I was already wishing I did the synthetic line before I picked it up from WeldTec. The only thing steel has over the synthetic line is UV resistance. I spend lots of time in the desert and did not want my line sun rotted when I actually needed it. It would not be a big deal to replace the line a time or two in my lifetime. Synthetic line is safer, lighter and you you get to use the cleaner fairlead. You can still do things to destroy steel cable and need to replace it. Probably by some time in 2022 it will have synthetic line.
Also I found out that the front receiver is blocked by the bottom roller on the fairlead and the cable is rubbing on the bumper. I specified this winch before I knew this bumper was coming out. This bumper was designed for a winch with synthetic line so use it with synthetic line.
Dude , nice set up ! .. loving the linex im trying to do the same .. thanks for the passion on the express , Im running 2006 3500 cargo Express and pumped for some fabricating ideas , thanks bro !! ONCE AND DONE MOBILE WELDING 👊😎 Cape Coral FL
I wonder how much it would cost to line-x the outside all white and the entire inside all tan on a new chevy express extended cargo van. Bumpers look great especially the rear. Like the box with top and table carrier. Agree about the winch and synthetic looks better but do not know anything about durability. I want the barn doors on the side (want to build a table to place a stove on). Need lockers on the rear dif and a 3 inch lift. Thanks, have that done in 3 days please... lol
If I wanted to run 20x12 -44 with 33 inch all terrain tires.....how much lift would I need? I know the front bumper will get rubber so IM perfectly fine cutting what needs to be cut or putting an aftermarket bumper.
Hey Jeremy! I hope your doing great. I got a question. Last weekend I installed my Baja Grocery Getter (ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! STONE COLD NUTS!! INSANE BEAST!!) and I chose the Method 701 in Bronze (KILLER!!) with 285 75R/17 as you recommend. This was done on my 2013 Ford E350 with a Dana 3.73 10 bolt rear end. I was thinking about changing the gear ratio for better performance and fuel economy. What is your advice on a different ratio, name brand and new rear cover?
Hey Jeremy, does that slider have the new extension? Those wheels look fairly wide, door seemed to clear it okay... or is that due to it having an extended wheelbase?
synthetic rope without the metal hooks are safer for the average idiot check out matts off road recovery-- everything synthetic with bad land winches--- not everything has to be super expensive like your equipment

Woooooo
How much is a lift kit for a Ford van E350 I like to raise mine is a two-wheel but I don't mind I want to raise it back and front how much..
Jeremy did you have to do anything special to get the slider door to clear the new wheels & tires?
We did our door slide extension. Its on our site.
Can you guys do the same work on the Ford seats? Awesome work.
Do you know how the owner deleted his rear windows? Been trying to figure something out for my van
I don't, but I think it was once a cargo van so it may not have come with one!
Do you still offer the rear bumper without the dual swingouts so i can purchase those later? Didnt see that option on the website
when are these going on the website
On which one Chevy or gmc or Ford which one is cheaper?

WITH 33" TIRES I RECOMEND 4:GEAR RATIO. I AM RUNNING YUKON GEARS WITH AN ARB AIR LOCKER, VIDEO IS COMING SOON.

It is the long wheelbase and the door does open all the way. Door slide extension coming soon.

Please move to a different state and lower your prices. Socal is the reason your almost double the price your products should be.
Man, we couldn't hear you any louder and clear!
