I haven't noticed Vegan shampoo being any more expensive than normal shampoo. In fact the shamp/conditioner that I use is substantially cheaper than most of the others in my supermarket and is both vegan and cruelty free.
Thomas, about the hot water part, washing your hair with that temperature damages your hair and scalp, as well as gets you to loose more hair than your usual daily amount. We loose hair on a daily basis, that's normal, but hot water will increase that amount

Or try head and shoulders anti-dandruff shampoo. Try conditioning your hair. I used anti-dandruff shampoo after I had dandruff problems for a while and within a week it stopped and I went back to my preferred shampoo after about two years of using anti-dandruff and I have 0 dandruff. It’s amazing. Defo recommend
Nice content Thom. but there is a guy with a long hair also have documented his words throughout scientific research as an evidence that washing by cold or even warm water doesn't change the pores size and in my point of view, washing with cold water is better cuz it stimulates the nerves in the scalp which is a good thing, u know!!
