    When we had only 7 mins left of the second part I wanted to take a small break to drink some water, but then u said that we are going to do the side kick series and that's my favorite part from a workout. So no breaks until the end. Loved it

    Hi Hannah! First of all, I'd like to say thanks for all the workouts. I've been working out with your videos for a while now and I'm the fittest I've ever been in my life. I have one observation regarding the sidekicks: on several videos you're not doing all the same workouts on both sides. On this one you did the one with the knee rotation on the first side, but left it out on the second.

      hi Shelly! Indeed, it's something I do quite a bit and many people have commented on! Am still trying to get better and don't have a great solution yet. Have been working on it for months, and still it happens. Sorry if this caused you some frustration, and hope the workouts were still enjoyable. Sorry again and thank you so much for watching.     Hey Hannah, have you missed me lol!?!...... sorry it taken so long to come back to you.... uk has gone back into lock down & i of no better excuse than start doing your workouts again... & this was perfect place to start..
    as always a beautiful routine, &b it so good to see you giggling along thoughout, it adds to the uplifting atmosphere your workouts give... looking forward to catching up on what i have missed out...
    & how could i forget your trademark "Inhale deeply though your nose & exhale deeply through your mouth".... i have that in my head all time when working out at gym,,,,,

    Thank you for this workout. I did this yesterday morning and I felt very energized and strong. Please do more of these 1 hour workout. I love a good challenge.

    When you say "belly button in" that's the cutest thing I've ever heard 🥺and your voice I can listen to it all day from waking up to going back to sleep and even in my dreams it is so peaceful😇 also you make me smile🙂...is it weird?🐙
