When we had only 7 mins left of the second part I wanted to take a small break to drink some water, but then u said that we are going to do the side kick series and that's my favorite part from a workout. So no breaks until the end. Loved it
Hi Hannah! First of all, I'd like to say thanks for all the workouts. I've been working out with your videos for a while now and I'm the fittest I've ever been in my life. I have one observation regarding the sidekicks: on several videos you're not doing all the same workouts on both sides. On this one you did the one with the knee rotation on the first side, but left it out on the second.
