One of the most toxic aspects of enmeshment trauma is its impact on individual identity development. When boundaries between individuals are unclear or almost blurred, it becomes challenging for a person to develop a strong sense of self. They may adopt the feelings, desires, and expectations of others, while completely dismissing their own feelings, or their own desires or how “they” expect things to be because of this lack of self.

Thank you. Yea, I will try to make a video on that soon- when enmeshment is mixed with narcissism, which is a deadly combo to be going through because of how "confusing" it can get. I understand. Thanks for the comment.
