@@SMGJohn to keep the meat alive, they either have a facility that is perfectly sterile, but not too sterile to where the cultured cells die, or the more likely scenario, they pump the meat with antibiotics to keep bacteria from killing it because the meat has no immune system.

The meat is cultured inside a bio-reactor which are sterilised.
Its a strange thing to point out considering your factory meat is literally in the most unhealthy environment conceived, the bio-reactors do indeed HAVE to be sterilised for the cells to grow safely but not all bacteria is bad, a lot of it is beneficial and necessary.

FDA BANS: Unpasteurized Milk and Cheese, Lots of Uncured Sausages, (including imports). You've never had real food from other countries, unless you've been there.
Keep pushing for this lab grown GMO stuff and you'll end up with crickets and mealworm protein products, because of stupidity. (Bugs are very, very dangerous and our system hasn't gown up on it as a protein source.)

Are you American? Because if you are, you've eaten worse. The standards of what can be fed to Americans is at the bottom of any developed country. As an example Americans can understand, if you go to another country and order McDonalds, you will think it tastes funny because the quality of the ingredients, the meat, the cheese, the bread are so much better.
