Thanks for posting this Larry! I just tried the low n' slow method for the first time this week and the results were fantastic! I've been grilling/braising brats for years using the traditional beer bath method. While those brats come out OK, they just don't seem to have much flavor and the toppings (i.e., onions, kraut, mustard, etc.) become the star of the show. Using indirect grilling method like you present here gives them much more flavor and yet they still come out nice and juicy. I also like to glaze my brats with a little BBQ sauce after about the first 20 mins. of cooking.

Nice job Larry! I just bought a new Spirit II 310 grill. I'm starting fresh and want to grill the right way. Your video (under 3mins) is a nice overview for grilling brats. Parboil is another option. Boil, then simmer 10-15 mins. Grill 5-6mins on indirect medium heat.
