Learning how to gain weight fast if you're skinny is hard. For some people, weight gain is as painful as weight loss for others so I made this video specifically for most of us that struggle in gaining weight.
If you're skinny and looking for exercises on how to gain weight or how to get big fast this weight gain workout at home can definitely help you.
Most people can do this workout everyday with no problems but check with your doctor if you have any questions, concerns, or special circumstances.
Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here's a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do.
20 sec jumping jacks

20 sec lunges
do twice
Be sure to consider the rest of your workout commitments as you decide which workouts to do. 20 - 30 min total per day is a good amount!

I'm so tired of hearing people say "ohh you're too skinny" , "you should eat more" , " Are you still a kid?" And these comments coming from people i love. I feel insecure about my body . It's like i'm trapped in a 12 year body . I've been struggling with gaining weight and i eat right i'm also moderately active. I hope this workout turns out to be the winner for me . I really want to gain weight.

My advice is to also eat more calories than you do. Slowly reach the target of eating 2,000 calories a day.
EDIT: By Halloween or Christmas (preferably halloween), I hope to reach 50kg. I'm only 5'2 but I want to be physically and will try to bulk up a little with the use of dumbbells.
EDIT 2: I have bought dumbbells and I hope to start using them on Day 84.
EDIT 3: I have started using dumbbells on Day 84 but I'm doing more of basic workout exercise FIRST with them so I won't be updating until I'm ready to use them for this workout on the video but thank you everyone for liking my comment and taking the time to look at it. I'll get back when I'm ready incorporate this intense workout with my dumbbells. (I'm starting with 3kg dumbbells).
EDIT 4: August 16th, 2022. I forgot about this comment lmaooo. I'm around 50kg and I'm no longer focused so much on my weight. I started Muay Thai in May 2022 and I'm going to the gym now in which I started a month ago. Deadlifting 20kg and bench press 5kg. Keep eating well and getting fit. The dedication actually helped me to love fitness and martial arts.

ONES WHO STRUGGLES! Im doing this for 10 days. First few days were super hard and painful. But didnt give up and kept doing it. And now it has started to feel a piece of cake, just in 10 days... Dont give up! I hope we all get thicker soon!!

@@dc8833 i dont know if i gained some weight, but my body doesnt hurt anymore and after i complete daily exercises, i dont feel very tired as the beginning. So i could also added some extra leg exercises 5 days ago and it burnt my legs at the beginning too, but it also feels ok now. After i complete my daily exercises i try to dance for some minutes to move my muscles, like easy warm-ups after exercises too and streches. I dont just go and lay down right after the exercises. Im not a master at sports, i dont know i do right, but this is what i do. But im sure when your muscles get stronger, you will feel better at exercises. (Im doing this almost 2 weeks btw)

I started this workout a few months ago when I was 35kg, and now I am 38kg.
The routine totally focusses on the right areas and makes you feel so much more fresher and stronger.
Even though my weight gain is not significant physically, I definitely feel much healthier now and I can see my body getting there.
NOTE: Make sure you EAT more than you burn for weight gain!

I highly recommend to do this exercise! I was nervous at first and I weight like 79 pounds and then I did this exercise and I felt a bit stronger and my bones that show slowly disappeared and I felt like more meat was coming out on my stomic in the right places!

Been doing this exercise for 2 weeks now and I already gained almost 2kg without supplements just the work out. I did the exercise 5 times a week. This week I've just started taking in mass gainer supplement that I drink once a day. I'm hoping for more additional weight in the following weeks.

I was doing these couple months ago and they really did start working for me especially in my legs and hips

I'm 5'0 and very skinny I weigh 38kgs. I eat A LOT and yet I dont gain weight and stay in that weight for the longest time. I started this workout last October 25 2022 and I finally noticed some changes in me, I feel heavy and some of my small clothes fit perfectly with me now. When I weighed myself on December 12, 2022, I was nervous I could be wrong and my daily workout would fail but thank God! I weighed 41.85kgs! I was so effin happy I progressed. Up to this day I still do this workout and will weigh myself in Feb or last week in Jan. Also I've been drinking milk before going to sleep. Good luck to everybody who will try and do this workout!

i know right? people need more education on dieting and excercising because whenever you ask somebody what diet and excersice is most of the times they are gonna say its for losing weight which is not true it can also make you you gain weight.

I had been doing this workout on and off because I wasnt sure if it worked or not but I started doing it consistently about 4 days ago. I did it once a day (with breaks) very important! And I see a change in my butt and my upper thighs! Dont give up bbys! I will update in about a week so please remind me!!
Edit: Hey this is my update. I recently sprained my ankle but before I did I noticed some amazing results. Now that my ankle is better I have been doing this for 2 days and not a ton of results yet but im going to keep going!!

Highly recommended, do these exercises in a consistent way never forget to do these exercises and also never skip your meals, you're going to get the results in just 10-15 days but don't stop start continuing everybody will notice after 1-2 months , it takes time so celebrate your lil achievements and you'll see big difference from 3rd month.

@@saumyapal6442 if you'll use your body weight you'll gain around 2kgs if you're too skinny I would suggest you to use your body weight and after 3 months you can use the dumbbell or other equipments . Don't forget to take your meals on time , eat 4-5 times a day.

This 15 min video literally made me see good changes in my body. So thankyou to you for this. Guys keep hustling its not gonna happen on day 1, it will take time but its really worth. Take good diet, eat whatever your taste buds love and ofcourse ignore those negative comments everybody makes on our body. It's our body, we love it, we'll make it healthy, not for them but for us. ❤️
Will this exercise increase appetite?
@@san___... I don't know if it is scientifically proven or not but my body reacts this way only. The more I exercise, the more energy I lose & I feel more hungry. My appetite definitely increased after I started working out, be it any exercise combination. But if you already have a good appetite then you may not see an increase.
