So there are aftermarket companies that make adapters to do this. Me personally would sell the screen on eBay or Amazon and buy a real screen with the money! They sell for a descent price!
Good video. I tried to upgrade the ram, but now I have no power. I put the original ram back in, took out the motherboard coin battery and held the power button for over 60 seconds to drain any charge. But I still have no sign of life. Any suggestions?
I found the problem. Behind the power button inside is a quarter inch flat ribbon wire coming from the power button to motherboard that got disconnected because the connection is very flimsy for the power button. Once I connected the ribbon wire to the power button everything fired up and the new ram is working. Thanks for your help and video.
What parts can i take off and use as a monitor instead? Thank you!

Does it power on? (Like any lights or fans etc?)
Zero lights including the power button or anything inside. The power cord light is on and power outlet is good.@@computerspecialist8533
No lights whatsoever and no fan, but the power cord does light and it’s good along with the outlet it’s plugged into.

Not possible on this board, sadly :(
It is soldered directly to the board.
