That terrifying Halloween monster you guys have, Rich Evans, was too spooky to be featured in this episode, glad you guys kept his use to a minimum this year
Little fun fact, Rich’s first language is German! That’s why he has a hard time pronouncing some English words. Rich and his family immigrated from Germany around 1944-1946. Nothing else is really known about his family’s past
@@bumbobamblegogglestrothemt7577 i thank you from the bottom of my heart for the timestamp, now i can relieve this precious nugget of gold for as long as i want. Godspeed.
Rich is also notorious for his constant slur-ridden speeches insulting those around him for their race and potential sexuality, so I agree whole heartedly
I find it really wholesome at 50:10 how Mike feels like he has to clarify that he didn't mean to insult Rich, especially how often he is the butt of jokes. Also, that scene whn David Carradine hangs himself was so bizzare. Fate does have a sense of humor, it seems.
Sad that no one understood him though! He wasn't commenting at all on the quality or how long it took to draw, he really was just comparing the styles of modern drawings to medieval drawings. It would be like if you saw a medieval tapestry depicting a group of peasants and animals, and on that same tapestry was a modern looking Bugs Bunny, with the big cartoon eyes and rubberhose proportions. Not that either is bad or good, just that it's super unfitting for the time period.
What if Evil Toons is what inspired David Carradine to get into auto-erotic asphyxiation. He's on set, watching sorority girls get naked and then has to do a hanging scene. Some wires get crossed, and boom he has a fetish for life
PORK CHOP SANDWICHES! I also want to say how much I appreciate the motif throughout the entire run of BOTW of never bothering to refer to the actors by their actual names (real life or character) and refer to them by the name of a famous look-alike. I love it.
Doesn't everyone do that for sloppy B movies? They usually never establish characters correctly, you kinda have to do this. Especially when watching a handful in one night. To make it memorable, you gotta rely on joke names.
I've just had the worst two hours of my life. I opened youtube to seek some escape and I'm greeted by one of the few things that can help dull the pain. Genuine thanks to you RLM fellas.
I was lying in bed sick and had RLM videos on auto play while I drifted in and out of sleep. I woke up briefly just in time at 01:07:25 to hear _"I got molested... IN THE LITTLE BOYS ROOM!"_ and laughed myself back to sleep. It was like a fever dream.
If anyone deserves it, it's Rich Evans, traumatized by a pizza-rat at such a young age, then mocked on national television by Ellen Degeneres. Good going, Rich!
There was a flash cartoon by the Salad Fingers guy that made fun of the other terrible edgy flash cartoons coming out at the time and it uses the "chocolate man" joke under 9 layers of borderline surreal irony, and this thing is trying to play that as a real joke
30:00 I love this scene so much because the way the music cuts and the shot changes, it's an excellent "fantasy, reality" joke like, "aww shit, the demon attacked and he's fighting back, everything's intense and cool and scary" and then you get to see what it really is, some guy flailing around with a rubber worm on his arm, smashing into shit
Rich lightly chuckling in that sad, amused way you do, when a horrible premise is just your reality. Mike basically saying they're doomed to watch bad movies until they die. Rich knows. He's always known.
Evil Toons is freaking awesome! Great fun to watch and clearly to make, too. The "nobody died" thing is actually brought up by the same director (Fred Olen Ray) in his commentary for similar movie Witch Academy, explaining that it just made everything more light-hearted and easier to laugh with if nobody actually died. So glad the crew have seen Deathstalker 2 since the time I saw it on one of their Plinketto videos not getting picked. Not just for Monique, but as the only Deathstalker that was an outright comedy and like Evil Toons knows it is silly shit and is much better for it. Monique Gabrielle is adorable in anything (check out her bizarre cameos in Hard to Die and Not of This Earth) and always makes me laugh. Jim Wynorski has a great eye for fun talent regardless of actual acting ability, and not just the obvious attributes he loves. Silk 2 is terrible, though. Finally, cheers to Jay for being just seconds behind me in yelling "that movie exists and is called Sorority House Massacre II!" It is even better than Evil Toons, mainly because of Peter Spellos as Orville Ketchum, one of my favourite horror slasher villains (kind of) who is hilariously brutalised during the course of that movie and the semi-sequel Hard to Die. PS if you like Evil Toons, check out Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-a-Rama with Linnea and Brink as well as Michelle. Oh, and the Evil Toons Michelle Bauer cameo with Dick Miller is my second favourite thing he's done onscreen after "you clumsy son of a bitch!" :)

Little fun fact, Rich’s first language is German! That’s why he has a hard time pronouncing some English words. Rich and his family immigrated from Germany around 1944-1946. Nothing else is really known about his family’s past

That's the kind of scene which has to have been at least partly the actor's idea, it's just too perfect of a coincidence.
What if Evil Toons is what inspired David Carradine to get into auto-erotic asphyxiation. He's on set, watching sorority girls get naked and then has to do a hanging scene. Some wires get crossed, and boom he has a fetish for life
@@VersaceJesus It certainly makes more sense than randomly trying to choke yourself while masturbating and realising you like it.
@@VersaceJesus A fetish to die for.

@@28Pluto I think it's great!
Except Monique, but you have to honor the true legends.
Man, Jay's laugh is underrated. I contend that his laugh is as memorable, recognizable, and as contagious as Rich's laugh is!
Sometimes he laughs suddenly when another RLM member is being put down, and it's a very interesting combination of non-offensive yet cutting.
What about Jack’s George McFly laugh?
I think we’ve got a group of superb character laughs right here.
The production value of RLM's special effects is unparalleled

I've been saying that for years.
If anyone deserves it, it's Rich Evans, traumatized by a pizza-rat at such a young age, then mocked on national television by Ellen Degeneres. Good going, Rich!
"Evil Toons, because boobies."
Tim is a man who knows his priorities.
I see Mike honored the “heavy drinking during the halloween special” tradition
It ain't a real Halloween episode without Mike's classic "I'm Just Here For The Boos" t-shirt.
Based on what they watched here, it should maybe be "I'm just here for the Boobs"
This is one of the episodes I watch once a day. At least lately. The Evil Toons discussion is my favorite out of the three ^_^
I like how no matter what scale of damage hits the studio, the response is always this circle of euphoric laughs.

"Tickle me homophobe" had me on the floor!
