    I received my Ogee Faja yesterday in the beautiful green packaging. After sleeping in it last night I woke up this morning feeling like 1 million bucks. Everyone should order this garment. It is definitely a game changer and it shockingly arrived in three days!
    Love how it calls out Dr. WILLIAM in MIAMI vs. Dr. William Miami.😇 #classic

      Sounds like my Mom wrote that!! Thank you. I am so thrilled you like it. I am very proud of The Ogee Faja--we worked really hard to make sure we got it right--I wanted it to fit well and have the right amount of compression in the right areas but also be super comfy inside. Thank you again.

    Drains were removed after 2 weeks post op. Had a wound dehiscence entering in to my 3 weeks post op. Could not wear compression garment. It's now 3 months post op, I wear the faja during the day but am still leaking from my belly button. Should I wear my faja 24/7 to help compress and release the seroma from belly button?

    I have a rhinoplasty scheduled for the beginning of the third month after my BBL. They will be taking a rib, and I'm afraid that wearing the faja might make it impossible. My doctor says I won't need to wear the faja at that time. What do you suggest?

      For a BBL or liposuction we put the patients in the faja immediately following surgery--they wake up in the faja. For a TT I start my patients in their faja at 3 weeks after surgery.

    Hi quick question! I sent in my progress photos to my surgeon today I’m five weeks post BBL Lipo 360 and my surgeon told me I actually don’t need to be wearing my compression anymore but I still need to use my butt pillow and sleep on my stomach for another month and obviously continue with my massages… I’m just wondering is it possible that everybody’s healing process is different? I just don’t wanna mess up my results.

      It will make you look like you had a BBL but the results will only be temporary while you are wearing the faja--so it is also a shape wear garment that you can wear under clothes to make your waist look slimmer and your butt fuller and higher.

    Is the reason for wearing it for 3 months the lipoed parts or the grafted parts? Thx in advance.
    (My skin snapped back within 2 weeks. My surgeon told me to wear the faja for 4 weeks. I wore it then for 5-6 weeks. I hope i didn't mess something up. Everything seems to look fine so far 3 months post op)

    • @DrWilliamMiami
      @DrWilliamMiami  Рік тому +1

      It's for both components of the BBL--the transfer and the liposuction. Every surgeon is different. I am sure if your surgeon told you to stop wearing it at 4 weeks then you are good.

      I would generally love to know how the faja benefits the grafted parts. I understand how it works for the lipoed parts. I was all the time afraid that the faja could put more preassure on my grafted parts than it's beneficial for fat survival. After wearing the faja, I swiched to some type of softer leggins. I still, after 3 months, don't wear anything too tight.
      I love your videos. They help us all over the World to understand important things about surgery.

    I’m 5 days post op and I have the ogee faja in a size XL on the tightest latch with foams and boards. When is it time to go down to a smaller size? Or do I wear this one for the entire 3 months and THEN down size?

    • @DrWilliamMiami
      @DrWilliamMiami  Рік тому +1

      Just depends on how you heal. You can get it altered and if that works than stay with that but if you are really shrinking then go down a size.

  • @cherrylanemonroe1082

    WHAT IF, I didn't wear it as much as I should have (couldn't stand the faja at at first) but then I wore it for3 moths at night 2 months late. See, I had surgery in early December, got the rajas in mid February, wore it mostly at night from there on. Still today wearing it at night. Should I stop wearing it?? I had a TT & LIPO.

    • @DrWilliamMiami
      @DrWilliamMiami  2 роки тому +3

      IF you are past the three month mark then it is fine for you to stop wearing it. The Faja is super important at the very begging--that is the crucial time to wear the faja but past the three month mark you will not get much benefit from it.
