If you want to see how many features made it into the game from our big FH5 wishlist video back in 2020 - check out this video: ua-cam.com/video/gdnLQyXD18s/v-deo.htmlsi=Eunexj24NaCDNO-M
One small feature that would have a huge impact is to bring back FH3's car selection menu. I hate how FH5's UI makes the car look like toys you're supposed to collect and it makes it really hard for players to get emotionally attached to their rides like you do in NFS games.
If rivals events on custom made maps were mentioned, I think an even more important feature would be custom made horizon open maps from the better eventlab creations. We already have something close to it, since on the festival playlist every week there is two eventlabs where players can race CO-OP. They just have to make this free-for-all and include it in Horizon Open
An extra point I'd make about the map is PLEASE do not design it around the eliminator mode. FH5's map was designed to make the eliminator mode easier and it has suffered greatly as a result, which is ironic because FH4's is better for eliminator anyway in the end.
Honestly i only wish 3 things: 1. Make the world a world. There isnt a single shopping mall or gas station in these maps, or even just a wallmart parking lot. Being 100% "drivers roads" doesnt make it feel real. You need real world imperfections to make it feel real. 2. Garages: ive been complaining about this since FM3. I hate owning 7 houses and that stupid "drivatar" that gets a new clothing piece every freaking wheelspin to just appear on cutscenes, but no garages?! In a car game?! I love many cars in stock form and many of my tuned cars look stock, and i hate having the guess and pick my cars out of this lifeless, endless scrolling list of cars in typical forza fashion. I want my "drift" garage, my "A800" garage, my "non modified" cars garage, etc. 3. An option to turn off the event markers while driving around the map and the flashes and the drift zone flags. I hate driving up the caldera with those endless flags on both sides of the roads, takes away the whole feeling of the drive. And the constant white flashes in your face are excessively annoying to say the least...
Totally agree with your 3 points! 1. The world should definitely be more diverse and have a realistic feel. 2. They should do it like in GTA V where you can buy multiple garages and store your different cars in there. I like doing that too. 3. Those markers and icons that appear all over the map are so annoying and take away the realism of driving around on the map! Let us turn it On/Off.
I keep thinking of some sort of "dream garage" feature where you could display maybe up to 5 of your favorite cars you and other players can see. It's very much a cornerstone of car culture and would be interesting to see what my friends pick from a 800+ car list
They need to make houses more interesting like having display garages you can walk around in. So for example maybe the cheapest house has a garage that can display 2 cars and the most expensive one has a 10 car garage you can use to display.
I think one thing that wasnt mentioned during the video is about more creative race modes, like, bring the fh1 cat and mouse races or add a race where every lap or after x checkpoints you car changes randomly and so much more
Yeah, a bit of movement would be good too (I find the cockpit camera is often not placed directly in line with the steering wheel, which drives me nuts!). As a sidenote, some of the interior models are in dire need of an update; while the steering wheels and gauges are normally OK, other elements are woefully low poly (as someone who drives exclusively from the cockpit, this is a big deal!).
I'd like the option to hide the steering wheel in cockpit view. I love driving with a wheel, but it's distracting to have one on the screen, and the driver camera is waaay too close to the dashboard and too low on most cars so you can't see your mirrors or hood.
Thing with denser / smarter traffic is resources required by device too and ensuring fully optimised with rest of game. Main thing to remember is have to make work for lower end hardware and console - something no hesi wasn’t fully built for originally and ensuring if traffic is higher it runs smooth in races with 12 cars. Considering fh5 had to be on Xbox one with high level of detail cars have, no surprise the games density. I can see next game having more traffic but not too much traffic to point makes chore to drive in towns and stuck in traffic jams. Case of balancing immersion and not ensuring player frustration too.
I'd specifically like to see more traffic on the highway. FH3 did this a lot better, where the highway itself was narrower, and there were more cars, so it made driving on the highway fun because you were weaving in and out of traffic at high speed. FH5's highway, by comparison, is boring. It's too wide, and has so little traffic that you're just driving in a straight line for minutes at a time with practically no obstacles.
to be fair. Quite few things link back to Microsoft. Clubs for example Xbox most likely wanted Forza to go externally so used that area. Car trading - obviously real world money can get very awkward and Xbox will be wanting pgg to play safe. I wouldn’t put series s as the biggest issue because you have to factor in pc market that still has units less powerful than the s such as handheld pc market which Xbox will want Forza to be on. Still using same core cpu as series x, but obviously cut back on graphics power , ram ect. So way beyond Xbox one. It’s a complex spot for sure. We are still yet to see a horizon actually launch that’s exclusive to current gen and not launch Xbox one gen which had wayyyy worse hardware in comparison. Closest we have currently for comparison for open world racers performance and stability is test drive unlimited but that can be disregarded as runs terribly on all platforms due to lack of any optimisation. It be interesting to see how would be if series s didn’t exist. But at same time how much more demanding would they make it on pc but studios have shown it can work out if optimising is right. Hopefully it works out and see better launch than fh5 initially did And as said. We had next to no racing games that’s actually exclusive launch on current gen and not last gen hardware on ps or Xbox. And that’s where hopefully the content cut back will be least affected with been racing game which normally you can tune and optimise better than other genres for most part more in terms of graphics settings anyway on user side
Yes, completely remove FOMO, please! And the whole video is so fantastic in highlighting the current FH issues. I'd also like an option to replace "funny" car horns with realistic ones.
@@hinu4206 Seriously, I want to have the old air horn on my old Ferraris but a normal horn on my other vehicles, and also an antique horn on stuff like the SSK and Ford De Luxe cars. I can't do that, so I just use the Windows XP shutdown horn for the memes instead.
Working properly on launch is the biggest feature I want to see: I still remember the mess that the PC version was back in November 2021. Removal of the FOMO content: I play a game to get away from the stress of a job, not make it a second job in trying to get timed content by the publisher's deadline. Have consistently good quality engine sounds: It's 2024 and the engine sounds are still woefully inconsistent, ranging from compressed audio to inaccurate audio.
This video should be titled: "Things That the Community Actual Wants and Would Make the Game Amazing, Therefore, the Devs are Going to Completely Ignore them and Just Copy-Paste Horizon 5 Into a Slightly Different Map." Or something along those lines.
Alternate alternate title, "things the community says they want, but when the team actually implements them we'll complain and say we didn't want that and the previous game that we also complained about not having those things was better"
Alternate, alternate, alternate title: If the team does implement features the community wants, they do it so half-assed and poorly that the features don't behave the way they should to the point of disrupting other aspects of the game.
You do know that Mike Brown has Quit and Torben Ellert has Called for a *Full* Reboot of the series as he Feels that FH4 and 5 were *the Wrong Direction* for the Series Right?
I think it will never be added. On controller or keyboard you can steer from full right to full left in less than second, but irl you need at least 2 so i think it wouldn't be added.
900 degrees is too much for FH5. I settled on 300 degrees so lock to lock didn't mean hand over hand turning. Drifting is a much better experience at 300 degrees. I have a Moza R5 bundle and as far as I am concerned, a well tuned wheel makes FH5 one of the greatest FFB driving games to date. Absolutely magnificent.

I predomenantly play singleplayer so I'm actually really hoping that something is done to not devalue any position in races that isn't first. I want there to be a reason to play the highest difficulty and not just be completely inclined to restart the race the second *anything* goes wrong. After all, there are 12 racers (and FH6 might see an increase). Why should *only* first place matter? I would also love to see a return to the restricted races from FH1, where you had to pick a specific car type within a class, like AWD only up to B class, or American cars only up to S class, that kind of stuff. Then when you complete the event it unlocks the option to play that event with any car type, but throughout the main 'story campaign' you'll be encouraged to use all kinds of cars that way. Also obviously the game needs to not throw cars and money at people like it does. That devalues the experience of building up to faster and more exclusive cars severely. In fact I think Wheelspin is a huge contributing factor to this, so I wouldn't even mind seeing it removed in all honesty.
yeah, i find it the most ridiculous thing that the races dont even have a 'completed' icon on them if you dont get 1st place. they should have each series\tier on every race category to be a championship with cummulative points, so much more rewarding and interesting to play than just some meaningless scattered races troughout the map
Sounds like you want Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown. It has those features, as well as 900 degree steering animations, wipers, and other stuff like that.
Actual story not aimed at 3 year olds. Better customization/ aero. More in depth tuning. Delete gladiator. Way better map. Collab with more youtubers/ historical drivers and feature their cars. Places you can park your car and walk around. Customizable garages / houses. No more cheated rivals times. Bring back beauty spots and make photo mode more immersive where we can vote on photo of the month in game or something. Limit auction house to one buyout per day to limit snipers. 3 expansions if the next game takes this long. I personally think event lab is just ok and is just a huge crutch for them to be lazy
30:42 To me bigger convoys and lobbies need to wait. How many tries does it take to get the full grid of people in HTCC? Now imagine those issues scaled up to 20, or even 50 people. How many more people would be failing to get invites, failing to join, etc? We need the stability fixes first. If you can load into a 12 person convoy, it works every time, and it's not replacing convoy members with randos, that's the time to expand.
My personal list: 1. Proper progression system. I'm tired of having Lambos and Ferraris thrown at me all the time or being able to reach the top by just smashing into fences. They should remove wheelspins or make them very rare and lock progression behind class restricted themed events like in previous games. You can still do custom blueprints but you won't be able to progress that way only earn credits. 2. Better AI. The rubberbanding is ridiculously and it needs to go away for good and I hate drivatars constantly ramming me. It ruins the sport. 3. Rollover physics. A bit more immersive and forces you to drive carefully as opposed to the current state where cars have an absurdly low center of gravity.
im supprized no-one said this. The WHOLE online concept fell apart after FH3. Please we need to go back to the whole Online/social aspact that FH3 had. I want gamechat to meet new people in lobbies.
Love all the suggestions, however what worries me is the move to the motorsport engine.. Dont get me wrong, im all for updating the graphics, lighting & physics but Motorsport launched with missing features as not all the previous features had been fully converted to the new engine yet, 1 year later and some of those features are still missing.. I'm concerned FH6 launches with a limited selection of features (compared to what we have now) and over its lifetime (the following 4-6yrs) all it really achieves is the missing features are now working in the game on the new engine ready to upgraded, although this would mean FH7 would be an awesome game, i worry FH6 is going to fall flat.. As i don't develop games i could be worrying about nothing as for all i know its just a simple copy/paste the code in the new engine and done.. But after FH5's launch i cant help but hold back any hype/hope..
Things I want for FH6: Aeqnx's PGG Badge The good thing is that they already seem to be doing some stuff with Forza Aero. The new BMW M5 CS for example gets Forza Hoodpins, a Forza Rear Towstrap and instead of the dreaded Red Towhook we have a new Towstrap. Hopefully they work on the wings next as some of the latest cars like the E55 because that has the godawful Hatchback Forza Wing. With regards to the map I think FH2 is to date my favourite Horizon map. FH1 had a more tailored driving experience due to a lack of a full open world but FH2 managed to open it up more without losing a lot of the density that we've seen in FH4 and 5. The multiple towns as well with completely different styles in that game also helped out massively but of course this depends on where the game is actually set.
The biggest issues with fh5 was it focused more on culture of Mexico (not saying that's bad) instead of car culture and then they decided the game can't be competitive such as them removing ranked racing because it was competitive
I always thought they should have done something more with the 1970 London to Mexico rally, especially considering the last game was set in the UK. They added the London to mexico rally escort as a barn find and that’s it I think? They should have also released the “Escort Mexico” considering it was a pretty popular and legendary car around the UK car community.
I just want a good map, that isn't 70% empty space. Adding more buildings would do wonders to improve the map. There are many racing games, specially older ones, that have a map smaller than fh4 and 5's but that feel bigger because the map is just fuller
It's funny you bring up car trading. I told some friends who don't play Forza at all that this latest game they headhunted people from Gamefreak to enhance the car collecting in game and then told them you can't trade user to user. They then proceeded to go on a rant about "what the fuck are they thinking?" all the while they are not car people or forza people in the slightest. Their biggest point was how do you rip off elements of Pokemon and completely ignore the most important part of Pokemon. I had a pretty good laugh at their reaction.
One thing that's missing for wheel users is better options for shifting. We need separate mappings for H type shifters and sequential shifters and an option to automatically change between them based on car and the transmission installed.
i wanna be able to color the walls of my tire whatever i want. some older cars just dont looks right without white walls edit: i wish the physics would allow us to do 200+ mph offroad again like in fh4
Agree with all the features. A big one for me, is to make the map better. Thats the place we spend a lot of time in; so at worst, it needs to be good, and at best, incredible. The seasons on FH4 were pretty good at shaking things up.
Seeing as though FH6 will most likely be only available on the Xbox Series consoles and not on the Xbox One, I have a very good feeling it will be a huge improvement over FH5. I do think we will see quite a few of these wishlist items added. I'm sure Playground will learn from Turn 10's Motorsport launch mistakes and have Horizon 6 be properly built from the ground up.
I wish the cars had more meaning in the game. I completely understand the sandbox concept, however I think that there shouldn't be such thing as a car simply given to you by some random occurence. Every car you have should be a concious choice you've made - whether you earned it through completing certain tasks or events, or just chose to buy it for 10k from the salon. I think that way you will feel more connection to your garage and your cars and it will drastically improve the immersion. Also, I agree that the progression system should be revamped and I think making restrictions by class is a good thing. Also, I believe the economy should be revamped and to make money actually having value, remove the exploits and make more special cars, for example Lexus LFA, Carrera GT, etc., actually, well, special. Ain't that stupid that Camry V6 is 50 times more expensive than a Lexus LFA? While it's a sandbox, i think you should have to earn it so it feels special and actually has meaning.
Exactly! do not give me a Ford GT, let me Work for it by doing 10 Races or So and then Buy it from the Autoshow, do not give me a Schuppan 962CR (only Six Ever made IRL!) , let me work for it by doing a Motorfest Style "Mini Story" of Interconnected Races and Events to unlock a Boss Battle and then getting the Car by Winning said Boss Battle. No more RNG!
Dude, YES, I still don't understand why P2P car trades aren't a thing already. It's like, if you want to do that, you have to open an auction, hope that your auction is specific enough to be searchable by toggling filters, tell the person you want to sell it to about it and then hooe that they can win the auction or buy the car before someone else does, which is just like, why? That's so clunky for no reason
because of risks surrounding black markets and account theft. if you can cleanly trade cars someone is gonna try and steal accounts, take all the valuable cars, then sell the cars to others than dont have them. if theres money to be made, people will try and make it. I think with rigid enough security it can be avoided, but with game fanbases big enough, then temptation of profit might be too high for hackers and thieves. Just like how modern games have modders in the first week, and are never able to get rid of them. whats that saying? one bad apple ruins the batch? we cant have nice things because a few people arent nice.
It was made *illegal* in the United Kingdom, Playgrounds Home Market, to Feature any System that could be used to Enable Third Party Skin Betting when the 1968 Gaming Act was Re-Written back in 2018.
I’m surprised no one has said this but how about they update the existing cars to their last model years (for example, the 2014 M4 to a 2020 M4). Many sports cars get visual and/or performance upgrades/updates throughout their life cycle so the last model years usually end up being the best one. Also, no mention of better steering angles & interior customization???
I made this FH6 wishlist right after FH5's launch : • Lap and Time based elimination • Full map 24 player tag mode (maybe ⅓) • Teams of 20 with 4 man squads allowing relay races and a clan wars style event • Return of the bucket lists - preferably using EventLab and collaborating with gamers • A ski mode where you race downhills and take the chairlift to go back up • Actual drift events for career mode • City hide and seek mode working like Prop Hunt (there is a car switch button) • "Traffic Rush" mode working like an arcade game (a lot of NPC cars) - just make Traffic Racer but better • Drone Race mode for the giggles • In the player house, you can buy an Xbox to play older Horizon games and even parodies of other franchises • "Boost" mode featuring boostpads, ramps and glider wings to race across the map (Extreme Road Trip 2 style) • "Mixer" mode with multiple routes to take and an ever-changing track • Hot Lap mode which is just a qualifying session with no race (Prostreet) • "Slalom" mode with very tight tracks - (Formula E and Heat time trials) • "Curling" mode : you choose a color like green or blue and you throw colored Mini Coopers instead of discs • "Football" mode : many possibilities here , in a circular stadium a match between 4 teams of 2 or 3 players • "PR Rush" mode where you go through a few speed zones or speed traps - (inspired by Most Wanted's tollbooth) • "Motorsport" mode featuring joker laps, pit stops and attack mode (Formula E) Improvements to Base Game • PR Stunts for each car class • Also, any Drift Zone can become a Speed zone - you can change it using the map - and vice versa • Skillpoint multipliers might depend on the season or the event you're doing - ex. in a race drifting has x2 multiplier
the biggest thing for me is cutting out the fomo. if the festival playlist stays the same I'm just not going to be buying the game. it's not so bad when first released as a game goes on it just gets too taxing for me to keep up with everything. I missed the GR yaris which is probably one of the few cars I can look at and say I'd want to keep one of those for a long time irl. now just utterly unobtainable to me. killed any fight I had left to play fh5.
Can we bring back a sense of progression like in Horizon 3? I loved earning fans to upgrade a specific festival site, then being able to choose between a few discounted auto show cars to use in my next set of races. It gave me some purpose in the game other than mindlessly driving around for 15 minutes or doing Forzathon.
I'm not even hyped for Horizon 6. Horizon 5 was a massive dissapointment for me, it just feels like Horizon 4 on a bigger, emptier map with washed out colors and better car sounds. I've been playing Horizon 1 a lot again lately and it's so depressing to see how good this franchise used to be.
7:14 And sometimes, mis-pitched. I don't enjoy driving something when its engine audio sounds like it's missing or has an extra thousand revs or more, at redline (looking at you, classic sports and muscle cars!). 30:03 How's this for a major BUG? Suicidal game files. On my previous system, shutting it down would result in the files for this game, and THIS GAME ONLY, going POOF on next startup, requiring a full re-download of the game using the "Verify and Repair" function.
One thing I want to see if the ability to flip races. Turn dirt tracks to be all asphalt and to be able to run every race in reverse. Would add tremendous variety for basically free. Imagine running the volcano, but it being all dirt on Horizon 5. Would be a monstrous hill climb rally. Also a lot of rally stages seem like they'd be really nice to drive if the dirt just flipped to road. Would definitely add some more narrow routes to the base game with that alone. Also dear god can we just start a route from anywhere on the map please? FFS???!!! lol
I've been nagging at forza for too long and ended up kinda tired of it. If they truly want to make a change, just look anywhere online. There's plenty of sources to drain information and feedback from. I'd also like to toss a quick summery of my own wishlist: more dense and fun map + linking up the expansions to the mainland as per your suggestion, a progression system that more closely resembles FH1,FH2 AND FH3 without wheelspins being the main driver of it and bring back the festival atmosphere from the old days along with more stylized graphics, cool presentation camera work in the pre-race event menus and race finishes (examples can be taken from fh1 and especially 3, also dirt 2). Oh and also get rid of the festival playlist. We need better post launch support, that doesn't involve repeating the same 20 race events and pr stunts every month.
The licence system is such a no brainer. If you go onto the GT subreddit there are countless posts of beginners or casual players who are thrilled to get gold medal times. It's abundantly clear casual players do like these timed goals/skill goals. Whereas a deep car enthusiast such as us will find intrinsic motivation to play, these goals would provide something for someone who needs a reason to play a racing game
being able to mismatch wheels/wheel colour would be so sick, also being able to "place" cars in photo mode so you can photograph multiple of your cars together
Also we need the player visibility in the map, I want to see my friend across the map. I hate only being able to see then with in less then half a mile away
There is one thing future forza games need to ensure value is added not diluted: previously owned titles and dlc need to be treated as dlc by the new title. If I own fh4 I should have access to the uk map. Etc. I am getting, fucked off to be quite blunt, with each new forza making me lose access to tracks I’ve come to know and love.
personally like the idea of a broad number of wings and body kits with forza aero being added to those as a separate item, perhaps as a simple gurney flap for the spoilers and an additional chin splitter or set of canards (or ,ideally, a set of options for both) for the front.
I REALLY want the NPC Convoy system from Horizon 3 back. Being able to honk at Drivatars and have them follow you around no matter how fast you're going was great.
I love this longer style video! I think that a larger convoy size with stable gameplay would be all it takes for me to boot up the game again. But until then we just have to hope. 🙏😄
You covered most things I want. One more thing I'd like to see is more options or filters for horizon open. Would be nice for the solo online experience.
With the aero stuff, it would be so cool if Forza included a series of brackets and slats, that you could stick on the car anywhere a bit like the decal system only these would be 3D objects. So you could make your own skirts, wings, and fins.
i will not be surprised if this comment will age like wine but i will not be surprised if aero stays the same and like that they did with new motorsport and half the cars we got over the last few month in fh5 be left out in fh6 and then be added in later on as a new car like they did in fh5 with cars from fh4
I'll add few things: more than 1 racetrack and longer tarcks overall. I went back to FH4 and was pleasantly surprised by how longer race courses are in FH4. This will definitely improve racing and make it more competitive, also ability to make customize amount of laps will be a plus
I have a small suggestion when it comes to the physics. It’s how the tires/cars react to going off the road when using a race car or using semi-slicks or slick tires. I feel that they don’t react as badly as they should, they should punish the player for going off track more, this would also remove the ridiculous try-hard racing lines (Lines that use the grass/dirt to gain speed) that the top players take for road racing. Finally, only have specific tires for road racing, tires like rally tires or snow tires or off-road tires shouldn’t be able to be used in road racing.
Honestly I wouldn't be opposed to mid-cycle PI changes or per-car type changes. If a certain part that's added is later found to be far more powerful, even if it breaks some tunes or only more powerful for a certain group of vehicles, I'd rather that for the long-term health of the game than a stagnant system that locks to a set of 8 meta cars, especially if we expect Ranked to return. As for painting, without getting into the depths of things like UV mapping, etc., as long as we fix a lot of the multi-surface painting issues (Where a wrap goes through multiple layers due to cars' complex shapes) I don't mind still not having paintable windows.
0:35 LOOK GARRY! THERE I AM! All jokes aside,i hope alot of these get implemented into horizon 6. To be honest, ive been falling more and more out of love with horizon, whether its due to me growing up or seeing the game less as a sandbox and more a checklist of making sand mounds before being rewarded with a new thingamajig is neither here nor there. I just want for the next game to ignite some passion into a previously beloved series.
Also. They need to add a on/off setting for HUD elements. Whenever you just want to cruise it's so much more convenient to just turn them all off by he press of a button, than doing it individually.
Lots of really good ideas here, many of which I have wished for mysefl! I have three must-have changes that I desperately want to see in FH6, being a real file mangement system (for liveries, tunes, photos, etc.) to replace the trash system we have now, a UI/UX that is consistent, easy to use, and has useful, well thought-out QoL features, and improved Drivatar bots in solo/multiplayer races.
A story. An _actual_ story. Even a rejigged version of the basic career from Horizon 1 would do, with acknowledgement chucked in here and there of how much time has passed. Might be a bit much to ask for a self-aware commentary on how Horizon's corporate interests have overrun the festival, but IDK. Think of something. _Anything_ that isn't the hollow, disconnected series of side stories that Horizon 5's story is. If I hear one more mention of Papa Fernando, I'm declaring Forza dead inside.
I think having the Eliminator the way it is now is beneficial, because it can help players learn the map by driving off-road and in ways you otherwise might not.
Personally I'd just like to see an introduction of optional RP type mode where you can join with friends and have to refuel, wash car, can exit the vehicle, go to a workshop to buy parts etc.
A good example of the evolving world feature is the coffee shop could have stayed and been made a permanent part of the map maybe expanding to rally adventure
I hope the tuning will be more interesting. Currently most engine upgrades just add torque equally on the whole rpm range. Some more variety could go a really long way
Extra stuff: 1. Being able to turn on/off engine, blinkers, hazard lights, manual light switching. 2. Better UI FH5 inteface dooes not make any sense. 3.In your map turning off specific events also disables them in world (if you turn of horzion arcade, driving near the event it wont proc anything). 4. Remove or rework fast msg system, why is 1. and 2. slot just always used buy stuff i dont need. (But this is meh jsut a nitpick) Edit: 5. Also custom Convoy playlists, with built in race tracks and player made race tracks.
Also, ngl I would enjoy having turn signals 😅 i enjoy just cruising around with my buddy and I know its weird but I like roleplaying that it's real life and just slowly drive 😂
I'm surprised a better rewind feature didn't come up. The Crew Motorfest, despite being a very flawed game, does it way better. Also the soundtrack in FH5 *mostly* sucks ass and the character dialogue is so painful that I've had to turn the volume down to 0.
I Personally see FH5 going End of Service (no more New Content) around March, with Horizon 6 Getting Announced as the "Showstopper" Finale at Summer Game Showcase in June. FH5 has Outstayed its Welcome and it feels very close to End of Service. I do think it is ... "on the Horizon"... (groan) . Sorry I did not Contribute, but I do not use Discord. So I will give Response and Critique (as I take a Developer Mindset) here. More than One Part. Also, there will be Several Classic "Doctor Who" References that may go over some of your Heads. Yes, this Is *massive* and I really should have done this as a Video, but I would not even know where to begin on making a Video! and Massive Kudos (and an Imaginary Rare Achievement worth 1000 Imaginary Gamerscore) to anyone who Reads Every Part to the End! Part 1: Cars and Customization: 1. Sadly, Better Forza Aero is very probably going to be Impossible, as there are Several Car Companies who are *Refusing* to allow the Forza Aero to be Redesigned in Case the Developers use a "Street" Inspired Design that goes against what those Car Companies have Stated (FIA Approved Race Parts *only* !) in their Licensing Deals, so they cannot Improve the Forza Aero as the Car Companies are not allowing it to be Redesigned. So chances are that you are likely going to get another Game with the same old Aero, as the Car Companies will Insist on the current Design. 2. Yes, the Performance Index needs to be Completely Redone, as the Current System is not Fit for Purpose, the Base PI is indeed miles off and is resulting in some very Overpowered Cars indeed for their Base PI Rating (I tend to leave my Cars stock so I cannot comment on what happens when the Car is Tuned) and they need to work with a Professional Scrutineer from the ACO or the BRDC to Manually adjust the Base PI Levels to better Reflect the Cars Real World Performance. It is hard work, but it will make Far more of the Car List usable instead of just one or two META Vehicles that are completely OP for their Base PI Level Number. I also agree they need to add in BOP from Motorsport '23, which is why I suggest they work with ACO Scrutineers as BOP is an ACO Innovation and they know how to correctly apply BOP better than any other Organization. Two Separate PI, one for On Road and one for Off Road is also a very good idea indeed. 3. Again, Sadly, I can see FH6 having less Customization, not more, as Sales of New Cars Absolutely Nosedive in the West and the Middle and Far East become more Vital for Corporate Survival, more and more Car Companies are now saying "NO" to any kind of Customization...at all... because Car Customization is Illegal (and often a Taboo!) in many Middle and Far Eastern Markets, so to Preserve their PR Images (as association with anything "Criminal" or "Taboo" would Destroy their PR Images!) in those Markets, more and more Car Companies are saying NO to Customization in Games, so FH6 is likely to have less Customization, not more. 4. I should mention that Playground were Actually looking at Window Decals for FH4, but had to Stop when Several "High Value" Car Companies threatened to *Remove their Licenses* if Player Applicable Window Decals were added to the Game! , due to this License Removal Threat, it seems very likely that it will be Impossible for them to add Player Applicable Window Decals to the Game. It should be Noted they were also Looking at Custom Exhaust Tips and Underglow for FH4 as well but, again, had to Stop when Several "High Value" Car Companies threatened License Removal if Underglow, Custom Exhaust tips or any other such "Street" Elements were added to the Game, *at all!* let alone on their own Cars! so those are likely to be Impossible due to the Threat of License Withdrawal. Bodykits, again, are going to be Car by Car, some Companies have no Problem with Widebodies in Games, others will Not, in any way, shape or form, allow them to be Applied to their Cars, so that is going to be on a Car by Car Basis dependent on what the Licensing Contracts State. There is no way any Car Company, as it would make their Cars look bad and would "Damage their Corporate Image", allow "Inferior to Stock" parts to be Fitted though. Multiple Styles of OEM Wheels should be Possible via LIDAR Scanning the Various Options at a Parts Warehouse however. 5. YES! this Is Urgent, Playground seriously need to Improve the Car Sounds, as much as FH5 is an Improvement over FH4, the Car Sounds are still Extremely Sub Par when compared to some of the Competition, Especially Motorfest and NFS. IMO they need to Drop the "In House" Granular Synthesis Engine as it is just not good enough, often with very flat and dull Sounds, and move over to WWise as that, due to its Inbuilt "REV" Software, is the current Industry leader on Engine Audio Granular Synthesis (I should mention now that both Motorfest and NFS use WWise!) , they also need to take Advantage of the "current issues" at Ubisoft and Poach the Car-Audio lead for Motorfest off them, and they need to Massively Improve the sound Library by Recording *every single Car* with its own Unique Sound File (No more Sharing, even with Cars that have the same Engine as the Exhaust Tuning is Often Different Resulting in a Different Report IRL) using Binaural Mikes (for a full Native 7.4.1 Atmos Mix) at Catesby Tunnel, which is Barely Half an Hours Drive from Playground HQ! 6. The only Request I have for Physics and Handling is More Weight and Traction, the Current Physics are Far too Biased Towards Drifting in My Opinion and are too Light and have too little Traction, and I would rather have the Much Heavier and more Traction Biased Physics from the "Motorsport" Series. Hopefully the New Tire Model will be added, as with 8 Points of Contact (not just one) per Tire, Including the Side Walls, and with the Game now able to have Less than Four Wheels (Currently, Three and Six Wheelers are Faked as the Current Physics Engine is Four Wheels only, so Six Wheelers are Faked by the Second Axle just being Animation with no Physics, and Three Wheelers are Faked by Two Wheels being Combined together into One) in the Simulation, they would, Finally, be able to Add *Motorbikes* , something that People have been asking for since FH1 now! Improved Brake Feel would also be Nice, especially if they do go with the Heavier and more Grip Oriented "Motorsports" Physics as well. 7. At the End of the Day, we will get the Cars the Car Companies say we can have, we can ask for all the Daily Drivers there is, but if the Car Company says "No, we do not want our Company to look cheap and we will only License our Halo Models" then all we will get is Halo Models, as, at the end of the Day, the Car Companies Control the Licenses and they will Say what Cars we can have or Not! I do agree, I am Sick of Cars being Removed just so they can be Drip Fed back in, they should Just, Unless there is a Serious Licensing Issue that means certain Cars have to be Removed due to Loss of Licenses meaning PGG Cannot actually Legally put the Car in the Game, Stick *all* the Returning Cars into the Autoshow for Day One and be Done, and if that means the Game *Launches* with over 1000 Cars, Good! because the more Cars on Day 1 the Better Value for Money the Game is going to offer! 8. Agreed, the 3D Models are Abysmal, some of them Date back to Forza Motorsport 1, a Game that is going to be Twenty Years Old by the Time FH6 Releases! they are just not Fit for Purpose, the S15, for Example, looks more like a Blancmange than an S15 Now! same as the Old Xbox 360 Era Models, they are just not Good Enough anymore as many of the Dashboard Details and Shut Lines are very Low Poly and Quite Jagged and it looks Awful, *Every* Single Car (Regardless of even if it was only added this year!) needs to be Rescanned using LIDAR and at 500,000 Polygons Per Vehicle (which is similar to the Polygon Budget for GT7) to ensure the Model is at *least* 99.9% Accurate to Real Life as Confirmed by Manufacturer or Owners Club! Continues:
Part 2: Map and Open World: 1. Too Right, the Map in Horizon 5, basically, is one of the *worst* I have ever Encountered in an Open World Racing Game, and I have Played a Lot of Open World Racing Games in my near Thirty Years as a Gamer! it is Flat, Ugly, Depressing, Dirty, Rusty, Ancient, Lifeless, Barren, and Abandoned Feeling, with an Utterly Illogical Road Layout, and it Grieves my Conscience in Several Places! We need a *Vastly* better map for Horizon 6. Fortunately, the main reason why we have not had a Big, Modern, City since FH3 is not going to be an Issue. Base Xbox One barely even Ran Surfers Paradise, the Load on the CPU due to all the Vertices in the Skyscrapers was so much that, to this Day, it will cause a Base Xbox One or One S to Drop to Below Ten Frames Per Second! as the base Console for FH6 is going to be the Series S, which is a good Ten Times more Powerful, CPU wise, than a Base Xbox One, it should have no Issues Running a Modern, Detailed, City, at a Locked 60FPS at 1080P. However, Playground Games themselves have Said that they do not like Purely Urban Maps, they Consider them Boring, Depressing and Generic, they cause a *lot* of Licensing Issues with Car Companies who do not want to be in "Street" Games, and they do not work very well with Forza's Physics Model which is Designed for Curved Roads and not 90 Degree Roads, so the City is always only going to be a Small Part of the Map, so Players should not Expect an NFS Style Map where the City is 75%-90% of the Map, its going to be Closer to 10%-20% of the Map, Tops. 2. Walking NPC's can Indeed come back so long as they lock them behind "Invisible Walls" (marked with Barriers and Light Poles and Shop Awning Supports) , Remember, Microsoft has made a PEGI 3 Rating *Mandatory* on all Future, Post 2019, Forza Games, now, under the PEGI Rules, if the Players Car Can Access Areas where NPC Pedestrians are, even if they Dive out of the Way like in The Crew 2, You are looking at a 12 Rating, if you can Hit them, that's an 18 Rating like it or Not! so to Keep the 3 Rating that Microsoft has Mandated, the Walking NPC's are going to have to be Behind Invisible Walls like in FH3 to Ensure that the Players Car cannot Access the Areas where the NPC's are. Remember, the PEGI Ratings are Controlled by the British Government via the Video Recordings Standards Act 1984 and the Video Standards Council, so they are a *lot* Stricter than the Equivalent ESRB Ratings! so Playground have to work within the Extremely Tight Limits of a PEGI 3 Rating! an ESRB E can Stretch all the way to a PEGI 12 do not Forget! so the PEGI 3 Rating is going to Constrain them a Lot! 3. "Barely wider than the Car" Narrow Roads like People have been asking for would be a *Disaster* ! the Standard Xbox Series Pad is *Far* too Inaccurate and Lag Prone for Narrow Roads! the Pad just does not have anywhere *near* the Accuracy and Input Speed needed for Narrow Roads! The Game has to be Built around a Standard Pad, and most Players, Especially Younger, more Inexperienced, Players, if all they are Doing is Flying off the Track every 5 Seconds or just Pinballing Between Walls because the Roads are just too Narrow for the Inaccurate and Slow Inputs of a Standard Pad, are Just going to Rage Quit which is going to have an Extremely Negative Effect on the Games Xbox Store Reviews and on the Gamepass Subscription Metrics and that is Not going to go down well at all at Microsoft HQ where it is all about Gamepass Subscription Metrics! Not everyone has the Money needed for a Fast Responding and Ultra Accurate Mechanical Pad or a Steering Wheel and Pedals, so the Game has to be Built around the Standard Xbox Series Pad, this Means the Roads are going to be quite Wide as they need to be Quite Wide due to the Inaccurate and Lag Prone Responses of the Standard Controller! So ultra Narrow Roads, as they would cause Rage Quits, Bad Reviews, and a Loss of Gamepass Subscriptions, are just not going to Happen! Now, Certainly some of the "Back Roads" can be more Narrow, on the Level of Rally Adventure where they are Narrow Enough to be a Challenge, but still Wide enough to work well with a Slow and Inaccurate Standard Gamepad, but Players cannot go Expecting Roads that are barely any Wider than a Small Car as they are just not going to work with a Standard Controller, as EA Sports WRC has shown, even with a Much Faster and More Accurate Mechanical Pad, or even a Steering Wheel and Pedals, Ultra Narrow Roads can still be Extremely Frustrating! So I expect Main Roads to Remain at Typical Horizon Width, with maybe some slightly Narrower Rally Adventure Style Roads in the Backwoods. 4. Agreed, the Big Open Fields are just so Empty and Boring, we need a Lot more POI's like the Beauty Spots in FH3 and FH4 again! I can see why Beauty Spots were not in FH5, as the Mexico Setting is Downright *Hideous* and there are no Beautiful areas anywhere on the Map, so we Really need as many POI's and Beauty Spots as Possible for FH6! I do agree that FH6 needs Gas Stations (if the Government of the Real Life Host Nation allows for "industrial buildings" on the in Game Map) and Parking Garages (Especially so they can bring Back the Official (and Offline Functional!) Car Meets from FH2 and FH3) so it feels like a Modern Map that has been Built around the Motor Car and not a Medieval Map Built around the Donkey Cart! It also Certainly needs, if it all Possible, at least *one* fully Licensed, FIA Grade 1 (Formula One Compatible) Race Track on the Map and maybe a Fictional Race Track as well, and both at Active Autodromes, not abandoned old Wrecks like that mess we have at the Main Festival in FH5. Again, I do not think FH5 is Pretty, I find it Depressing as it is So Dirty and Run Down and Rusty and Ancient and Falling Apart and Poverty-Stricken and Unkempt and Overgrown, like no one Lives there anymore, as if the Daleks invaded back in 1962 and Exterminated Everyone and no one has lived there Since!! it is like Driving through an Episode of "Abandoned Engineering" only nowhere near as Fascinating! it is also So *Alien* to me that even after Three Years it still may as well be Set on Skaro! I find it utterly Hideous and without even One Redeeming Feature! 5. Most Certainly, as bad as Winter was in FH4 due to having far too much Snow rendering a good 60% of the Map Unplayable for a Week even with a Rally Car on Snow Tires, it certainly was still better than what we have with FH5, as the Game just feels the Same Every Single Week, bar some Scripted Extreme Weather here and there and some snow on the Volcano... it never changes much, and feels like Seasons were retained only to Push the FOMO (and I am very much of the View that FOMO should be *illegal* !) Chore Chart, while FH4, indeed, Felt like a Completely Different Game every Week, it is why, If Seasons Return for FH6, I indeed want much more Notable Seasonal Variety, the "New Game Every Week" we got in FH4, it is why I want New England, as the Season Changes there are as Glorious as they are Varied, for FH6. I also agree we need much more Varied Weather, Proper Storms for Example, that occur Dynamically, anywhere on the Map, when the Atmospheric Conditions are Right, and not Just Scripted within "box zones" like in FH5. 6. Ohhh! Custom PR Stunts would be a Pretty Cool Addition for the "Post Credits" Content! Continues
Part 3: Social Multiplayer and PVP Multiplayer. As a Single Player Only and, If Possible, *Offline* Player (so I am going to be *Furious* if Forza Horizon 6 uses Always Online DRM!) I cannot really Comment much on this Part of the Wishlist, for it is Outside of my Wheelhouse! 1. I would, actually, like to see Single Player Convoys come back from FH3, as well as the Ability to Hire Drivatars as Team Mates, as well as Offline Car Meets (with up to 72 Cars if the Car Park is Big Enough!) to come back from FH2/FH3, as I would like more than One, I would rather the FH2 Formula was used, just much, much Bigger. Getting out of the Car would not be Possible under the PEGI 3 Rating however as Player Cars would be able to Access where Pedestrians are Present, that would Result in a PEGI 12 Rating and, again, Microsoft has *Mandated* a PEGI 3 Rating for Horizon 6. 2. I would like a Proper, Dedicated, Club System again like in FH2/FH3, so that they can be made to Work Offline as well with Drivatar's that have been Hired by the Player, so Players can still get the Club House, the Badges, the Convoys, the Club only Car Meets, etc, even in Offline Single Player, like the Convoy and Team Mates Systems in FH3. One thing however, I am very much of the View that "Online Multiplayer Locked" Cars should be *Illegal* under the Disability Discrimination Act 2010, so I would be *Furious* if Cars were Locked up behind Clubs unless the Clubs, and their associated Car Unlock System, were Fully Functional Offline Using Drivatars! 3. Sadly, Direct PVP Car Trading cannot come back, because it would be *Illegal* under UK Law and thus under the Xbox Terms of Service! This Is Because any System that can be used to Enable Third Party Skin Betting, which often Involves People who are Below 18 and thus Below the Legal Age for Gambling in the UK, is now *Illegal* under UK Law (the Gaming Act 1968) and has been since 2018. As Direct PVP Car Trading can be, and in the Past, has been, used to Enable Third Party Skin Betting, the System is now *Illegal* here in the UK, this has been covered by Playground Games in one of their Livestreams during the FH4 Era, the Direct PVP System *Cannot* come Back as it is *Against the Law* in Playgrounds Native Country, the Randomized Gifting System is the best they can do under the *Law* because it cannot be Used to Enable Third Party Skin Betting and thus cannot be used for Third Party *Illegal Underage Gambling* like the PVP System can, so the PVP System cannot come Back! It is not a "Fear" or a "Band Aid" it is *the Law* ! PGG could *Go to Prison* if they Bring back PVP Car Trading, so they are Just not going to do it! I cannot comment at all on PVP much, Sorry. Ranked Cannot Return, it was Removed because it got So Toxic it ended up *Breaking the Law* in the UK, the 2016 Hate Crimes Act, in Particular the Cyberbullying Legislation (which is also why Games do not have Proximity Chat and Trash Talking anymore, it is because of UK Law! as Games Companies like to use the Same Core Code Globally, the Games often have to be Built around some very Strict Laws indeed!) so it had to be Removed. I do Agree that the "Spec Rivals" Events should Return, with Specific Cars, Weather Conditions, Etc, which Should give out Special Rewards such as Bigger Credit Payouts, Accolades, and Badges (but Not Cars!) that are not available for the "Normal" (any Car in Perfect Weather) Class Rivals Events, I also feel they need to bring in Class X Rivals and a "Blacklist" that allows you to Enter with Blacklisted Cars, but with Times *Not* Uploaded to the Leaderboard if a "Blacklist" Car has been used, so *All* Cars can be used in Rivals. I do admit, I would love to see Eventlab Rivals if it is at all Possible! That would be Incredible! Note: Given that Torben Ellert, the Chief Creative Director for Horizon 6, has *Publicly* Stated (thus making it Official) that he *cannot abide* "The Eliminator", that he Blames "The Eliminator" for FH5 having such a Bad Map (as the Map was Designed purely to Accommodate the Eliminator! with everything else, even the Road Layout, being a Secondary Consideration! it is why the Road Layout is So Illogical! it is because it is a *Literal Afterthought* !) , and that he feels it is the Wrong Direction for the Series! Given the fact Duoliminators/Eliminati has clearly been Scrapped (thank goodness), and the Consistently Low Player Engagement Metrics for the Mode, it seems very likely Indeed that "The Eliminator" will be Scrapped for Horizon 6 unless a High Ranking "Suit" at Microsoft completely takes Leave of their Senses, Goes utterly "Soldeed has just seen three Nimon" level Insane, and Demands the Modes Retention for some absolutely Unfathomable Reason! Continues on another Day... be Patient All! Solo and Career is the *Main Event* for me as a Single Player Only User! so I want to Dedicate a Good Afternoon to Critique and Ideas!
Part 4: Career and Solo Content. Now this is the *Main Event* for Me, as a Single Player Only Gamer and, if Possible, an *Offline* Gamer (as I really do not like being at the Whim of an Unreliable and Intermittent Server!) , so I put a lot of Focus on Elements such as these. I am also Surprised to hear that there was not much community Engagement on the Matters of the Single Player, I guess that Most Players however are far more Sociable than I am (I do not hide that I am often quite Anti-Social and Prefer my own Company, I Simply just do not like other People very much!) and prefer Multiplayer and Probably want to see Horizon become a Full MMO (which would be the End of My Time with the Series), hence the lack of Responses in Terms of Single Player from the Community at Large. So this is 2 Part! 1. I agree, the Houses, right now, are a Gimmick, and just a Replacement for FH1's Outposts, Players do not want a Static, Pre-Rendered, non-Interactive Backdrop, Especially when None of the Houses are at all Desirable (I cannot see myself living in any of Horizon 5's Houses, they are all either just Tumbledown Hovels that should have been condemned and demolished years ago, or are Expensive Super-Mansions... compare that to FH4 where I could have Happily seen myself living at Sunflower Meadows, Thatch Corner, The Gables, and Castleview Road...) Given that Playground Spawned from Bizarre Creations, and many of their "Backroom" Team worked on PGR 3 and 4 back in the Day (Something Recently Confirmed by Nick Wisewell!) it should not be too Hard for them to Bring back the Ability to Place a few Hand Picked Favorite Cars around the "Garage" Space from PGR4, I am also very much with you on making the Houses more like TDU (GTA however is a Game I cannot Abide and could Happily see *Banned from Sale* , so I will not say much on it) , in Particular TDU-2, allowing the Player to walk around the House and to Change the Decorations, (the Floor, the Furniture, the Walls, Hanging up Screenshots from Photo Mode as Paintings, etc) Preferably in all Rooms, give us more to use our Credits on, and, if we cannot customize our Cars due to Car Companies saying "No" so as to Preserve their PR Images in Asia and the Middle East, they need to give us other things, such as Houses, to Customize so we can still stamp our marks on the Game. They also need to make the Houses a lot more Desirable, no more Tumbledown Shacks and a lot more Cozy Old Cottages, some Bungalows, maybe a Penthouse Apartment or Two in the City, Semi and Detached 3 up 3 Downs, some Larger Detached Family Homes, Big and Impressive, but old Farmhouses, and the Usual Mansion and Castle or Two. 2. Now for Me, Characters and Cutscenes are Quite Important, as a Single Player Only Gamer, I get the Lions Share of my Money's Worth from a Game via its Single Player Content, so the more Single Player Content a Game has, the Better Value for Money the Game Offers, and that is very Important as Money is *tight* for me and I cannot afford to waste it on a Game that offers Poor Value for Money in terms of its Single Player Content, or Lack of it. So I am Pushing for a *Story* in Horizon 6, as Codemasters have Shown, a PEGI 3 Rating is No Block to a Story, nor even an Actual Antagonist (such as GRiD Legends Nathan McKane, a Murderous Psychopath who makes even Darius Flynt look Pleasant by Comparison, played Chillingly Convincingly by Callum McGowan) but it Does Require some very Careful Writing to keep within the Extremely Strict Bounds of a 3 Rating. One Mistake and its up to a 7 or a 12, but a Professional Screenwriter (See later) could pull it off! it will need some changes however! Firstly this "Two Characters standing around like cardboard cutouts Pretending to Natter" Nonsense has got to Go! we are losing Far too much Nuance and Detail with that system! it is just Lazy and Cheap, We need Proper Cutscenes like FH1 back, as the lack of Nuance is causing Characters to be Incorrectly Assessed! I wish to Rewind now to Forza Horizon 4 and the Character of "La Racer" , now, for those who are able, as I am, to Pick up on Dialogue Ques, it becomes *very* Obvious that the Character is Portrayed as being someone on the Autism Spectrum and is meant as Child-Like, most likely with a Mental and Emotional Age of 11, once you Realize that, she becomes really quite Likable, I even gave her a headcanon name, "Lauren", However, for most Players, who cannot pick up on those Dialogue Ques, then she just comes across as Weird, Childish and Annoying, due to this "in Engine" Nonsense however, the Dialogue Ques are all Players have to go with, with Proper Pre-Rendered Cutscenes however, a lot of Nuance can be added to sell the Developers Vision for Characters, again, in La-Racers Case, they could have added a lot more Nuance, such as having her not make Eye Contact with Superstar until the Last Mission of Her story, have her constantly Fidget, often chewing the Strings on her hoodie, and given her some Curly, Elastic, "No Tie" Laces in her Boots to sell the Fact that something is "going on" , and better sell the Developers Vision. It also Encourages Laziness and just using the "Default" 3D Models for the Characters, this was perhaps seen most clearly with Scott Tyler, and with Donut Media, Scott was just a Generic 3D Model, this was a Problem as the Character was clearly in their 20's, while Scotty is in his 40's! they did Remember he was African-American (the Young African-American Man with the afro Seen at Race Starts in FH1 was Scotty!) at least, but the Default 3D Model they used was too young! also just Pasting the 3D Scanned Heads of the Donut Members onto Default Character Model Bodies not only meant they looked *nothing* like their Real Selves (Yes, I know James has lost a lot of Weight lately due to his bad heart, but he is still a lot heavier than he was shown in Game), and it was quite Disturbing, we know they can Create Custom 3D Models as Rami has one (probably due to him appearing in the Games *one* Proper Cutscene... ) it is just that, because they do not have to and can just use Default 3D Models, it encourages them to be Lazy! With Proper Cutscenes, every Single Character needs to have a Custom made 3D Model, it makes the Characters more Unique and Distinctive with their own Custom Crafted Face, Body Shape, and 3d Model as the Cinematic Camera's and Blocking found in Pre-Rendered Cutscenes allow for Close ups, which also means they are going to have to do Lip Sync Again, which will help with Immersion into the Game World. However, the Return to Proper Pre-Rendered Cutscenes and an Actual Story is going to need Much better Characters, as the Ones in FH5 are Abysmal due to a Combination of *Bad Writing* (and I do not blame that at all on the Low Age Rating, Players need to Remember the 18 Rated Mass Effect: Andromeda" , a Game that has some of the *worst* Writing in Gaming History (I notice a Pattern, is it just me, or, the more "left" the Developers are, the Worse the Writing tends to be?) "my face is tired" (what? who talks like that?) and more on the Fact the Writing is being done by the Developers themselves and they clearly are not up to the Task of Writing a Screenplay, Remember, a Low Age Rating is no Block to Good Writing, take "Bluey: The Sign" , this was Aimed at a Pre-School (6 and Under) Audience, yet has some of the *best* writing I have *ever* seen from any Television Program, because it had a Good Screenwriter!) and Non-Professional Voice Actors (again, not only do the Voices sound Awful and Often very Annoying, and are completely unnatural, it comes across as Cheap, as "Developer voiced Characters" is a Bad Throw back to the 1990's when Game Development Budgets, even for "AAA" Blockbuster Series like Tomb Raider, were a Lot Lower, closer to what would be known as a "AA" Game these days, and Characters were voiced by Developers to save Money!, given that Horizon is a Multi-Billion Pound Franchise (and a UK Billion is a *lot* bigger than a US Billion, 1,000,000,000,000 compared to just 100,000,000,000) there is no Need to Cheap out like that!) this can however be Sorted by Hiring a Professional Screenwriter who has Experience in Writing for the Animation Industry and can thus Balance the needs of a Good Story and Good Writing with the Extremely Strict Requirements of the PEGI 3 Age Rating, as well as Hiring Professional Actors and Actresses who can bring Natural Sounding Voices to their Characters, people such as Lani Minella, John Chacon, John K. Dick. Jon St. John etc, are Legendary among Gamers, and I am sure many Horizon Players would love to hear their Voices in a Horizon Game. They also need to bring back more classic Characters such as Dak Stewart, Ashley Stewart (Niece of Dak, and best Friends with La-Racer), The Player Character from FH1 (Revealed to be named Brian Paul, and now with a Prosthetic Left Leg as a result of Darius Sabotaging the Brakes on the Ferrari, but also married to Alice, with Children, and still an Epic Driver, albeit not as Cocky and a lot more cautious than he once was.) Alice (naturally), Ben Green (now deeply Humbled due to spending time as a Hot Dog Salesman and a lot more Likable and Polite) ,Darius (Hardened, Cold, Aloof, and Bitter as a Result of spending a Decade in a Federal Penitentiary) etc. Suitably Aged Up and Matured in their Personalities to show the Passing of Time and the Effects there Experiences have had on them, to show the Old Games are Still Canonical! Continues:
Part 4.5. 3. Sadly as Playground Revealed, the much more Rigid Progression that Torben Ellert Tried with Hot Wheels 2 did not go down Well with most of the Games Playerbase! yes, some of us in the "Old Home Guard" loved it, but the Younger Players *hated* It! however, the Progression System he Tried with Rally Adventure, in that it allowed for a much more Open Sandbox, yet also gave actual Progression, and Brought back "Boss Battles" for the First Time since FH1, was Extremely Well Received Indeed and was Enjoyed by both the Younger Players and us Old Stagers alike!, so I do Personally see Horizon 6 going with the Progression seen in Rally Adventure, in that it is Still an Open Sandbox, but also offers Proper Progression, as well as for Boss Battles! offering the best of Both Worlds. Fortunately, due to having Boss Battles, such a Progression System would work well with a Story! I do agree that the Starter Car needs to be more Plausible again, Certainly not a Beaten up old Volkswagen Corrado VR6 with Faded Paint, a Blown Exhaust and a Jammed Radio Dial, as Younger Players (and a lot of older ones) would just smell an Overblown Grind so as to Force the use of MTX and Run a Mile! but something in Class B, something old Enough to be a Used Car and thus Quite Affordable, but still with a Lot of Performance and Still Quite Desirable, something like an FK2 Civic Type R or a GD3 "Hawkeye" Impreza WRX RB320 would be Perfect IMO. Starting Players off with a Heavily Modified C8 Corvette up at the Top of Class S1 is just Stupid, it offers no Immersion, no Progression, and just Defeats the point of Playing, something like an FK2 or GD3 means Players are still getting a Fast, Desirable Car, but also a Plausible Car and, as a Class B Car, they still need to Work up a bit to get to Class S1! such Progression would also tie in well to a Storyline. They need also to Stop making us Play as Superstar (Suggestion: Superstar is now "Fallen Star" as the Fame has gone to his head and he has become a Twisted, Cruel, Vain, Arrogant, and Nasty Individual, and the Games Antagonist) and allow us to Play as some Young No Name Rookie again, which would also go well with the Starter Car being a Used Car with quite a few miles under its Wheels! They also need to Get Rid of the Wheelspins, not only are they, IMO, Gambling and thus have No Place below a PEGI 18 Rating, they also make it Far too Easy to get a Lotus Evija within the First 10 Minutes of the Game, by Getting Rid of the Wheelspins, and Increasing the Size of the Race Payouts (no one wants a Game where its 200 Races just for a MK1 Miata) by Tenfold, it means Players will have to Buy their Cars from the Autoshow, will have to use the Same Car for Longer, and will have to EARN the Really Expensive Hypercars, giving more sense of Reward, but without making the Game (due to the 10 fold increase in Credit Payouts to counter the Removal of Wheelspins) an Overblown "Buy the MTX Currency or its Poverty Simulator for you!" UbiEA-Grind! 4. YES! as the Extremely poor Driving Skill and Tendency to just Ram and Smash their Way Through seen with a lot of Horizon Players is Negatively Affecting the Games Single Player, because of the Games use of Drivatars which Copy Real Player Data, the Drivatars tend to be Extremely Aggressive, tending to Ram and Smash, and of Extremely Limited Skill, because they are Copying the Aggressive and Low Skilled Players that Horizon is Populated With. The Addition of a Driver License Academy that Needs to be Completed to Advance the Game, will not Only Improve the Skill of the Player by Teaching them how to Race Cleanly and Professionally, it will also Improve the Skills and the Cleanliness of the Drivatar's as they will be Copying Trained, Improved, More skilled, Cleaner, Players! such Licenses would improve *Both* Single and Multi Player, which Is why I think they are not only Vital, but should also be *Mandatory* ! like they are in Gran Turismo, but perhaps not quite as Insanely Difficult as Gran Turismo tends to be as that would push the Casuals out and Horizon needs the Casual Players, so perhaps just a "Pass/Fail" State rather than the "Gold (Insane), "Silver" (difficult) "Bronze" (challenging) "Fail" System of GT would be better for Horizon, basically Copying the "Pass/Fail" State of the Horizon Race Academy, a Good idea might be to Hire the people Behind the HRA into Playground Games to work on the HMA (Horizon Motorsport Authority) License System and HRA (Horizon Race Academy) Tests as an Official Feature? Continues:
Part 5: Post Launch Content. This one is not quite as Important to me, as I would much Rather Games were sold *Complete* with all the Content they are ever going to have right there in the Install Files from Day 1 with Post Release work limited Purely to Bug Fixes, as that would offer the most Value for Money! I do not like Live services, I consider them Lazy, an Encouragement to Release a Game in a Pre-Beta, or even First Playable (as happened with Motorsport '23) State, they are Extremely poor Value for Money, they do not allow me to Play *offline* as I need to Remain *online* to Recieve the Monthly Updates, which also result in a *Massively overblown* Install File Size (FH5 is now well over 200GB!), and, due to the Fact they are Often Connected to FOMO, I feel they should also be *Illegal* , as I am very much of the View that FOMO Mechanics should be *Illegal* under the Digital Consumer Rights Protection Act 2015. However, as this is not Really Possible in the Current Gaming Market, I would Rather they Returned to a Premium DLC based Model instead of the Current FOMO Chore Chart Model. Fortunately, as Torben Ellert has again stated *Publicly* , thus Making it Official, that "Playlist" is why he feels that FH4 and FH5 "have not Worked" and are also the *Wrong Direction* for the Horizon Series, Hopefully FH6 may well find a way to do Live Services, as Microsoft are going to Demand Live Services so as to Push up the All Important (to them, as they have Officially Stated that their Main Interest is Gamepass, which is why they are Transitioning to become a Third Party Publisher rather than a First Party Hardware Provider) Gamepass Subscription Metrics, that does not Revolve around a FOMO Chore Chart! 1. The FH5 Living world fell flat because of the Mexican Government, which is Notoriously Autocratic, being Extremely Strict, Playground have Confirmed that they are Unable to even change the Color of a bush without first having *Written Permission* from the Real Life Government of Mexico, Permission they have Frequently Refused to Grant! they have also *Refused* to Permit any Permanent Changes to the Game Map, and also *Refuse* to Permit any Changes that Roll out across the Whole Map! so it seems that the Ambition Playground had for the Living World got Kyboshed by the Autocracy of the Mexican Government, another one of the many Reasons why I am utterly unable to Fathom why Mexico was Chosen for the Games Setting. so the First way to Improve the Living World is to set the Game in a First World, Western, NATO Member Country were such Autocracy is not allowed so they will not need *Written Permission* to even change the Color of a Bush, let alone make a Major Change. One thing however, I do not want to see Living World Updates take Precedence over Bug Fixing, I would rather the Living World Updates did not start to Happen until as many of the Games Bugs as they can Actually Fix have been Fixed! Bug Fixing should be the *over-Ruling Priority* for the Entire Post Launch Support System. I would indeed like to see Changes over time, such as Upgrades to the Infrastructure (such as a Junction that gets a Lot of Crashes first getting Traffic Lights, and then a Roundabout, as Permanent Changes), the Addition of New Parking Garages, Gas Stations, etc. as the Game goes on, Buildings that were under Construction getting Finished and Opening up, New Construction Projects Beginning, Old Tumbledown Buildings being Demolished and Replaced with Skateparks (where the Player can do some Gymkhana Driving like the Skatepark in Lego Valley!), etc) maybe, if the Fable Engine can support it (I Would suggest using the Fable Engine, the F-Tech Engine is downright *Broken* in Both FM'23 and Flight Sim '24, and we cannot afford FH6 to have a *Broken* Engine, as Fables Engine is based on a Proven Engine, the Forzatech M4 Engine from FH4, I suggest using Fables Engine, as at least it is going to Work Properly, even if it will be Noticeably somewhat Outdated in Places) have the Map *Itself* Expand with all new Areas accessed by Tunnels and Bridges, like what is going on with Motorfest. 2. I am Very much of the View that Playlist, in its Current "Chore Chart" Form should be *Scrapped* ! it is Extremely Grindy and Over-Frustrating, it shows no Respect for the Players Time, is heavily Based around FOMO Mechanics (which, again, I feel should be made *illegal* !) and has turned Horizon into a *Job* ! IMO any New Car added into the Game should, if it is a Returning Car that was not in on Day one because of a Licensing Issue, it is returning from Motorsport, but is making its Horizon Debut, or because Remaking the 3D Model from a Fresh LIDAR Scan took longer than Expected and could not be done in Time for Day 1 it should be Added Directly to the Autoshow, or, if New to Forza, it should be a Paid DLC Car as Part of Car Pass that should Contain, Pre-Paid, all the New To Forza Cars the Game is ever going to have. No FOMO systems what so Ever. Playlist, as part of a Full Reboot! should also be more Meaningful I agree, instead of having a new one every month, which means Time that should be spent *Fixing the Bugs* is instead *Wasted* on coming up with a Gimmicky and often ill-Fitting "Theme" for the Playlist, they should instead be like the Playlists in Motorfest, They should Drop the "Horizon Stories" and Return the "Mini-Challenges" back to "Bucket List" challenges like in FH2 and 3, with the Playlists becoming the "Mini-Stories", this time with Proper Cutscenes, and with Special Unique Characters (such as Robert Glenn, Lauren "La-Racer" Richards, Frankie Beaumont and Mike Castle (the latter now Voiced by Sean Bean himself rather than just a Developer doing an Impression of Sean Bean), etc) that Interconnect a Group of Races (on NEW Routes, which then become Permanently Available as part of the Living World Systems!) and Challenges Together, Ending in a Boss Battle against the Unique Character or someone Connected to them (In La-Racers case, her Dad) for a Very Special Car, such as the Schuppan 962CR (which is not really Logical for the Autoshow as only Six were ever Made in Real Life, but would fit Extremely well as the Car for the Boss of a Day One Available "Playlist" Mini Story that the Player can win from them, with its Autoshow Place taken by a Full on Group C Porsche 962CK or 962CLH) or the Ford GT-90 Concept, that cannot be gained any other way, but can be done at *any* Difficulty Level (not Forcing "Highly Skilled" which Locks Children and the Disabled out of the Playlist Cars more often than Not and is, IMO, a Flagrant Breach of the Equalities Act 2010!) the Player Choses, be it Tourist or Unbeatable!, that way Playlists could be added as and when they are Fully Developed (After Bug Fixes) and Made *Permanently available* , like in Motorfest, so they become a Meaningful Feature and not just a Boring, Grindy, Frustrating, *Job* due to being a FOMO Based "Tie your own shoelaces before you are two or no cake for you! by the way, the Cake is Recycled and is Twenty Years Old" (Read in Voice of GLAD-O.S.) Chore Chart! 3. This is going to Depend on the Games Engine, Remember, the Current Engine is not actually an Open World Engine, its a Closed World Engine, it is "Faking" the Open World by Loading the whole Map into the SD-RAM at Once (its why the Map cannot be bigger than 2GB and why it takes so long to Load even on SSD) as a Single Giant Race Track, owing to this, it is not Actually Possible, on the Current Engine (Forzatech M3, as FH5 is based on the FH3 Engine!) to Connect Expansions to the Main Map as it is not an Open World Engine, however, with Fable, although the Engine is based on Forzatech M4 (the FH4 Engine), being said to be a True Open World Game, it may, If the Engine is Truly Open World and is not just Faking it again, be Possible to Connect Expansions to the Main Map. One thing I will say is, Regardless on if the Expansions Connect to the Main Map or Not, I do *Not* want any more Expansions that are Themed around Toys! I am Fed up of being Thrown under the Bus in Favor of Literal Pre-Schoolers! I do not mind Small Children Playing Horizon, as it is Certainly more Suitable for them than Fortnite (which IMO should be an *18* , not a mere 12, despite the Recent Additions of "Zero Violence" Game Modes for Younger Children like Lego Brick Life, as I am just too worried about Children being Exposed to the Violent side of the Game when they are Far too young for it and getting messed up!!) but I also do not want the Game to Cater Exclusively for them! I would like Both Expansions to be Sensible, Realistic, and Fitting, Expansions like Rally Adventure, Fortune Island, Blizzard Mountain, and Storm Island.. If the Expansions can Directly Connect via Tunnels and Bridges, to the Main Map, then it becomes Vital, for Game Immersion, that Both Expansions are Sensible, Realistic, and Fitting, and Not themed around Toys, as Going Directly, say, from Boston to Lego Island via a Bridge would be a Total Immersion Destroyer! 4. Yes. Yes. Yes. YES! as You know I do *not* Hide the fact that I consider MTX to be *Fraudulent* and that I feel they should be made *illegal* as a Result, MTX should be *Criminalized* as it is just sheer Corporate Greed of the kind that is *Destroying Gaming* they have got to go! the Only Post Release Purchases should be the Car Pass (Included in Deluxe and Premium and containing *all* Post Launch New to Forza Cars Pre Purchased with, as Per STEAM's New Rules, ALL the Cars listed in the Description!) and the Expansion Pass (Included in Premium and Containing Two Realistic, Sensible, Fitting Expansions, Names, Features, Content, Vehicles, Map Design, etc., also INCLUDED in the Description as Per STEAM's new Rules) and that is *it* ! No Treasure Map, No Car Vouchers, No Tokens, No MTX Nonsense! as MTX should be *Illegal* ! Continues:
I like the current FFB effect in FH5 I've noticed people talking about degrees of steering. 900 degrees is too much for FH5. I settled on 300 degrees so lock to lock didn't mean hand over hand turning. Drifting is a much better experience at 300 degrees. Other 'arcade' driving games such as Wreakfest benefit from 300 degrees, while 'sim' games do indeed need more steering angle. I have a Moza R5 bundle and as far as I am concerned, a well tuned wheel makes FH5 one of the greatest FFB driving games to date. Absolutely magnificent.
I just have one request, rivals keeping score of your best times per type of car, and in the list you can filter on one car type or see all the different cars you have driven.
Better license plates. Being able to pick between multiple styles of plates, colours, etc. Also being able to have different plates for different cars would be huge
I gave up creating designs because every time I search, there's dozens of the same thing so I just created a "made with community designs" design. I've made some really cool looking liveries with other people's stuff and clogging the search option with yet another copy seems unnecessary.
Heavily agree with some of these but want to add some minor caveats to them. If we are the boss let us do boss things like setting custom/convoy PR stunts like a boss of a festival might do, working up to becoming the boss of the festival to add some progression like in horizon 2 would be a very smart play, I know a someone in Singapore who spotted PGG devs scanning Singapore around the time of the Xbox games showcase and you could connect DLC maps to the main map by making it an extra island like the crew motor fest did with the other island map expansion or the hoonigan DLC, with more Forza aero even if it's just a few preset types of aero make it semi realistic with performance like the big wing we currently have does a lot of grip but a lot of drag, a lip adds a bit of both but not much, a drag wing reduces drag and so on like IRL, I'm amazed it wasn't expounded on more but not having manufacturer rims annoys the HELL out of me. Why do we have LMGT4s on the R33 race car but not in the standard R33 or other GTRs. Would love to see a car purchase menu overhaul similar to GT where you select a brand then a model and then all the options appear for years and trims within each model and would LOVE to see a 'realistic' assist setting (customizable) that gives you assists that the IRL car has but allowing you to turn on some of the modern features like ABS within that setting
I’d love to see a bit more tune-ability with the sport parts. Sport transmissions and differentials unlock partial tuning, but sport suspension and ARBS are pointless. I would love if sport ARBs had three or four preset positions similar to legitimate aftermarket adjustable sway bars, and maybe sport suspension is only single adjustable or fixed damping with alignment adjustment.
I like a better anti lag like gt7 it nfs has
When you say discord what are you referring to and how do I find it?

An extra point I'd make about the map is PLEASE do not design it around the eliminator mode. FH5's map was designed to make the eliminator mode easier and it has suffered greatly as a result, which is ironic because FH4's is better for eliminator anyway in the end.
as someone who solely plays fh4 eliminator, i totally agree. the fh5 map is really bad. the fh4 map is way better, and it wasnt even designed for it
Yes, YES AND YES! THIS IS WHAT THEY NEED TO TAKE HEED TO!
let us turn up the density of traffic and also turn traffic off entirely
Yes!
Double yes!!
Fuck traffic! When the game first come out there was no traffic untill a couple weeks in and it was great
1000%
need no hesi esc traffic customization
There's not even a single traffic light in any of the maps
I keep thinking of some sort of "dream garage" feature where you could display maybe up to 5 of your favorite cars you and other players can see. It's very much a cornerstone of car culture and would be interesting to see what my friends pick from a 800+ car list
They need to make houses more interesting like having display garages you can walk around in. So for example maybe the cheapest house has a garage that can display 2 cars and the most expensive one has a 10 car garage you can use to display.
You can display cars in Forza Motorsport
I think one thing that wasnt mentioned during the video is about more creative race modes, like, bring the fh1 cat and mouse races or add a race where every lap or after x checkpoints you car changes randomly and so much more
FOV slider for cockpit view would be nice.
And the bumper cam needs to be adjustable for height as well.
adjustable views in general
yeah I notice the FOV changes depending on the car, Forza let the console players change FOV
Bringing back businesses and adding sponsorships for more money/rewards from races or even open world stuff would be nice
I really want to see denser traffic and even smarter traffic similar to how no hesi has ‘realistic traffic’ even if it’s just an option on solo play
It would be sick if they dynamic traffic conditions, like rush hour during sunrise and sunset and then empty roads at midnight and early morning
The problem with this is Microsoft insists on selling the Series S which is closer to an xbone than a Series X.
Hopefully it works out and see better launch than fh5 initially did
And as said.
Also the horns need to be assigned to each car
@@hinu4206 Seriously, I want to have the old air horn on my old Ferraris but a normal horn on my other vehicles, and also an antique horn on stuff like the SSK and Ford De Luxe cars. I can't do that, so I just use the Windows XP shutdown horn for the memes instead.

Working properly on launch is the biggest feature I want to see: I still remember the mess that the PC version was back in November 2021. Removal of the FOMO content: I play a game to get away from the stress of a job, not make it a second job in trying to get timed content by the publisher's deadline. Oh...900 degrees steering angle in 1st person would be amazing
I think it will never be added. On controller or keyboard you can steer from full right to full left in less than second, but irl you need at least 2 so i think it wouldn't be added.

*Quality of Life Improvement* - Having the game not reset your car filters every time you open your change car menu.
The most useless thing I want is the ability to manually turn on high beams, turn signals and hazard lights. Also a Spotify radio station.

We need people that know about car culture in charge plus mod support !
My personal list:
My favorite feature in horizon 5 was the Covid face masks
still cant believe it was an option to not wear one like a criminal

Things I want for FH6: Aeqnx's PGG Badge
The good thing is that they already seem to be doing some stuff with Forza Aero.
Love the callback to the Mine's cars from the first 4 Forza Motorsports in the thumbnail
All I want for horizon 6 is it to not be THIS kid orientated, Rather more like Horizon 2.
The biggest issues with fh5 was it focused more on culture of Mexico (not saying that's bad) instead of car culture and then they decided the game can't be competitive such as them removing ranked racing because it was competitive
yeah...and even the mexican culture was not thaaaat well represented. it could be an amazing theme but they did not do it justice
@francisco6591 I mean they didn't even do anything for the Baja 1000 which is in Mexico
Ranked racing was no different than regular racing, all ranked had was rewards.
Awesome Video man! Alot of really great suggestions :D. My personal favorite is probably the sorting system
i wanna be able to color the walls of my tire whatever i want. some older cars just dont looks right without white walls
edit: i wish the physics would allow us to do 200+ mph offroad again like in fh4
Just give us a good map. City, a few small towns, good highway system, a hillclimb, and a legit racetrack or two.
@garchompy_1561 that's fair actually
It was made *illegal* in the United Kingdom, Playgrounds Home Market, to Feature any System that could be used to Enable Third Party Skin Betting when the 1968 Gaming Act was Re-Written back in 2018.
If we look at when the other horizon games were released we could get 6 next year
Motorbikes and other non car road vehicles would be cool
I’m surprised no one has said this but how about they update the existing cars to their last model years (for example, the 2014 M4 to a 2020 M4). Many sports cars get visual and/or performance upgrades/updates throughout their life cycle so the last model years usually end up being the best one.
Also, no mention of better steering angles & interior customization???
I made this FH6 wishlist right after FH5's launch :
• Lap and Time based elimination
• Full map 24 player tag mode (maybe ⅓)
• Teams of 20 with 4 man squads allowing relay races and a clan wars style event
• Return of the bucket lists - preferably using EventLab and collaborating with gamers
• A ski mode where you race downhills and take the chairlift to go back up
• Actual drift events for career mode
• City hide and seek mode working like Prop Hunt (there is a car switch button)
• "Traffic Rush" mode working like an arcade game (a lot of NPC cars) - just make Traffic Racer but better
• Drone Race mode for the giggles
• In the player house, you can buy an Xbox to play older Horizon games and even parodies of other franchises
• "Boost" mode featuring boostpads, ramps and glider wings to race across the map (Extreme Road Trip 2 style)
• "Mixer" mode with multiple routes to take and an ever-changing track
• Hot Lap mode which is just a qualifying session with no race (Prostreet)
• "Slalom" mode with very tight tracks - (Formula E and Heat time trials)
• "Curling" mode : you choose a color like green or blue and you throw colored Mini Coopers instead of discs
• "Football" mode : many possibilities here , in a circular stadium a match between 4 teams of 2 or 3 players
• "PR Rush" mode where you go through a few speed zones or speed traps - (inspired by Most Wanted's tollbooth)
• "Motorsport" mode featuring joker laps, pit stops and attack mode (Formula E)
Improvements to Base Game
• PR Stunts for each car class
• Also, any Drift Zone can become a Speed zone - you can change it using the map - and vice versa
• Skillpoint multipliers might depend on the season or the event you're doing - ex. in a race drifting has x2 multiplier
the biggest thing for me is cutting out the fomo. if the festival playlist stays the same I'm just not going to be buying the game. it's not so bad when first released as a game goes on it just gets too taxing for me to keep up with everything. I missed the GR yaris which is probably one of the few cars I can look at and say I'd want to keep one of those for a long time irl. now just utterly unobtainable to me. killed any fight I had left to play fh5.
Hope we get a fh6 for 2025 release, but it really needs to be special given what assetto corsa evo is doing in 2025
Amazing video as always! Just wondering what race you are playing? looks like a lot of fun!
VR support, 1:1 steering in the interior, and just let us use our own images with moderation in the livery creator. I’m tired of using Forza Painter 😭
I want 900 degree steering wheel animation.
FFS???!!! lol
10:02 no way thats me!
10:40 funny that even, though there is no gas station or winding roads, the cities streets can fit 5 car easily
I was thinking up a wishlist and then I realized I'm describing Gran Turismo 4 - Motor Town (NIGHTRUNNERS remix) .
Pr stunts should have different sections on the leader boards for each car class Abcd, s1, s2
Really hope the devs get to see this, soon, and give it the attention it deserves - it should be gold dust from their point of view!
being able to mismatch wheels/wheel colour would be so sick, also being able to "place" cars in photo mode so you can photograph multiple of your cars together
You want all previous games in the series available as DLC? 😂
personally like the idea of a broad number of wings and body kits with forza aero being added to those as a separate item, perhaps as a simple gurney flap for the spoilers and an additional chin splitter or set of canards (or ,ideally, a set of options for both) for the front.
I REALLY want the NPC Convoy system from Horizon 3 back. Being able to honk at Drivatars and have them follow you around no matter how fast you're going was great.
any multiplayer event getting stuck for 10-20 min between each race is a nightmare to deal with in the online environment
Being able to select multiple rival ghosts. And a filter for the rival leaderboards.
I just hope they add the V12 Vantage back in FH6. Been hoping they would return it to FH5 during any of the series updates
We need more normal road astons in fh6. Like DB9, Vanquish, Virage. Maybe the V8 Vantage is too
With the aero stuff, it would be so cool if Forza included a series of brackets and slats, that you could stick on the car anywhere a bit like the decal system only these would be 3D objects.
Should be able to see everyone in the session on the map not just close proximity which doesnt even work half the time
Lots of really good ideas here, many of which I have wished for mysefl!
I wish the game was more playable with a wheel
Personally I'd just like to see an introduction of optional RP type mode where you can join with friends and have to refuel, wash car, can exit the vehicle, go to a workshop to buy parts etc.
A good example of the evolving world feature is the coffee shop could have stayed and been made a permanent part of the map maybe expanding to rally adventure
Big amount of visual customisation, neon glow and nitrous would be great in the next game
I hope the tuning will be more interesting. Currently most engine upgrades just add torque equally on the whole rpm range. Some more variety could go a really long way
Nice hytale profile pic btw
Extra stuff:
(But this is meh jsut a nitpick)
Edit:
5. Also custom Convoy playlists, with built in race tracks and player made race tracks.
they need to get rid of deserts bro for real
The desert is awesome. Forza just completely fucked it up when it came to 5
@@nobody6067 it is awesome but, the thing is that the whole game map is like that lol
We actually had spotify support back in FH3, I would love to see it return
Also, ngl I would enjoy having turn signals 😅 i enjoy just cruising around with my buddy and I know its weird but I like roleplaying that it's real life and just slowly drive 😂
A waiting que for joining convoy session would be a nice addition.
Part 1: Cars and Customization:
Continues:
Part 2: Map and Open World:

Part 4.5.

Continues:
I like the current FFB effect in FH5
I've noticed people talking about degrees of steering.
Oh shoot, VR support would also be sick! Imagine driving in a virtual car that you built
Get ac evo and you will be able to do that.
Black ops 7, FH6, GTA6 those are some heavy hitters
the return of bucket lists and the 1000 club
I’d love to see a bit more tune-ability with the sport parts. Sport transmissions and differentials unlock partial tuning, but sport suspension and ARBS are pointless. I would love if sport ARBs had three or four preset positions similar to legitimate aftermarket adjustable sway bars, and maybe sport suspension is only single adjustable or fixed damping with alignment adjustment.
