    About Hip Dips
    First up, hip dips are totally normal. I have hip dips, and I am certainly not ashamed of them, neither should you be.
    How obvious your hip dips appear is down to a few different things (again- please remember they are normal!) These include the anatomy of your pelvis and hips and the distribution of fat and muscle in your body.
    Now as we already know, we cannot spot reduce fat. We cannot choose where we loose fat from in our body. We can however loose fat as a whole by exercising and being in calorie deficit. Please bare in mind, I am a huge advocate of a healthy, non-restrictive lifestyle, which DOES not include massively restricting what you eat.
    In terms of exercise, as well as burning calories, we can also target specific muscle groups and joints to build muscle in that area, which will lead to sculpting and toning.
    Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
    1. Being in calorie deficit
    2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
    3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
    The key to achieving your fitness and health goals is consistency and healthy lifestyle changes, without restriction. I don’t believe in crazy fad diets. Simply eat nutritious food, move your body, smile and enjoy the journey! Love Lilly

    Trying to do this every day for two weeks to see if i see a difference!
    Day 1: ✅ Done, but it hurt!!!
    Day 2: ✅Omg that hurt so baddd, but its done at least…
    Edit: School started so I was not able to continue bc it got overwhelming (metal health over physical looks) but Im going to try to restart tmr and continue. Btw even after two days I saw a bit of difference.

    As someone who struggled with loving my body with hip dips because i was shaped like a VIOLIN like it was bad haha. But I did every workout possible for my hip dips nothing was hitting the spot BUT HEAR ME OUT this workout will kill your hip dips and every pain i feel i love it so much because i know it's working. NO PAIN NO GAIN. For the past 1-2 months I HAVE SEEEN A LOTTTT OF DIFFERENCE u will see a difference after 2 weeks depending on how consistent you are. I ate everything I craved I did no diet but I do not look like a violin no more and i started to love my body and HIP DIPS ARE NORMAL AND BEAUTIFUL but I just personally didn't like the way it looked on me but my hip dips are still a little bit there which I might start doing workouts on the hip abductor because I've seen lots to changes with other people. BUT TRUST ME THIS WORKSSS IM ROOTING FOR EVERYONE. any questions ill answer them.

    THIS REALLY BUUUURRRNNSSS.
    Today is day 1( 29 Jan 2022). I will update you guys on it. Right now my hips dips are like craters. Though, one side is smaller than the other, I want to slim them down and I hope this will work! And also, goodluck for everybody that's doing it!
    Day 2: It is getting easier to do it.
    Day 3: Done!
    Day 4: Done! Nothing different yet, but the pain feels nice 😎
    Day 5: Done!
    Day 6: I see smalll changes! My hips are a bit wider.
    Day 7: Ok so, after a week I see my hip dips smaller, yes they are still there and I don't think they'll ever go away, but this helps reducing them even a little bit!
    One more week to go
    P.S. I don't have rest days!
    Day 8: Done!
    Day 9: Done!
    Day 10: Done!
    Day 11: Done!
    Day 12: Done!
    Day 13: Doneee! But it worked!!! My hip dips aren't so bad anymore.
    Last day: OMGG!! My hips became a lot more wider, i still have hip dips but they are really really small. I'm going to do this another 14 days.

    I have been doing this for 3 weeks and OMG MY HIP DIPS ARE GONE. In addition to this workout I've been doing the heart shaped booty workout and the hourglass hips workout. I have a also been running and using weights for more of her booty workouts.

    for everyone who doesn't know whether to start it or not: I've been doing this workout 3 times a week for 1 month combined with different booty workouts from pamela Reif and my hips went from this dips to a rounder and prettier ones. so please start doing it and you'll get results asap

I've been combining them doing 3 times a week with different levels due to my health things and desire to work hahaha

    Day 1: burnnnns
    Day 2: getting better at consistency
    Day 3: did it twice today! my hips are sore sooo it's working!!
    Day 4: new yrs eve! did the workout now I'm going for a run
    Day 5: happy New Years 🎉! Just did it with a lot less struggle compared to the first days. I definitely think my hips are starting to fill in!
    Day 6: was lowkey struggling this time lol my hips are super sore but are straightening out!!
    Day 7: I did this as well as her summer shred hourglass hip workout, seeing my hip dips are becoming less visible from the front
    Day 8: I skipped the workout yesterday bc I had work and school all day ;;( but I'm back on it today
    Day 9: bro this exercise gave me stretch marks which I don't mind because I know that's a sign they're growing but jus be warned
    Day 10: done, been slowly trying to incorporate a healthier diet and other exercises from her
    Day 11: the progress is surprising, my hip dips are almost completely invisible from the front just working until I can hopefully completely fill them in
    Day 12: done. Been trying to incorporate more healthy fats and protein in my diet
    Day 13: I'm getting way better at doing the exercise and my hips lookin good fr

    PSA this does work!!! I've been doing this workout consistently for over two weeks now, if your finding it hard to motivate yourself I like to think of things that make me really angry. wether its a person, something that happened in the past, or just emotional pain.     I don’t really like leaving comments on workout videos but this is so good. It’s super short and after just 3 days you can see results (at least a i did) if you’re thinking of using this I would do it :) and she’s just so nice and doesn’t hide when she’s also feeling the painful burn but you should do it and you can do it :D

      hey, i've been doing it for over a month. that + daisy keech's quarantine bubble butt from time to time and i swear on my mom's life: i can see a difference. my hip dips were quite prominent and, while they are still there, they are less noticeable now. a few days ago i even wore a skin-tight dress to work and i felt quite comfortable. give it a try! of course, it might not work for you since everyone has a different body but it doesn't hurt to try. it's just 10 minutes and it feels good after :)

    Just finished day 14. DAYUMNNN PEOPLE. So the first day or two it really burned but after that it got way better and "easier". I do see a difference, my hip dips aren't totally gone but they definitely aren't as boney as they used to be. If you keep doing this work out I bet you will get even better, more visible results. But you should know, hip dips are natural and you can't get rid of them completely! But this work out definitely works!!!

    I did this workout 6/7 days for 4 weeks and my hip dips are as good as gone! In the beginning the "circles" hurt as hell but now I can power through the whole video without any breaks. Keep it going!

    Commenting for my own consistency:
    ✅Monday: Holy shit. The burnnn! Some breaks but I finished the workout
    ✅Tuesday: Still burning! Less breaks than Monday
    ✅Wednesday: went through the whole workout with no breaks!
    ✅Thursday: I did a lot of moving around and worked out beforehand. so I took a couple small rests. I can feel myself getting stronger and my hip dips look fuller!
    ✅Friday: feeling so good! Doing a band on the last two and omg the burn! Feeling so motivated :)
    ❌Saturday: was on vacation and didn’t do it but I’ll add an extra day!
    ✅Sunday: complete! And feeling good :) my bf is starting to notice growth!
    ✅Monday: first day with a band on ALL exercises… IT BURNEDDD
    ✅Tuesday: another day with a band the whole time and it’s getting easier!
    ✅Wednesday: did a glute workout before this one and omg it was almost impossible. Still finished wearing a band and even using a harder band on the last two! I’m so proud of myself for staying consistent with this :)
    ✅Thursday: didn’t really feel like doing this today but omg the burn was real. I pushed myself to use a harder band than yesterday on the last two exercises once again! The booty is burninggg
    ✅Friday: ugh this felt extra good today! Still used a harder band on the last two and kept my hands up the whole time. :) my glutes feel incredibly strong now! I can feel the muscle bulging out without flexing!
    ✅Saturday: was feeling lazy and had a lot going on today, so I didn’t use a band on anything. Will definitely do better tm :))
    ❌Sunday: had tons of hw, couldn’t find the time!
    ✅Monday: challenged myself again! Probably gonna keep doing this workout even after the 14 days, I’m feeling stronger and my hip dips are appearing less!

    This is doing wonders for me!! My hips are way nicer! After two weeks, Im not the type who goes to the gym, I am very petite and this exercise helped me a lot!! Getting complements how wide my hips look and eating more protein and calories are key.

    day 1 : it BURNS
    day 2 : i haven't done it but I SWEAR I SEE A LITTLE DIFFERENCE!!
    day 3 : It buuurns from the second exercise
    day 4: it was a little less hard (i feel like my muscles are going to give out tho)
    day 5 :a little easier ! (my muscles feel better today)

    Day 2: 08/09/2024 Although it really burns when you're doing the exercise it doesn't ache the day after the exercise, which makes me question it's effectiveness

    THIS WORKS!!! be consistent with it:) mine are still a little bit noticeable but SO MUCH BETTER!! do it and don’t stop, i did it 7 days straight and it was such a great transformation.

    Update : it’s been two weeks :) i’m happy with this workout obviously it’s not a super huge difference but i’m starting to get stretch marks on the side of my hips. i’m going to keep doing this workout because i feel the burn the whole time and i love it

      @@aldra8507 once I get into the habit I never really stop I give myself breaks whenever I need them and I’m not forceful with my workouts, slow and steady, and fats workouts for longer periods work better than grinding one day and not the next. Take it one step at a time 😋

    You might find that if you take a day off between workouts your muscles will recover and grow and you will be stronger the next workout, instead of grinding day after day without giving your muscles a chance to recover and repair. It is actually the muscle hypertrophy or growth that gives the extra roundness you want. This only happens with proper nutrition and recovery.

    omgg this workout actually helped!! ive seen a big difference in my hip dips! their nearly gone!! ive done this everyday for 2 weeks and the hips dips arent even there! ive worn a tight dress after a while today and i felt so confident in it! thx sm for this workout, it really helped!! although this did cause some stretch marks :(((

      @@ezelanis5898 dont worry about stretch marks!! they sre beautiful! of course if you dont like them its okay. i just really wanna minimize my hip dips appearance because i literally hate them. my body is okay i mean i like it but my hips are a disaster! i hate them so much like they look disgusting on me… i just want round hips.. so did that only fill out the dip or did it make your hips rounder? sorry for so many questions!!

    I’m going to do this for at least a week so I’ll keep you updated (I’ll take my measurements later)
    day 1: ✅ this workout actually burns and I think that’s a good thing so 🥳
    day 2: ✅ it burns sm omg but I trust her. also I took my measurements and my “hip dips area” is 94 cm rn (I’m 174cm tall btw) so I’ll be updating y’all :)
    day 3: ✅ first day of my period, I thought I wasn’t going to do it today but I did it 😌💃
    day 4: ✅ I have the feeling it’s working so I’ll probably do it for 2 weeks instead of just 1 idk I’ll see after day 7 💃
    day 5: ✅ ngl this workout keeps burning
    day 6: ✅ so um I have to say I think I think my legs look bigger now but idk. I’ll take the measurements to let you know 💃
    day 7: ✅ YAYYYY !!! I’m going to do another week as she said and I’ll keep you updated.
    I had 2 days of rest bc my mental health is really bad rn but I’m back.
    week 2.
    day 8: ✅ I didn’t feel a lot of pain

    day 13:✅ omg only 1 day left I’m so excited. I also did Daisy keech’s abs workout today.
    day 14:✅ finally finished the 2 weeks challenge!! So this is the part you want to hear about. my “hip dips area” is 95 rn (the second day of the challenge was 94) so this added 1 cm to that. I’m kinda disappointed tho but I mean it’s better that nothing. Also I think it might not be the best result bc I’ve lost some weight and def some lost ass😔 so that affected the measurements but if I didn’t lose any ass I think my results would have been like 1,5 cm so I’d definitely recommend doing this workout. It helps even if it’s just a little and I’m going to give this workout a second round or a second chance hahah so I’ll be updating y’all again every week.
    I also have to say that this rlly helps to change the shape, even tho I only had 1 cm of difference un that area my hips are rounder. they’re 95 in the smallest area and my waist is 63 so it helps to shape into this:

    I forgot to update y’all but I included these exercises to my booty/lower body routine, which I do 3 times a week and yes, it works.
    I’ll be totally honest with you, doing *ONLY* this video won’t help you that much since there’s not a lot of muscle to grow in the hips area, what you should do in order to have that hourglass body is growing the glutes, specially the side glutes so working the gluteus minimus and medius is the answer to that. I also have to say that you shouldn’t do this or any other lower body without any kind of break because your muscles NEED to rest, otherwise you’ll get really slow results.
    That’s my experience with this workout, I hope I helped you :)
    I stopped taking my measurements bc I became obsessed with it but I have before and after pics and videos and the results are quite good.
    Do you want to be the same version of yourself in 6 months? no? then start changing and remember small changes are still progress

    My belly has flattened and tonned but my hip dips slightly decreased ( vry little) 😕 ovrall it was worth it.

      Don’t forget that hip dips are partly shaped a certain way because of bone structure. Some people can decrease them but not get rid of them fully. Stay motivated!

    Gonna document my journey for myself, so this could also be a source of motivation.
    Day 1 ✅Thighs was really burning during the workouts. But the satisfaction I felt when I was done was nice
    Day 2 ✅much harder than the first day, and the burning was almost unbearable lol
    Day 3 ✅
    Day 4 ✅
    Day 5 ✅ my limbs felt way too heavy to lift but the burning was a lot better
    Day 6 ✅ almost a week yayy
    Day 7 ✅ official finished 7 days, and while I still find the exercise difficult it's much better than the first day. Ear is ringing after the exercise lol
    Day 8 ✅
    Day 9 ✅
    Day 10 ✅ Huge progress compared to the first day
    Day 11 ❌ Was feeling sick and tired. Couldn't find the motivation either.
    Day 13 ✅ managed to do it when I started feeling better
    Day 14 ✅ finally finished the challenge. Will be continuing this since I have felt obvious results. My only piece of advice is that there might be days you won't do the exercises, so don't mope over that and just focus on how you'll compensate for the lost days.

    I've tried quite a few workouts and even though there 10 minutes they feel like FOREVER. But with Lilly's workouts I've already done 5 10 minute workouts and its gone by so fast like - what? Also the leg arch thingies are KILLER

    hi guys this is for those of u who arent sure weather to start this workout, i have been doing it for about roughly a week and a half maybe two weeks already i havent really been counting. but i looked in the mirror this morning and i saw a huge difference!!! i have been doing this workout along with loads of other different ones and ive been trying not to look in the mirror to see results because otherwise ill look everyday and get upset about no change so i look after every week or so and i see a big difference although my hip dips are still there they are tiny and barely noticeable so im super happy!!
