I just purchased the 7qt square and deep basket..similar to the Wal Mart one you are showing. Came with both racks. Reg Price 70.00, our Costco had a weekend sale for 49.99.. I can't wait to use it today. Thank you for your video.

I bought the 8 quart Gourmia from Walmart (Black Friday) $49.. we really enjoy it and I have not found anything negative to say about it. I also purchased the Ninja 6.5 quart foodie air fryer and it has only been used twice!

The one that you are showing that you got from Walmart, the larger one is the one that Costco sells, I am also a employee of Costco in New Jersey,
Costco sells it for regular price for 50 dollars. I got it for my wife on sale for 40 dollars

I wish I had seen this before I stopped at COSTCO for something unrelated, but saw this at a good price compared to the NINJA it was stocked next to, so it was an impulse buy for me... the only drawback I have noticed so far is the small basket size..but I generally cook for myself only so I guess I can live with it...But I did like the comparison you did. Good info put in a straightforward manner...Thanks!

I probably would have preferred the square one too over the current design. Otherwise, I'm sold with this thing. Grabbed one from Costco when it went on sale and so far I'm impressed. I cooked New York strip steaks last night and it turned out really well with very little effort and minimal mess/cleanup. Thanks for the comparison!

With the higher sides I can roast a 5 lb chicken and it turns out perfect. Breast side down and then flip to finish. About an hour for a perfectly moist bird.

Fast forward Black Friday and the 8 quart was on sale for 59.99 so I bought 2 as xmas gifts. There was a bit of a wait as it wasnt in stock but arrived well in time...

Have you ever cooked a rotisserie chicken like the banny 🐔 chicken size in the air fryer from Costco. My mom bought me a Gourmia air fryer model # GAF798 6 qt and I was just curious. Thanks for your input

I've never done a WHOLE chicken in it but I could see it working. Especially if it was a smaller one. It would be a good experiment for sure! have you tried it yet? Might make a video on that someday.

Recently picked up the Costco Gourmia as well, moved from a 1.6 quart Bella. Generally cooking for 2 so the 6 qt seems huge and so far really like it. I get you really like the square pots and had one previously, but was wondering, are you cooking for a large family or is there something you cook that just would not work in the oval pot? No doubt both cost $50 and are great deals. But making a determination without actually cooking something in them both (not warming) is not valid. What would be valuable, and if you still have your older one, include that in the comparison of the three and cook multiple recipes and then make your determination.

It’s just my wife and I making left overs and some side dishes mainly. There is just times when having a unit with a bit more space helps everything cook evenly it’s not always about the sheer amount of food you can fit in there.

Is this a comparison of Wal Mart vs costco or a comparison of an 8 quart vs a 6 quart air fryer made by the same company? Why would Wal Mart build an air fryer and sell it through Costco or vis versa? I notice you failed to measure the displays on both machines. if they are not the same size why would you expect both to be the same? But you again compare Wal Mart and Costco
Did you compare the model numbers? No you compare the retailer. You sound as though you were favoring Costco over Wal mart. I don't have a costco within 70 miles from where I LIVE but I do have 6 wal marts within in50 miles and I don't pay a membership fee.
It is not the fault of the retailer if things are different. The price of the 2 fryers are not the same, Wal mart sells the 8 quart for the price of the 6 quart.
