@@marcodelapeza2519 I don't think they are making it easier. It is more time consuming than a 20 minute video but it can be done in a reasonable length of time. If you can change your brakes and have some safety stands you are in good shape to tackle it.
I am hoping to lift my van very soon. This channel is very helpful and encouraging. I have a tip for you, stop using the phrase "this is very simple". Yeah illustrations are clear and straightforward. Good job!
I GAINED A TON OF INFORMATION! I HIRE OUT THE FRONT SPIDLES!!! LOL... I CAN DO THE BACK SPRING LIFT MYSELF! GREAT INFORMATION VIDEO! NEW SUB. THANK YOU!
Man jeremy thank you for the the step by step , when ever you offer a discount on the spindles im on it ! Thanks BRAH ! The RHiNO is screaming for a healthy lift . ONCE AND DONE MOBILE WELDING 👊😎 cape coral ,FL
An excellent spindle except the brake line attachment seems like an afterthought. With the level of fabrication ability you guys have and for the price charged you really should build in a factory style brake line mount. Zip ties on what's listed as a $1400 set of parts is a bit disappointing. Not to mention it's a detail that takes what is probably a great piece of kit and gives someone a reason to question how well it's really been engineered.
Thank you! it will work for the Savana. If you want to see a spindle lift and how it sits, we walk you through one in this video ua-cam.com/video/MCz79DoopVk/v-deo.html (not trying to video trap you) Just want to make sure we can give you helpful information! 👍
I have a 2007 Chevy Express 3500 passenger van that I normally have 5 people ride in it. If I wanted to do this 3" spindle lift, what size blocks with new U-bolts do you recommend for the back so its leveled and not sagging? Also, if you do blocks in the back, do you need new shocks? do you need to do anything with the driveline in the rear? As far as shocks, how much for the front and rear shocks? do they come with a warranty? thank you in advanced, and sorry about all the questions.
I'd say just give us call so we can get a better understanding as well as give you prices, we don't talk prices on UA-cam because prices do change and in a few months if they did change people would get mad because we said it was a different price on here lol 👍👍
Hey Weldtec ..will this spindle design work for a 2000 GMC Savana 3500? ..I’m looking to elevate my cargo van ..let me know your thoughts as obviously you know that the Express and the Savana’s are the same chassis ..however ..the model year 2000 might be different than the current models your working on ..let me know your thoughts ..or of any suggestions you might have ..you guys rock the GM conversions ..love the channel!
@@blackheim777 ..I popped some front coil spring extensions in the front (from eBay) ..and 3 inch leaf spring lift blocks in rear ( stacked on existing) ..if you do that as well ..make sure you re-torque the rear blocks after you drive it a bit ..(approx 180 ft LBs) ..and check regularly ..doing this will require new, longer shocks all the way around ..the finished look added about 2 and a half inches to the front and about 3 inches to the rear ..good luck ..
I have a 2008 Chevy Express 2500. Does anyone make a 2" drop spindle for it? Looks like it already has factory drop shackles in the back. Is anyone lowering these vans?
Good info for future reference... to decide whether to head down to you or do it here. Question -- regarding those 16" stock wheels... are they interchangeable with Ford E-350 stock wheels? Both 8 on 6.5"?
Do you think you can install this lift on your own?!
yeah, no problem
I'm scared. I guess there is only one way to find out.
I think you might be making it look easier than it is. Although, the more times l watch your video, the more I believe that I can do it.

I actually don't have a Chevy van but I want one
Yeah definitely recommend a Chevy Express van, they're awesome!!
Great idea to do a video. More light inside would have been very helpful.
Noted!
Seems like a good upgrade to do when you need to replace your bJoints and or rotors..
no you will not need to change those parts when adding these lift spindles.
@@weldtecdesigns5574 he’s saying it makes sense to do it at the same time as when you need either of those

Excellent wish I could see the finished lift height thx for sharing great work. Would this also work on the GMC Savana van of the same years ?

Weldtec Designs thx this is great appreciate the response

You know what would be great boss? The new tow style mirrors from the 2016/2018 Silverado/Sierra HD on these Express/Savanah’s. Or what you think?
I think it's a great idea! I hate towing my big trailer with the Express mirrors..
You ever do a parallel 4 link on one of these?
Could I add this to my 1999 chevy express 2500 cargo van?,cause the front is way lower than the back
Is the front suspension on these vans the same as a 2wd 99-07 chevy truck? They look identical but I need confirmation for a project.
I have a Chevy express 1500 regency. Could I add 2500 leaf spring to mine with minor or major modifications
Looks clean and easy. Do you make a lift like this for the express 1500 2WD ?
A 2" kit for the front and rear.
Where do I get 3-in lift spindles for my 2500 Express
I have a 2002 GMC Savana 2500 conversion van with a high top...will this work on my van?
i have a Chevy express 3500will this work with it?????? and where do i get the 3 or 4 inch spindles for it
