- Thank you for watching! I’m no expert but have been loom knitting for a couple years and I’m really proud of myself for coming up with the technique to get the legs to twist.
I hope you find this tutorial helpful. I went slowly enough I think even an absolute beginner could do this.
The chunky yarn you see in the video is Ador-a-ball yarn from Hobby Lobby in the color Happy Face and the thinner yarn is called I Love This Cotton in the color Brights Print.

I'm a newbie when it comes to loom knitting. I LOVE this and it's going to be my next project! Please can you tell me the protocol if I made him/her to sell on a craft stall? I was thinking about having a notice that said something like: "Created by Julie Jules - designed by The Reslers." (or is them some other wording that you would prefer)? I like the safety notice about the eyes. I wouldn't have thought about this! I also think the idea of using tights (as we say in the UK) is a wonderful idea. Thank you so much - I feel really inspired!

Hello! I finished doing all the tentacles but I realized my loom is 31 pegs and now i dint think i can do the body!!
I think it will be fine. Might just be a little different size.
I've trying to knit this for the third time now, and the first two times, the head after stuffing and following along, kept coming out oval shaped instead of round. Am I doing something wrong? Should i be blocking?
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble! Mine is definitely an oval though.
Can I use baby yarn or just a regular number 4 or 5 yarn
You can use any yarn you like! Just keep in mind you might want to use a loom with pegs that are closer together. Otherwise the holes between stitches will be bigger. Or if you don’t care about the holes, just use panty house underneath to keep all the stuffing in. 😃
