Lily, I loved this quick workouts. Very intense and we can feel that they are really functional. I know / find your channel recently on UA-cam and I am very happy. I am 50 years old and with the age and menopause ....even exercising my body frequently since I was a teenager, everything changes. So I'm seeing a functional nutritionist to gain muscle mass and strength again and complement it with swimming and exercising on channels like yours to complement the cardio part with strength training. I recently started training again with determination. And I'm focused on your challenges for arms, legs, thighs and belly. Better the whole body....lol Let's see the results a while after starting and improving my physical conditioning. It s a process, you know. I have a question..I have been working out for many years but lately the harder I try to have the correct form, especially during lower body workouts, the more it seems like I can’t work the correct muscles!! Any advice??! I use mind to muscle, physically touching my butt, googling hacks and tips..but the harder I try the worse I feel my form is?? And you say to squeeze your butt and I can’t squeeze it hard enough!!! 😩😅 I feel like I work my hamstrings more than my butt!! 😫

Hi lily ! I’m used to lifting heavy but I took a break in the middle and it’s resulted in a lot of arm fat and back fat ,, and pit fat. More than 3 inches even . So do you reccoemdn these light weight exercises to do? I mean body is used to heavy so will these even affect me ?
Day1:Used 1kg weights ,easy except the last one killed me Day2: Used 500g weights and loved it, very light workout. Day3:Used 500g nice workout. Definitely perfer it over core workouts. Day 4: okay
