That's right, it's suppose to be light and fluffy but packed with flavor from the fruits and milk. It should not be lacking in fruits or it will just be a tennis roll or dinner roll with a cross.

I'm not going to go with the traditional version if its a better version out there, not everything that's traditional is best. Remember back in the day they don't have much options as far as ingredients so they used what they had, today there are so many options to chose from, the food world has evolved and so should our cooking.

It's a matter of personal preference some people like their buns heavy packed with flour and that's OK to each his own, I like mine soft , fluffy but flavorful. I'm oblivious to what the other channels got going on because I mind my own business, too busy to acknowledge them and too nonchalant to care. Yes they are still soft even the next day but you have to reheat for a few seconds in the microwave for it to revert back to normal texture because it's obviously homemade and does not have the chemical that's used in the Bakery.
I always change the recipe. I never do the same exact recipe more than once, always switch them up to give options to the viewers. Some people don't eat eggs so this is done without eggs for those individuals. I also have ones with coconut added, I just did whole wheat the other day. You have a variety to chose from.

Don't rush the rising process allow it to rise as long as it needs to. It's rich in flavor so it will take longer to rise than a normal bread dough.

Not really just mix it around in the bowl added some oil to bring it together and let it rise. You can knead it if you want to tho doesn't matter.

Sorry but your one cup of milk looks alot. What did you use to measure?
The same mug the milk was in, it's a 2 cup measuring cup, if you look closely the milk was half way in the mug which makes it 1 cup.
