Chicken Vegetable Soup Recipe l How To Make Chicken Soup l Soup Banane Ka Tarika Urdu l Appetizer

Ingredients and method
Chicken With Bone 500 grams.
Add 1 liter water. Cook till tender.
Remove bone and shred chicken.
Add shredded chicken in same stock.
Boiled corn 1/4th cup.
Green fresh beans 2 Tbsps.
Carrot chopped 1/4th cup.
Salt 1 Tsp.
Black pepper powder 1 Tsp.
Cover till 1 big boil.
Soy sauce 2 Tbsps.
Vinegar 2 Tbsps.
Egg 1.
Stirr immediately.
Watet 1/2 cup.
Cornflour 4 Tbsps.
Mix well. add on low flame in soup while continue stirring.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes don't over mix otherwise soup thickness decreases.
For sauce
Green chillies chopped 2 Tbsps.
Vinegar 6 to 7 Tbsps or Dip the chillies in vinegar.
Salt 1 pinch.
Mix well. give a big boil on high flame then turn off the flame, dish out .
you can make this sauce in microwave as well.
Fry fish crackers and serve your delicious soup with sauce.
5 to 6 servings.
