gaining and even if it does seem like a joke to some (which is fine to me) the fact I'm putting that music out their into this genera, putting the Lords message their while showing people that we believers are everywhere is all that matters to me :). I felt a need to make some Christian themed noise in some really extreme generas I was enjoying. To show you can have a relationship with god and enjoy that style of "music". Your individuality is how God made you. and you don't have to give up what makes you yourself. To start a relation ship with God :D the most famous verses in the new testament says it all! John 3:16 reads in every translation "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that (whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.)” Thank you again for the mention! And God bless you 🙏

      ^^^^^^I need to print this comment out and staple it everywhere in my church. God bless you, brother! Everything you said here is what I say to anyone who brings it up/asks questions/mocks my music taste and/or relationship with God. You deserve this mention. God bless you. -Lee. Anal Birth is what I would consider the first Gorenoise band. Last Days of Humanity's "Putrefaction in Progress" is walking the thin line between very, very harsh Goregrind and noise, but imo, Gorenoise its not as it lacks the extreme muddyness over the top distortion of actual Gorenoise. But it definitly was a huge influance for the genre. Think like Slayers "Reign in Blood" being a big influance in the development of Death Metal, while not being Death Metal itself.
    Personally, yeah, that genre just takes it one step too far for me. I like extreme stuff like Brodequin or Intestinal Disgorge, I have "Putrefaction in Progress" on CD, but listening to Gorenoise for enjoyment? No. Its too much, in the same way as wall noise is too much.

    • @danhalen6135
      @danhalen6135 2 роки тому +1

      I totally agree with you man, I think Putrefaction in Progress is definitely sitting right at the border of goregrind/gorenoise as well as In Advanced Hemorrhaging Conditions and especially their split with Lymphatic Phlegm. Even though LDOH's appeal is their ambiguously heavy wall of sound, I do wish their guitars were louder/more decipherable in the mix. I also really like bands such as Dead Infection, Human Effluence, Liquid Viscera, Maggot Vomit Afterbirth, and a little Intestinal Disgore like you mentioned because you can hear what the guitar and bass is doing.

    Gorenoise is just one of those things. I think it's a cool sort of more visceral sound than straight up noise projects. There's definitely way more "bad" gorenoise than "good". Some stuff I can tolerate and even enjoy is Innopexia, Active Stenosis (although that might be labeled goregrind also), and Cystgurgle. Blue holocaust made a ep called Black gloved sadist and its super rough to listen to, but it has this Fight of flight feeling to the ep considered its about italian giallo movies, like being chased by the killer. Last days of humanity has this apocalyptic feeling as I said to it, Pure chaos.

    A band worth mentioning when talking about gorenoise, is the Catasexual Urge Motivation industrial noise side project Sadistic Lingham Cult. Might not be fully gorenoise, but it has some of those qualities, at least on some releases.
    CUM/SLC did it like no one else.

    gorenoise is such an interesting shit i unironicaly like it. In one hand you have an experiments whith interesting sounds mixing gorenoise with sludge like phyllomedusa or the idea of pushing the brutality to the whole new level like barbass. And in another hand that realy fucking obscure mutilation of ears like Epiploenterocele Pusliquid Wormchunkr. Yeah a pretty good chil music ahahhah
