Definitely be trying this. I had friends over on Saturday and treated them to your butter chicken recipe. They were blown away with my authentic Indian curry. One of them is a chef and he said it’s the best curry he’s ever tasted.
This is the kind of thing I want to cook for the family! Cheers Latif.
Alas after watching and practicing your video recipes my wife says I can now cook better than her and has made me head chef....... I think the promotion was because she just didnt fancy cooking tonight. Thank you for all your videos and teaching an old dog new tricks !
Good tips with the lots of garlic and the adding the ginger in a later stadium, definitely going to try that
Looks delicious makes me feel hungry
refreshing lack of hateful comments. Latif is too Wholesome

Sometimes I feel envious because sylheti people always speaks sooo good British accent. Amazing recipe.
Superb content on your channel 🥂
Love your Farm to Table life style! Have you figured what's in the mangsho masala?
Brother do a video of the zobor and the skinning for the hardcore viewers
Love these videos, keep them coming!!
Very interesting to see you doing stuff that’s outside the normal BIR style of cooking
Thanks bro great as always always look forward to seeing your vlogs. Chicken and aloo curry in Bangladesh hits different 😋.
Wow simply stunning
Have u got a cook book out? If not will their be one?
Saved this link in a text file called "chicken curry proper". This is how I remember Curries in Durban. Cant wait to try it out. Pity our chicken here in the UK is complete garbage.
Bless
Latif, what was that Bengali spice used on the chicken ( mongsure spice) 🇬🇧
Thanks Latif can't wait to try this one. Love your recipes probably eat your curry 4 times per week🤗🤤

😊😊😊😊
Brilliant bro
Thank you
Absolutely fantastic, a banquet fit for a king. Can I ask, do you always use cardamom in the shell, does the shell add bitterness ? Your vid's are almost becoming an historical record - keep up the good work.
Wow
Handsome with new hairstyle. ❤
Thank you
@@LatifsInspired always looking handsome, always into cooking. Must treat his wife to nyc meal everytimep
How many onions did you include in each pot? Looked like quite a handful per pot! Thank you
মাশাআল্লাহ অসাধারণ❤❤❤
Alhamdulillah
When you get a good quality chicken like this, butcher it and make 1 pint of stock from the carcass. Reduce it down to around 30% and add it to your curry in small amounts over the cooking process. This way, you keep all of the flavour, and it leaves the meat super tender as well as cooking the potatoes and reducing the need for salt.
Oh ok.
I have never been to Stoke on Trent so I had no idea it looked like that?
Can you this mangsho spice in the Uk? Please look into it
I will do it’s an amazing flavour
Lush..😁
Lot of spices, it will make my stomach go numb.
Yess loadsa spice
fantastic! looking forward to this. No way iv just come across a vid of yours about 3 years ago, you cooked the lamb in inverness. This is my neck of the woods, i could have been your chauffeur 🤣🤣🤣 and taken'ya to all the best places.

When the king prawns were getting cleaned and the removal of the poo sack under your guidance you said it tastes sour so remove. Would it normally be eaten had you not been there.
Yes unfortunately
Latif sasa can you kindly send the ingredients please
Another question - no tomatoes were added?? Is that standard for a Bangladeshi authentic dish? Usually in indian curries, we are adding in a mix of tomato puree ( that can be cooked as a separate mix and then stored in the fridge with oil to preserve it) and either fresh tomatoes added to a dish being cooked or another can of chopped tomatoes.
In Bangladesh, we do both with and without tomatoes. Usually we like to use fresh tomatoes and to get the fresh tomatoes, we have to wait for winter when it's the tomato season. Other than that, we cook it without tomatoes.
Thank you!
Why did you show me the young boy about to kill the chicken , thought this was a cooking program !!!!

My great grandmother using to suck the chicken's brains out after it was cook, and while I understand the value of not wasting anything I really can pass up on feet and giblets! And brains...
Authenticity is authenticity
Where’s the deshi lembu
lol. Yes
Can you imagine how many people squirm at the eggs in the carcass (its natural!! - well unless a cock bird!!) , yet all of these people eat hyper processed foods of terrible origins. I think the slaughter of the chicken should be shown for facts about the food we eat.
Rant over!
Cracking vid and great looking food.
The more I cook dhal, the more garlic I keep adding....😁....I must stink to some people, but its good for you..😘
Bless you.
Ma
**are the spices EastEnd brand**
Only the “madras curry powder”.
Nice cooking. Best to avoid slaughtering a female chicken that's pregnant. For merciful reasons.
I couldn't stomach this.
I dont Like your behavior with the Fischermann when He told you the price. Always pay few Taka more because they are poore people. You will be rewarded from ALLAH.
Salam my brother. I pray that you are doing well. I presume you are aware of what is going on in Palestine. In light of this, I was hoping I could make a request of you. I am somewhat aware of the problems that would potentially arise if you were to directly address the Palestinian issue, so I will not ask this of you. However, I was hoping if you could bring awareness to the issue indirectly whilst staying true to your roots as a food reviewer. What I am suggesting is, can you take some time out of your schedule and cook a Palestinian dish? Maybe something like Maqlubeh or Mansaf?
Abu Sa’id al-Khudri reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever among you sees evil, let him change it with his hand. If he cannot do so, then with his tongue. If he cannot do so, then with his heart, which is the weakest level of faith.”
May Allah grant you and me guidance and may he grant us all Jannat-ul Firdous. Ameen.

I hope Paleestine is free of Hamas one day.
You are Bangladeshi , so why are you open your restaurant with Indian lol?
I will u subscribe from your channel, I don't want to see a chicken being held like that. There's no need to show that. I watch cooking channels to learn different recipes.
No disrespect bro,but seems like you are a well off business man,got a restaurant in uk,plus cow business in bangladesh, but by the sound of your hunger that little chicken you can eat it by your self and the little kingprawn is not much, treat the family now and then bro,i noticed on another video of your, when you take the camera man or may be your cousion or friend into a restaurant you order a meal for one then share it with him, loosen up a bit brother treat the people you see after a longtime.Sharing is caring. We will leave all the wealth behind when we leave this world.
Thx you. May Allah bless us with Tawfeek
He seems very tight and stingy
This has made me unsubscribe .
Oh dear
I thought showing the child holding the chiicken about to kill it was gratuitous and disgusting. The chicken was clearly in great distress. It reminded me of the Jihadi John videos. I avoid Halal meat when it is not served up by stealth because i feel it is a sadistic and inhumane way of killing animals.
Haha andddd there it is, you probably vote UKIP? Still love our curries don't you tho pal buddy chum. This is our England mate =)
@@TheMa1993Well, that says more about you than it does about me. Hate on.
I agree. Kid shouldn’t been shown mistreating the chicken. Good grief
Do you eat meat mate?
@@JackieExposingPrisonAbuse
Touch a nerve did i?@@markriley5863
The first minute of your video was absolutely UNNECESSARY. Showing a child holding a michatte and getting ready to kill that chicken. You should have just skipped that part.
Grow up
It’s only a true reflection of the Bangladeshi culture. You are aware that chickens aren’t grown in supermarkets aren’t you?
@@sneer0101 well its true it was unnecessary he didnt have to show that
Actually should have shown the full slaughter. Our halal method is superior.
Awwww poor you.
Get a grip, its super NECESSARY! That's the reality, kids going up in rural bangladesh slaughter their own meat.
For those complaining he 'didn't have to show it', you don't have to watch it!
