Avocados generally are not attractive to honeybees. You can have better luck with native bees. As well as ladybugs, wasps, and... as you mentioned, flies. Ants often climb into the flowers. But it's believed that ants don't have hairy enough bodies to spread pollen well.
Plenty of polinizers now that weather is warmer and wild flowers dying now forcing bees in avo flowers, also see a few flowers now setting fruit on April 29th,2024

Not sure how many trees you have, but the honey water solution works quite well for getting the bees attention.

Yes all kinds of insects I see in flowers now, havent seen ants yet but yes even wasp
