Yesterday I finished my first ever 30 days "of light" series and I loved it, never felt better, it's unbelievable what consistency and gentle guidance can do for the body, mind and spirit. Today, I'm starting this 90 days series with confidence and excitement. Thank you Hannah, you are a miracle maker!💖

Moving Mango in England, we can meet in groups of six only, ideally outside but we can meet indoors from any number of households. Scotland and Wales have their own restrictions. I do grocery shopping on line and have a vegetable and fruit box delivered when required. I very rarely go out, but am lucky to have a garden. Being on my own I am in a ‘bubble’ with a neighbouring family, I become part of their family. But live in my own house. Zoom and UA-cam are a big part of my life. My daughter is in France and my son in Australia . People are encouraged to work from home again, but in fact a lot of people didn’t go back to commuting and stayed working from home. The children are back at school and the university have taken in students again, but the R rate is going up.
Wow! That sounds like a lot of restrictions, and I imagine it is difficult being so far from your kids during this time. Video calling and pilates have been very important to me during this time, too. Please stay safe dear 💛
