Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Starting this workout, 4 days a week.
Day 1: Great ✅
dont give up!!
For those of you starting, I used to do Lilly’s workouts for about 20 minutes and would pretty much just eat less (calorie deficit) but more protein (I would make a protein shake or use more beans to help me) and after 3 months I had dropped weight pretty nicely. I started working like crazy and my job would cause my to come home around 12am-2am in the morning because I was an EMT. Focused on school more, but also got into a healthy relationship and what happened, I gained so much weight. I’ve been doing her Pilates again plus eating in a calorie deficit like before and so far I’ve lost 12lbs in 3 months. You’re supposed to lose between a pound or two when losing weight in a healthy way. So don’t feel discouraged after a month or when the scale stays the same for two weeks cause it’ll drop. Definitely after a month I saw a change. You might even see a change in your body but not the scale because you’re losing fat but gaining muscle and looking a lot better. So keep going, don’t worry about everyone trying to update each and everyday. You’ll get your results as long as you stay consistent, focus on your diet. Also, I only do Pilates and walking. Before I was doing 6k a day but now I’ve racked it up to 8k. You’ve got this. It can be discouraging and want to see if other people do it but trust me the best thing to do is for you to start yourself and see the change in you. Don’t say “I’ll start tomorrow” start today. Tonight, this morning. Whatever, just start. You’ve got this :)
Honestly, have been doing Lily’s workouts only 3 times a week for 3 months and my figure is amazing!!! Do only 30min each time. Obviously eat healthy as well but I’ve always been into fitness and running and never had such great figure. She rocks!! 👊🏻😎🔥

I had a baby almost 18mths ago and it has been so hard to get back into working out! I was doing well when he was a new born, but he became more and more in need of mama, so I just didnt have the time/energy to work out. Now that he naps for a few hours during the day, I am finally able to gwt back into it! This has been my first work out in almost 14mths! 🤭 I am so proud and my lega are shaking, but honeslty I missed this so damn much!

you can :) just eat well (& more) than usual. about 200-400 calories more than maintenance, minimum!! lots of protein & complex carbs :) these exercises also grow the glutes/ hams!!

Day one completed.... wasn't able to be stable throughout...but still managed and obviously made many of my muscles scream
day 6 completed....i cant do further cuz of busy schedule but yeah nothing changed 4 me

I have one question I want big thighs and hips but flat stomach which workout is best pls tell?
Id recommend eating alot of protein and doing hip and thigh exercises with weight, get cardio in and watch your calories. Make sure you drink a lot of water! Don’t forget to workout your stomach area though, I’m sure there’s workouts for a flatter stomach. Just do research and find what works best for your body
I am really fed up with my so very bulky thighs i just can't get rid of them what do i do
I will suggest intermittent fasting for quick results and workout also with clean healthy and balanced diet when you will break the fast ..Go for 16:8 fasting if you can and do a low intensity workout in fasted state.. and focus on steps aim for 7-8k steps as it is the easiest to slim those legs and for whole body you can't target one part and also try leg focused strength training with slight caloric deficit as it will not make your thighs bulky
I suggest foam rolling to tone your muscle

Hello I have a small problem when I exercise The right side of my body is affected by the exercises but the left side is not affected I have a small amount of fat in my left waist and my left foot as well Please I want a solution 🙏🏽
