    Excellent tutorial. Thanks!
    In case you're new to Blender, like me, and you don't get the same nodes as in the vdo, change blender render to cycles render before clicking the new button.

    Best node-tutorial I've found so far. Most of the times the tutorials start using complex node-setup/advanced texturing, the basic understanding of the node-editor is mostly lacking. The helps a lot

    Thankyou so much for this. So many tutorials tell you what nodes to place..but not why they are needed, Which makes learning all this hard because i have no idea why things are doing what they are doing and anytime i need a certain function i have to go back and look it up again as if it were some lego instruction book.

    I hope your series grows into more and more... I see the power of the Cycles Node Editor and have done numerous tutorials but still find it hard to figure out and know what to do when not following step by step tutorials. I hope some kind of logical explanation of the mental workflow of how to determine what nodes are needed and how to assemble them in different situations will help.

    I hope you continue this. I love that blender is an all inclusive piece of software, and nodes are definitely what I need to learn more of. They can get complex quick, thanks for starting this and I truly hope you continue into intermediate and eventually advance, as nodes are used in composting, the game engine, etc.
    Subscribed and notifications are on. Thanks again and I'll be keeping a eye on this series, really basic now but I hope it progresses. GREAT JOB!

    I have a question after Eeevee do I have to learn new things to work with Eeevee, because whats the point of learning cycles if after few months I have to learn a new thing all over again?

    • @RemingtonCreative
      @RemingtonCreative  6 років тому

      Eevee uses the same nice system as Cycles. Not to mention, Eevee is more of a "prototyping" phase than an actual engine. Of course, you can use it as a full rendering engine.

    George Walker Bush (born July 6, 1946) is an American politician who served as the 43rd President of the United States from 2001 to 2009. He was also the 46th Governor of Texas from 1995 to 2000. After graduating from Yale University in 1968 and Harvard Business School in 1975, he worked in the oil industry. Bush married Laura Welch in 1977 and ran unsuccessfully for the House of Representatives shortly thereafter. He later co-owned the Texas Rangers baseball team before defeating Ann Richards in the 1994 Texas gubernatorial election. Bush was elected president in 2000 after a close and controversial win over Democratic rival Al Gore, becoming the fourth president to be elected while receiving fewer popular votes than his opponent.[3]
    From a prominent political family, he is the eldest son of Barbara and George H. W. Bush, the 41st President of the United States, making him only the second president to assume the nation's highest office after his father, following the lead of John Quincy Adams.[4] His brother, Jeb Bush, a former Governor of Florida, was a candidate for the Republican presidential nomination in the 2016 presidential election. His paternal grandfather, Prescott Bush, was a United States Senator from Connecticut.
