Okay, here is the recipe, because I plan to make it and try it on burgers. 2 tbsp … Paprika 2 tbsp … Smoke Paprika 4 tbsp … Ground black pepper 2 tsp … Salt 1/2 tbsp … Brown sugar 1/2 tbsp … Garlic Powder 1/2 tbsp … Onion Powder 1/2 tsp … Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp … Cayenne Powder If I made mistakes, please, let me know. [Don't know why it's my job to type it out, though ...]
Have you tried this recipe yet? This just popped into my feed. Appreciate if you respond back thank you kindly. Oh i only have the reg paprika. Don’t like the smoke.
You don’t do that with rub bc only salt and sugar cna permeate the meat. You want the rub on the outside for this reason. You just have to accept that. Skittle rub will fall off and into the pan
Thanks, Will have to try it! I really am looking for the Burger King seasoning, I suppose it's a proprietary gig, I don't think they use any grill wood or such, but flame grilled with their seasoning in the meat.. It is the bomb, after cooking on the grill for eons l I have never had any seasoning that comes close, they have some magic going on there. I have started favoring more smoked Paprika though..
An important note to remember, is that Beef tastes different in different regions worldwide. However, Beef mince used in 🍔 is usually an 80 & 20%fat ratio. You can get creative with Burger sauces by looking online or a simple mix of BBQ Powder, Mayo, Hot Sauce n Dijon Mustard makes a good match for any good 🐮 🍔 . Good luck guys! :)
@@ohioguy215 thanks for the heads up, i added the seasonings on both sides without pushing it in or anything, it crusted beautifully but in a weird way creating two layers of crust, with the very outer layer easily falling off and almost being too much, might just be me not knowing how much time each side needs yet but felt like it almost got too little time, it was very juicy and tasty tho, im so skeptical lol
@@therealgrapesoda I find adding spices to the TOP of a burger winds up burning most of them off. Adding them INTO the burger incorporates it into the burger better.

. . because we nominated you our social activities director😂
Thank you I finally just made it. Now I need some hamburger meat to test it on hmm.
Thank you
mixing the seasoning into the meat will dry out the burger,put seasoning on top,you did good xx
No it will not.
@@lawrencefisherward3 it will. Watch 'Guga's best burger recipe.' He explains it there.
@lawrencefisherward3
I agree with you. Seasonings will not dry out the meat ... but too much salt will.
mix it into the meat so you're not wasting it on the pan

@@jccarp2that’s why you blend it with the meat before it’s a patty
@@suhaib8464 again, thats a waste of seasoning
Thinking of putting patty in bowl size of patty.. then adding seasonings so all the powders only land on burger instead of surrounding plate

Did you ever find it
Not yet! But will try this recipe..

you can mix the seasoning intothe ground beef
Definitely never thought 💭 of that thanks
Lifesaver, thanks!!
@mikkelastrupsen6717
Seasonings are fine mixed in but EXTREMELY limit the salt. Too much salt will turn your beef patty into a dried-up cow patty.
@mikkelastrupsen6717
PS ... Salt is overrated. If someone wants more salt, they can add it at the table after the cook ... not into the meat.

I am using your seasoning blend to make burgers on top of the stove. I halved the recipe. Will post my results
How was it??
It wasn't bad. I will add more next time
How was it then??
Ayo did the seasoning end you or sum?
@@mikkelastrupsen6717aye chill out🤣
This was good. Could use a bit more heat - double the cayenne.
a couple of dashes of Maggi seasoning works best
A lot of seasoning for two hamburgers
Why are you adding it to the TOP of the burger and NOT mixing it INTO the burger meat?
If you mix it in, it melts the fat before you cook it.
@@therealgrapesoda I find adding spices to the TOP of a burger winds up burning most of them off.

Or, even, have the recipes in a flip-up card that says what the full recipe is -- during the video.
why would you sprinkle it all over the burger when it's already cooked and can't absorb anything

Si bon😊❤❤
4 tbsp of blk pepper? Don’t look like you used 4
It said 4 but it looks like they only added 2tbs
i see the spices but the video kinda sucks will try the mix as listed ditch the 70s porn elevator music lol
And, have the recipes list in the Description or have a flip-up card that says what the full recipe is.
No. Salt, pepper, cajun seasoning, worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Apply a little garlic salt just before removing from the pan. Done.
Can you please give us ratios? Then, I can try it myself.
Definitely what I was thinking
Not cumin😢
Hello, you need to marinade the seasoning and the meat b4 frying. Whats wrong with you.
Totally watching porn for my burgers right now with this music. Mmmm I can taste them now.
Tell me why wouldn't you just add it to the hamburger meat before you cook it
dont season ur burger like taht on thop mix it in or it will just fuckin burn
