Sick video! I like the drone perspective here. I was debating between here and the Koots for my last trip before the snow came and chose the Koots instead. Will have to check this one out next year 👍👍
Thanks brother! I like the drone only idea. It was fun. Def gonna do more of that. I definitely wanted to hit the koots this year but left it too late for the fires and now I hear it's snowing. Definitely lets check it out next year!
Thanks @DennyOfTheAlpine ! honestly, I had more footage and stuff but when I saw all the drone shots I was like, ugh, I'm just going drone only on this one haha. Great to meet you on the Bluejoint trip!
@@HighGroundByNightfall great to meet you as well. Vid turned out great. I’ve been meaning to do that one as well. Definitely on the list. We made it to 8217 ft this year, but craving more.
@@DennyOfTheAlpine thanks! Do it! we’ll have to compare notes at some point then. This one should be top of your “more” list! I can point to a couple other 7800-8000 too.
Thanks! Yeah I wish the smoke wasn’t so thick. The back drop would have been jaw dropping. It got pretty gloomy later in the evening which is why I stopped at sunset. I’ll go before fire season next year and try to get the views! Thanks for the comment and follow!
Hahaha but I like Metallica. Are you listening on a surround sound? I tested audio on airpods and speakers but I’ve found it doesn’t always sound as good on surround sound but I don’t really know how to EQ yet. Still learning! Appreciate the kind words!
It’s British Columbia. Sorry I don’t provide waypoints on social bc I think it ruins the spirit of exploration but follow on IG and we go on rallies all the time, and open them up to joiners who follow!
@@kristianprieto4854 sorry if it’s frustrating! I just believe the magic of these spots is exploring for them. I’m always leading rallies and if people come out, we can find them together but I’m not a fan of posting waypoints just for the sake of it this takes the fun out of it imo. Point is to explore and find cool places! It’s hard to get that experience with google maps directions!
@@HighGroundByNightfall It’s okay…😊 That second to the last switch on the road and the cross at the top was a giveaway…😊😊😊 Looks different from how I know it but it became clearer on the replay… It might be that you’re using drones… I’m about 5 hours from that place… Thanks for the nice video by the way…😊😊😊
@@arkandrada3305 glad you found it! Not gate keeping I promise. Just find the exploration research to be one of the most fun parts of the process and like to keep that part intact for everyone. Glad you enjoyed the video! Check out some of the other ones and I’m sure you can find those waypoints too! More coming soon!
Thanks to everyone who joined the premier live! I appreciate your support!
Aweome looks like a fun drive!!! sick drone shots!!
Thanks buddy! Let’s go out sometime soon. You into winter wheeling? Worst case next spring we go here.
@HighGroundByNightfall I'm into winter wheeling but just not winter camping.....lol
Awesome shots and some wild views, thanks for sharing!
Thanks Kevin! Let's get out here next year with a few of the WRD crew!

It was an epic spot but cold af!
You weren’t kidding. That’s a lot of nice dronery

Very cool! Trying to think of one word to describe it I think I would have to say “Engaging”
Thanks 🙏
Great drone work! Other than the little smoke it looked like a great day to be up there. When we went up it was gloomy and overcast.

This is amazing 😅
Was a great trip.
drone video only was sick!!
now that was very cool editing and footage! Cheers!
btw. great job but bring the music way down. This should be relaxing not a Metallica concert.

Where is this amazing place?
British Columbia! About 10 hours north of Vancouver BC! No waypoints please. Feel free to come out to BC and adventure with us though!
@@HighGroundByNightfalltypical response. 😂

I appreciate you not giving coordinates to ruin the spots but I also hate how you dont hahah
How often do you go out ?

Name of the peak or coordinates?!?
Sorry I don’t give waypoints on social, takes all the fun out of exploring. I can tell you it’s in British Columbia.
