I worked for around 5 months at Fedex, it was the worst experience I ever had. I can write a book of the endless suffering I endured and everyone else as well. This job is a bottomless black hole of negativity. Everything sucks the end.
Hate to hear your experience @ FedEx wasn't pleasant. I wasn't a fan of working there but for the ppl who likes it there I salute them b/c they are the backbone to us being able to receive our packages. Thanks for sharing Jay! 💯
I started on Monday ended on Monday. Now I am fine. They expect you as part time employee to work full time hrs just so They dont have to give you benefits. My advice to people that apply at warehouse jobs that always hire. Be careful because you will see why alot of people leave and never com back.
@@HumanEncoded no I quit. They started scheduling me 6 days straight. Probably 7 if they were open on Sundays. I told the manager that's to much for me. He said we were short handed & it wouldn't stay like that. But it did even after they hired more people. I think management makes bets on the people they hire. Who will last longest & who will quit 1st. Lol! I was hired with 2 others. 2 quit before me. The other guy was still there when I quit.
😅Oh wow! that's hard task to do (working that much with work load) even if you trying to work extra hours! 😮 As far as the managers I can see that happening. lol 😅 Thanks for responding back & sharing Diana! 👍
I agree sometimes pay is not worth the labor but sometimes it maybe something to consider like during the holidays when they normally raise pay to get seasonal workers.
i got in trouble for a couple delivery mistakes but nothing about the five to ten unmanifested packages i deliver daily.. and im the number one driver per hour... and im newish.. so eude.. customer s, contractor and fedex..
Interesting it's always good to hear someone else's experience. I am working there full time 35 hours and 40 hours in a different job with school. I'm exhausted 😭
There’s a FedEx warehouse where I am moving too and thought about applying there. Not after watching this and reading these comments. We need more videos like this to inform each other of the truth about these jobs. Cause they certainly are not going to tell us in the interview.
They definitely will not tell you! I appreciate people like you who have watch this video & got value in the content. Hope your next job (or career) works out well for you my guy! 💪💯
If you stand out as a worker they will give you more work. So you will be making the same as the joker next to you but doing twice the work. HOWEVER they do offer advancement opportunities. I applied for Maintenance Tech 4 times and got the job the 4th time. I had been with them for only a year and now I make significantly more money. So yes you have to work hard in the beginning but if you want to advance and stop lifting boxes all day it's absolutely possible
In Summer 2018 in Brooklyn,I got hired by UPS. They abuse you as a new driver on road. 1mo in, I quit. Months later, I went to FedWx Express. 😊Been here over 4yrs now as a PM pickup Driver.
This video was great as of right now this is going to my 5th month working at fedex as an package handler and I love it judging by the video obviously it wasn’t good for you but over here in California they treat you with so much respect and kindness they allow you to choose your schedule your able to pick up shifts idk if they allowed that at the warehouse you worked at just this last week I worked 14 hours for two days straight during breaks your managers buy you food on some days not all time your manager looks out for you making sure your doing ok and ask if you need a break or bathroom break if it’s too much it’s a whole different experience over here in Cali everyone is friendly so there’s rarely any drama too and and even though peak season is here somehow it’s still not too bad there is a lot cool little things they allow you to do too i can’t explain everything cuz I wrote too much already but this is my experience so far working for fedex and I might actually work here for a while. Thank you for the video 💯
This is great to hear that your experience is going great so far. I think FedEx experience does vary per location. It sounds like where you are they have a great working environment. 👏🏾 Hope you are able to continue to enjoy your experience there & possibly a successful career @ FedEx. 💯👍🏽👏🏾
I THINK it depends on which facility in Cali you work at. My guy works for FedEx Ground in the SGV and they only give him 2-3 hours work. The pay is good but, they work him like it's 8 hours! He's ALWAYS tired and sore as he'll! FedEx DOESN'T sound like a place 'I' would want to work at.
@@JUSTMEOUTHERENOW that’s how many hours I get too but I put up extra shifts and work like 30 something hours an week I don’t know what it is but it’s just easy once you get used to the hard labor lol
I’ve been warehouse for over a month now, I projectile vomited out of my car on the drive home, no time to use the bathroom or refill my water without my truck becoming so backed up. Insulted by coworkers three separate times for not keeping up, managers telling me I need to pick it up and keeping me in the busy doors. I’m young but I’m not in the best shape, I think I’m done man, the pay isn’t bad but the lack of a break and doing 22 hours a week is killing me. Shit is so unsafe to, we’ve been given talks about safety recently due to people getting injured. I’ve worked 8 hour shifts in Florida, one break, and unloading trucks no AC in the entire place. I’m not in that state anymore but that job was far better due to not being rushed the entire time, having to keep a literal constant pace is not for me.
Florida? I hope where you work at is not where I'll be working! And only a MONTH there! Not yet working but will be come Sunday, those types of individuals can kiss my ass. I am done killing myself over these menial jobs. After 5 months at ANY job, I am ready to quit. Hope you find something better!
I can only empathize on what you are experiencing. All I can say is don't kill yourself over a job. Also make sure you have a savings $$$ or a plan B (second job) before you quit so you wont be homeless on the street. Saying all that to say, hope everything works out for you at the end of the day. Thanks for sharing. 💯
Yea unfortunately you have ppl like that everywhere. Whenever you can work at a place where you have a good relationship with your coworkers & management it helps you get thru those shifts & possibly work there longer. I don't blame you for quitting. Hopefully your next job is much better Kina. 🤞🏽
i work at fedex and my first day working they had me loading mostly IC's packages that are fkn 100+ pounds. the lightest package i lifted that day were about 50~60 pounds each box. And you have to fill the truck all the way up to the ceiling of the truck.
WoW they put you in the lions den the first day 😅 I've had to load trucks sometimes but thankfully not the whole shift & not heavy package. Try not to over work yourself over there.
I QUIT before training day. #1 I don't want to hurt myself. I already have a bad back. #2 I'm a 46 yr old woman. (With a depth of life experience) I was basically surrounded by 18-20 year old men. Yea unfortunately these types of jobs are not for everyone & it's good that you made that decision before the physical labor became an issue. Hope you are able to find a better job that fits what you are looking for Dana. 👍
Funny, I've been reading about the workers & how awful & depressing it can be. But when I get there it's to busy for me to even notice anybody but my partner in the truck. I'm glad of that.
I work there too. I'd much rather see an American flag hanging up than a rainbow flag . My husband was killed in Afghanistan so I feel some type of way a rainbow flag shown more love than an American flag. There isn't one anyone in there.
This job is giving me depression just the looks of the job the mangers the WORK IS HARD EVERYDAY!! I’ve never worked a job that’s hard every single day !! They’ll change the hours literally hours before you suppose to work & expect you to be there it’s draining tf out of me.
Don't let it stress you out bro! Yea working @ FedEx can be physically demanding. I suggest not to over work yourself & to look for another job that's less stressful for you Kyle. 💪🏾
Package handlers are severely underpaid. I think package handlers should be making more like 30 to 40 dollars an hour. Package handlers work the hardest out of everybody, so they should be paid the most.
Package handlers is a broad term that covers a lot of different jobs in FedEx. I think IC belt and truck unload should specifically pay higher. It's nowhere near $15.50 an hour which is the average. Now at my plant they will have women just scanning and labeling, or sorting small envelopes. They don't even break a sweat and have it easy. Their jobs are probably only worth $15.50/hr, but they're also considered "package handlers"
@@robbydudley1124 Well maybe you're right. I only worked IC Belt while at Fed Ex. Quit after a month. Couldn't take the fact people were sorting on the belts or a woman standing over me scanning 100 lb+ boxes I'm breaking my back to unload, making the same as me
@@joeschmoe435 too true. I'd say unload should make more but load and ic should make the most. The people working with small packages should stay the same at like $15 an hour.
The worst part is when you get hurt. You will get hurt if you stay kong enough. They do everythibg they can to avoid actually treating you. I have torn rotator cuffs in both shoulders for five months and I'm still awaiting treatment after 25 viaits to the company approved clinics.
Wow that's messed up. I can only imagine the pain & inconvenience this may have cause you. Hope you get the treatment you need soon & thanks for sharing Scott. 💯
I’m doing fedex part time just started last week, 3-8:30 most days, I load the vans so atleast I’m able to walk around a little bit. I serve tables during the days, so even if I have to work both days I’m doing 12-14 hours max, most days 10-11 17 is too much man! Idk how you did it!
Wow yea you working some hrs over there! I'm with you on the walking around part b/c I don't like standing in one spot for long periods of time. 🚶🏾♂️ I'm not sure how I did it. I was just trying to stack up as much as I could & try to get sleep on my breaks & days off lol. 😴
Interesting, I thought was THE ONLY ONE who would go to Amazon warehouse to work 4days/10hrs shifts and two hours into my picking on a PIT, thinking it’s been 5 hours when it has ONLY been 2 hours. What horror to know that you still have 8 hours to go. 😳😳
Lmbo 😂🤣 Nope you are not the only one bro. Just thinking about it now is bringing back bad memories 🥴 Some how we get thru those shifts tho but don't let them ask me if I want to VTO cause I'M GONE lol
I don't you blame you bro I had the same problem at my job even worse the management are ruthless, I got a write up from being burned-out due to extreme heat and its was 100 degrees inside. Disrespectful people I'm gonna quit too
That is messed up that they wrote you up. Smh Sometimes you got to do what you have to do until you can do better. Don't pass out over there over working yourself bro 💪🏾
Bruh, my problem is I can't work any job :/ Thats why I enjoy uber and doordash, the pay is shit, but I feel free. But I need more money. Life is fucked.
That's the challenge for a lot of ppl.. trying to find the balance of good pay & flexibility. I've worked Uber before so can relate to the struggle. Keep looking for better (legal) opportunities & something better will eventually pop up. 💪🏾💯
Same here I've been a uber driver full time. I applied for fed material handler I'm scheduled for orientation on wenesday. But after watching this video and reading the comments I'm bit skeptical 🤨
The pay is good, but if you're not in the "In Circle" of management and trainers, you WILL be conspired against. Especially if you have seasoned work ethic, doesn't show when they give manager or trainer spots to their friend, family, or somebody truly unworthy of that given position...everybody who moves up is literally licking the toilet seat of a manager ass.
Dang that last sentence tho lol Yea I do agree that a lot of times work politics do exist & they can take advantage of the people who are not in that circle. Thanks for posting b/c ppl do need to hear how things can go sometimes working at a wearhouse. 👍🏽
You really telling the truth they are capable of messing with your routes on Ipads , they move your carts to make you stay longer etc hell they even show each other film of you even if you not violating the safety rules in trucks . I somehow came across your channel a few months ago when you were giving pointers about working at FedEx. Happy you finally quit. I am about watch the video.
Mandatory extra time during peak messes up alot of schedules. This is the issue I have with a lot of part time jobs. They make demands of a fulltime job. I understand they are understaffed, but they need to figure out that their current shift model is not working. Salute bro for putting in that work for 17 hours.
I agree bruh staying extra hrs or coming in an extra day was the last thing I wanted to do. Only worked those 17 hr days trying to stack up a lil but wouldn't recommend doing 2 warehouse jobs to anybody! Lol Thanks for watching 👍🏽
Yep, that was my mistake. Was told on day one that getting "noticed" would get me more hours so I went all in during peak season and came out overworked and a total mental health mess. Fedex and mental health are like oil and water, at least that's how it was where I worked. I regret that I had to get fired but, after the mental meltdown of being jobless, I was relived to not have to go back there.
Thanks for sharing this Andre b/c ppl need to see how over working yourself @ work can lead to burnout & or even worst. Glad you were able to bounce back & hopefully working in a better environment now. 🤞🏽💪🏾

I actually work at FedEx now. I've been there for two months, and don't plan making it a long term job, but it is what it is for the time being. I mean it's a warehouse job, of course it's going be physical, what are people expecting?
That's true most warehouse jobs can be physically demanding but some more than others. For instance, some may have you driving forklifts most of the time. Thanks for sharing your experience bruh 💯
It’s not that people aren’t expecting it, obviously. It’s that a lot of times people are coerced into these type of jobs in the first place just so they can have money to eat or put gas in their cars. Coercive relationships exist all throughout american society wether it’s housing, employment, transportation, even education. The type of people who are forced into this type of work are poor white, black, & Hispanic people because of the levels of education. And systematically & location wise a lot of the schools these individuals went to were underfunded and under-maintained public schools that does not give students an adequate enough education to even think about pursuing a higher one to create more opportunities. And even when pursuing education, they are coerced to take out student loans because we have no universal education program/system in place to make it accessible to all people regardless of race, ethnicity, or skin color.
So what you get is a system that benefits off of people with low education levels, presenting them job “opportunities” that leave them ripped off & mentally abused, yet alone the physical aspect to it. It’s becoming more & more frequent that people are working more for less in these times. There’s no genuine benefits, discounts, healthcare that they provide because employees always have to “prove their worth” instead of it already coming packaged with being an employee in the first place but they love saying welcome to the team…
Yea loading trucks can get really busy very often. I had to do it sometimes to help out & was glad that wasn't my main position. Not sure if I would've last as long as I did loading trucks full time. 😅

I was a driver for 7 years at FedEx Ground. The turnover rate for warehouse workers was crazy. I’m glad we both got out of there. On a side note, are you a bass player?
The pace can be crazy. When I was a package handler there were days that I would work on four different van lines, whatever van line needed the most help at any given moment
Yeap we both got out there but you definitely held it down a lot longer than I did. lol 💪 Yes, I've played the bass since I was a kid but I call myself retired now. lol 🎸 Wbu?

I’m a package handled at fedex ground. I gave them a 2 week notice and they kept scheduling me past my resignation date next week. Should I just call our both days or no call no show?
Late reply but if they acknowledge your 2 week notice in writing (online or on paper) then you are good to not return after your last day even if they continue to schedule you. Most of the time you tell the manager they really don't care & properly don't put it in the system. After I resigned from Amazon they kept me on the schedule for weeks & since I quit FedEx I stopped checking if I had days after that. lol
“When I called off and my body got use to not going in”….yes bro….I had a very good paying job at Amazon I used pto one day and I started to get lazy…my job wasn’t even hard just tiring and boring….I can’t tell you how much I regret it…I worked hella overtime because I liked seeing my check with more money rather then em deductions cause of tax….I swear this time ima make shi different.
Fedex recently sent out job postings to people's homes in Québec and Ontario for 10, 12, and part-time 8hr shifts, paying approx $19/hr+ $ 2/night premium or something like that ! But as generous as this may seem by comparison to other companies, and considering how hard you'd have to work, and how bad "inflation" will be by this autumn, you need at least $ 28/hr for starters, and even with that amount, you will find that there are a lot of things you can not afford to purchase or do ! So it looks like Fedex is just not getting hundreds of resumes mailed to them anymore !
Yes I agree inflation has to be consider & was as the level of physical labor you have to put out on the job when deciding if you want to work there. I think a lot of companies are in need of workers still. It's crazy b/c I also received a mailer from FedEx stating they were hiring & I live in Texas! lol
During the time as a seasonal worker (white badge) in amazon warehouse how can a seasonal worker get cross training and some certifications?-- Is there an application method, or is it requested in person with the supervisors? When a coworker(blue badge) in the same section is leaving the company, what are the ways to be the first to take that permanent position? During white badge seasonal Is there an application form for blue badge, or, is it only by waiting until the computer system offers a blue badge?
Yes season can b/c I was cross trained & attained certs as a seasonal worker at Amazon. If you want to just do those things just let your supervisor know. There's no list to get on to become permanent. You just have to meet the qualifications. Once a position becomes available the system will determine who to send an invitation (via email) to become a blue badge. You can let your supervisor know you wish to become permanent & sometimes they can speed that process up for you. Hope this helps Ken.
You said it yourself bruh lol on how you thought time was going by, but It was only a hour dat passed by. The problem was that you were thinking time was flying by instead of working when u do that time goes by slow ASF but when u aren't looking at da time or thinking about time nd working instead that's when it goes by quick.
I used to do both. I would work & work while not thinking about the time & then times I would think about checking the time in a hour or two. Mostly all the time it would be less time off the clock than expected. I think I'm just one of those ppl that once I walk into a warehouse time just automatically slows down. ⏳🤷🏾♂️ lol

I started on Monday ended on Monday. Now I am fine. They expect you as part time employee to work full time hrs just so They dont have to give you benefits. My advice to people that apply at warehouse jobs that always hire. Be careful because you will see why alot of people leave and never com back.
Day 3 tomorrow. We get full benefits working part time. Only 3 hr shifts. It's hard work unloading.
lol yea they will try to get the most production out of you as possible. Sounds like it didn't take you long to make your decision. lol 😅
Yea it's hard work... hope it's still working out for you Diana.
As far as the managers I can see that happening. lol 😅

The amount of work you gotta do for the money, isnt worth it and they are always working the good workers like dogs,
I agree sometimes pay is not worth the labor but sometimes it maybe something to consider like during the holidays when they normally raise pay to get seasonal workers.

Great advice & glad to hear you were able to get promoted & earn more money.

Have a question about the break ?

Right off the start, what seemed like 18 yr old "managers" everywhere...introduce themselves and my class is already kissing ass. It's a giant place full of zombie-eyes who systematically ass kiss. With a giant American flag hung in the place to prompt that message, "Work hard and you too can become a Trump-like manager." I forfeited possible education reimbursement opportunity. Funny, I've been reading about the workers & how awful & depressing it can be. But when I get there it's to busy for me to even notice anybody but my partner in the truck. I'm glad of that.

Package handlers are severely underpaid. I think package handlers should be making more like 30 to 40 dollars an hour. Package handlers work the hardest out of everybody, so they should be paid the most.
Agreed 💯
Package handlers is a broad term that covers a lot of different jobs in FedEx. I think IC belt and truck unload should specifically pay higher. It's nowhere near $15.50 an hour which is the average. Now at my plant they will have women just scanning and labeling, or sorting small envelopes. They don't even break a sweat and have it easy. Their jobs are probably only worth $15.50/hr, but they're also considered "package handlers"
@@joeschmoe435 Truck load And IC belt should get more, not unload. Truck unload is very easy compared to load which is horrific on average.

For instance, some may have you driving forklifts most of the time.
Thanks for sharing your experience bruh 💯
Very well said I'm a FedEx ground package number going already for 2 years I enjoy it I don't have a problem
Good it’s not worth it permanent job a few months yes 😊

Hey, hopefully, you'll be able to find some close to that with your next job.

@@HumanEncoded I went to orientation and the first day, and I will not be returning 😭 the money is so great cannot lie about that, but I hated it I also threw up during my shift which was my body telling me its not a good idea lol so now on to the next, great experience now I know some requirements I have for a work place, AIR CONDITIONING.
@@asijahsmith6849 Lol yea working in an air conditioning environment makes a world of difference when it's 100+ outside. 🌡
Is good to hear you at least tried it out & now you know from personal experience.
Hope you're able to find your ideal job soon.
Thanks for the honest update Asi'Jah! :)
Do you know anything about fed ex security specialist? I’m in the process of getting into this with fedex.
Unfortunately I don't know anything about security specialist @ FedEx.
Hope it works out for you though. 🤞🏽
It would take little effort to make it easier on everyone, but nope. 1 driver for delivery and truck keeps breaking down. Work crazy then stop, if it was even, it would be pleasant. 13 an hour in arizona and not worth your time or pain.
Yea that sounds like some BS.... thanks for sharing your experience here. 👍
Is driver position the same thing ?
No quite but some similarities.
I think drivers get drug tested and warehouse workers don't.
Yo my best warehouse tip is to NEVER check the time .
Good tip.... sometimes easier said than done for me tho lol
Definitely don’t check the time at Fed ex or ups if you doing mindless labor like lifting and loading boxes . What may feel like 2-3 hours worth of work can only be only 1 hour
My warehouse tip is to make every day your first day. That's how I last long
You think that's something divide your paycheck from how many days you work it's about less than $ 50.00 a day so so 😔
Lol yeap! That is exactly why I was like there's got to be a better way to make these couple dollars somewhere else with less physical labor. 😅lol
Is being a package handler hard?
I think it just depends on the individual.
It will be repetitive physical labor though.
Hope that helps 🤞🏾
i just got accepted and i’m figuring out when i’m going to start, but i also just found out that material and package handler aren’t the same… i’m working at the fedex express so does that mean i will have to unload planes or what i’ve read so many different things as to what a material handler is- i honestly thought i’d just be sorting packages but the more i’ve watched videos it sounds like a completely different role- is there a way you could switch jobs or like sections in the place or no?🤣😭
You can change the area you work in if the manager decides to move you.
Most of the time they want you to work the position they hired you for but it couldn't hurt to ask when you get there. 🤞🏽
Material handler is more difficult work with heavy machinery or oddball equipment Unloading and loading airplanes you wil sometimes sort packages depending of workload at the site
I'm getting hired as a mechanic for fedex. Hope it goes well. Pay is fantastic.
That's great to hear Moabman! I hope it goes well for you too! 💪💯
They don't even let the loaders eat smh
Wow that's not cool smh
Damn bro 17 hours? I guess that just the life of being a FedEx package handler, cause my warehouse deal with stuff from the airport, laid back warehouse, it’s 9:30am to 6:00pm Mon-Fri & Sundays are optional days for us, usually I come in early everyday & work, the most I ever worked in one day is 10 hours, but on a average, it be 9 hours a day, I guess it just depend on what warehouse you go to for FedEx.
That's good you're at a location that's a little more laid back. 👍🏽
I only worked about 5hrs per day @ FedEx. I had another warehouse job that I worked 12hrs at.
I'm finding out that not all FedEx locations operate the same.
Keep holding it down over there bruh 💯
You at the Indy location?
@@noved317 Nah the Coppell TX location.
@@infamousicee6009 You stay in my area... DFW STAND UP!! lol 💯
@@HumanEncoded lol yea bro, remember I told you in another video but I’m from Houston tho.
Which shoes do you recommend ? I went to the Amazon page and it’s a whole list of them
You just need a shoe with like a memory foam cushion.
I purchased a shoe similar to this....

@@HumanEncoded ok cool thanks I’m starting some overnight fed ex ground work in a week your videos have been helpful . I’m kind of dreading this job I’m used to be An amazon delivery driver but I’m on the east coast taking care of my sick dad . Glad you’ve moved onto to greener pastures my friend . Thank you Lynn
You're describing my life now!
lol.... yea I'm just trying to make my next move my best & not trying to over work for pennies if I can do better. Hopefully things are going well for you Nancy. :)
I work 16 hr swing and graveyard at two production places was ok i only did for short time though
Wow that was a work load right there! Not sure how you juggled all that but we do what we have to do when we have to do it huh 💪🏾💯
@@HumanEncoded i don't know either but your right do what you have to
I'm a 46 yr old F with a bad back problem. Should I bother applying? :/ Also I can't handle workplace drama or disrespect. I am consistent and reliable otherwise tho.
Definitely do NOT apply 💯‼️
@@nancywoodland6614 I start in 2 days, lol. If I can't I can't. Least I tried.
Best of luck to you! My suggestion is to learn as much as you can and observe everything, especially other job positons. There is the potential to move around to other positons that may not require lots of physical work like Admin, if there are openings.
Depends on Your Hub. My Hub is Toxic to the Core. Management likes to play Favorites and treat their Package Handlers like Peasants. Even some co workers like to talk smack behind your back. Im thinking of quitting next week
I QUIT before training day. #1 I don't want to hurt myself. I already have a bad back. #1 I'm a 46 yr old woman. (With a depth of life experience) I was basically surrounded by 18-20 year old men. Make friends because youll need them here, they said! (I wanted a gig where I didn't have to be social) The inmaturity and disrespect was heavy. But, tbh, I need recover and let it go. Waste of my time!
I worked at ups for a little over a year and it was great I start fedex tomorrow same position as ups
Oh cool.... hopefully your FedEx job is going well for you. 💯
How’s it going and what position do you do there?
I’m going in for my drug test tomorrow as the position is material handler. However, I checked the address they provided and the place looks odd. It’s at a airport, so my question would be if that’s normal or should I be concerned to go alone?
It's probably at a FedEx location at the airport. I'm not totally sure but if you received official information from FedEx to go there you should be ok. 👍
@@HumanEncoded you’re correct I worked as a material handler the job site was near airport once you passed test and passed background you got the job just training When I was training i was at graveyard like I believe it was. for a few weeks you be working on the field taxi way
Bro yes!!! So confusing goin on at 10pm getting off next day.
Lol Yeap.... do that for a couple weeks & every day starts to blend lol
Hi thanks for your videos,
Thanks for deciding to watch them. Hope they helped you in some way. 🙂👍🏽
You're actually wrong time actually goes pretty fast there's a lot of work it goes pretty fast I've been a FedEx ground package on there for 2 years now I like it I enjoy it people quit my opinion how I see they have a very weak mindset it's just about showing up everyday and doing your work and not thinking about the rest of the things that's just my personal opinion
I definitely respect your option with the experience you have working there.
Thanks for Sharing Alex! 👍🏽
@@HumanEncoded thank you really appreciate it
Rare opinion I’ve been there 5 years time goes slow good employees make it faster
Holy shit when did u eat/sleep working 17 hours?
Fortunately I had a couple days off to regroup but the days I worked was physically draining. 😟
What were you getting payed when your were doing part time at fed ex
I think like $13 or $14 but they are paying ppl more than that now.
Just go to FedEx career site & see how much they are paying in your area.
@@HumanEncoded 15.50 now I been working 3 days I hope it keep going well lol

Do they force you to wear steel toed boots, or steel toed sneakers?
Nope... you wear anything but flip-flops lol
Just be happy u never worked at a grocery store now that’s the worst
I actually have worked at a grocery store as a stocker lol
In my opinion warehouse work is still worst than grocery stock work b/c it's almost continuous physical labor the whole shift.
Why you think grocery work is worst Jason?
@@HumanEncoded well being a courtesy clerk you’ll have people having u do stuff left and right too chaotic.
@@thejasonadamecomedyshow7646 I get your angle now & can see how that could become a pain. 😬
Try working as a driver we gotta reload are entire trucks because of you loaders because stuff is just throw in there or thrown on the side of the truck. After that we gotta go deliver it and deal with the weather, dumb ass customers, and people on the road and businesses. I would work with anybody at FedEx or Amazon again management is terrible, people In the wearhouse suck, contractors suck, the entire place sucks I would rather bum money on the side of the road if I was ever forced into that situation again.
Wow 17hrs is a lot
Yeap I was putting in super hours which is why I had to let that go 🤗 lol
In Florida they only give you $15
@@satisfyursoul5127 Wow I would've thought pay would be higher in a state like Florida. 😒
Fedex is the worst company to work for.
I got to say it definitely can be but to some ppl it could be the best. I'm kind of on the fence myself lol
I heard FedEx had good benefits, is this true?
I've heard the same thing. I will say if benefits are what you are looking for in a job FedEx may be a good pick.
FedEx Ground is NOT FedEx.
FedEx Ground IS apart of FedEx. 🤷🏾♂️
FedEx owns FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, FedEx Express, & more.
I sweating.I'm not really sweating 😂
Yea I tried not to let them have me sweating... they didn't pay me enough for that! Lol 😁
Better off as a driver
Good Point but I know the drivers work hard too. 😅
@@HumanEncoded true but at least you on the road and don’t have to deal with any one on top of you. But in all reality labor jobs all suck especially when the pay sucks too. Labor workers should be paid a good hourly wage
@@Chickenn839 Agreed, you are in the truck by yourself (unless you have a helper). I do like that setup over being in an environment where I'm being watched.💯
Unfortunately most lobar jobs are under appreciated & under paid & to top that off, will be phased out by AI in the near future. 😅
