I've been doing this for a month and it works! The best arm exercise ever 🥰 also it only takes 10 mins to finish the exercise so it's easier to do this everyday, i feel more relaxed and healthier. Thank you so much for sharing this. You're awesome!

@@m.ranger5607 They will def get toned and in shape so you'll get those ballet arms. If you want them to get smaller you have to do cardio and work on the full body too. You can't just spot reduce

Found your channel while searching for ways to move my lazy body during quarantine, and it has been so amazing! Challenging but fun!! This particular video is great, as a violinist I often have neck/shoulder/arm issues, and this really helped fix an issue I had been having in the back of my neck!
I really love your workout! A lot of them just require a chair, and can be done in office. I have my own office and have to work for long hours (8am till 9pm...). So the only gym time is on the weekends. Your videos really help a lot during working days!!!
I'm so happy to hear this! Yes let's say that all the exercises have been thought as "home exercises", Not everyone has got equipment under their bed, I certainly don't. You can always do lots with "a towel and a chair" and i'm sure everyone has those at home. Simple and productive !
