All of the recipes will answer the question on how to make diabetic meals for a prediabetes meal plan. And yes, all these recipes are one pot low carb meals!
In this video, I give you three step-by-step recipes for cheap diabetic friendly dinners that include my favorite low carb pasta. For all three of the recipes, you will find all the ingredients at your local supermarket. You will want to add these recipes in your meal plan to reverse prediabetes.

My type 2 diabetes friendly dinners are perfect for your diabetes and prediabetes meal plan. And guess what, you do NOT have to throw cauliflower in these recipes.
As a dietitian, I work with individuals to balance blood sugar levels, maintain hormone balance, and
achieve weight loss! We do this by following low net carb, high lean protein, high fiber, and omega-3 fats! Often, I am questioned by clients, ‘Can I still eat my favorite foods?’ and more diabetic slow cooker, diabetic slow cooker recipes, diabetic slow cooker meals often ‘What can a prediabetic eat?’ The most important question I am asked is on reversing prediabetes. You should be thrilled to learn that we can reverse prediabetes and we can reverse prediabetes naturally.

Low Carb Lasagna
1 lb 90/10 ground meat
1 jar low sugar pasta sauce
¼ cup Italian dressing
1 can palmini, drained
1 cup 2% cottage cheese
¼ - ½ cup mozzarella cheese
Brown ground meat.
Stir in low sugar pasta sauce and Italian dressing. Cook for 10 min.
Stir in Palmini.
Stir in cottage cheese.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Serve!!!
Diabetic Pasta Recipe
2 cans palmini
12 meatballs (make sure if buying for it to be gluten free and low carb)
1 jar Raos
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
4 ounce goat cheese
Rinse Palmini.
Cook meatballs over low heat in a saucepan.
Add palmini. Cook 5-10 minutes. .
Add Raos. Cook 5-10 minutes.
Add cheese and goat cheese.
Cook on low for 5-10 minutes.
Serve

Hello Shelly. I was diagnosed with T2 diabetes about a year ago. I was scared at first but had to think quick and figure out what to eat without getting in trouble . My A1C was 14 and it went down to a 6.4 in about two and half months. My doctor couldn’t believe it. She asked me how I did it. I told her that I just did what she had told me to do. No sugar, no bread no pasta no rice. No potatoes. It was boring.That’s when I started reading labels. Started on the keto diet. I’m always looking for a different recipe. Palmini is new to me and I’m definitely going to try it. The way you cook looks delicious. Thank you for your channel. You are a lot of fun to watch and very instructive.

Thank you for sharing I just got diagnosed with “pre diabetes” and my head is spinning on what to eat, as an Italian it’s going to be hard to give up my fresh from the bakery Italian bread and homemade pasta 😢.
