    This has been added to my favourites, I loved it, particularly at 29.46 and 45.20! This was fast paced and activated lots of different muscles. What would I do without you, thanks so much!

      hi! so glad you're liking the the series! depends where in your pregnancy you are, and would also consult with a doctor, in general though you should avoid lying on your belly and try to find more prenatal specific workouts if possible!
