You may not know this, but the Navy Surgeons take care of Marines also. The Corpsman for the Marines are actually in the Navy too. You never call a Corpsman a Medic. Medic's are in the Army. Semper Fi from an old Marine Sergeant.

I served on the use midway forward deployed for years and pulling out fuel hosed and jumping from the flight deck to the catwalk all day all night and rigging the barricade on break times destroyed my back. I need surgery .
